1701  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should Bitcoin even have a future? on: June 24, 2016, 01:13:25 PM
No one can predict future but current evidences and increasing bitcoin owner suggest that it will have future in the next years.
Yeah we can't predict bitcoin's future because it's only depending on us (bitcoin users) if we continue to use bitcoin and keep buying them and using as a main currency online i think it will be easy for bitcoin to get a great bright future Grin.

Yeah with the halving you'll see that btc will go up in the near future. You'll see that with it most likely we will break $1000 and all become just a little bit richer in our daily lives lol. I cannot guarantee this but it is most likely to happen.
1702  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you holding your bitcoin for a price increase? on: June 24, 2016, 01:12:12 PM
Yes im holding it for a price increase im just hoping to get some great profit from bitcoins. I buy last dec 2015 at 400$ and now the price of bitcoin is almost 650$ my profit is almost 250$ not bad for me

Yeah that's a very nice profit for you and since btc has just begun you really look at the facts of the system alone. BTC is definitely going to go up during the halving due to HALF of btc so with natural laws of supply and demand it will go up.
1703  Other / Off-topic / Re: If i give you 10 BTC what will you do? on: June 24, 2016, 01:05:24 PM
Same as above but I would store it in a hardware wallet offline for about 10 years or until the price goes way up.  That's what I've been doing with all my mining earnings.
agree with you and my opinion was also same as you , that you can store in hardware wallet and wait for the price goes way up .
Bitcoin price jumps, again she went down Sad
it's time to make long-term investments.
long term investment is a good idea but where is the right site to invest your 10 btc?
Thats good if you invest and take it for the right time, but for me i just leave 5btc in my wallet then the other 5 will spend to my kids i will them to the beautiful place in my country.

That's fine for most people to just cash out and like most said they would leave a lot behind, but having that much you can take the loss of an investment so i would drop one or 2 on investing then use the rest for whatever i need.
1704  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Anyone have plan to make income on bitcoins :) on: June 24, 2016, 01:04:30 PM
Hey,

Anyone else to plan make income on bitcoins?

Of course yes if its value will continue to rise in the future. That its value is high enough to not find a stable job and focus earning on bitcoins. But if it's not i'll just consider earning bitcoins as an extra income and still find a job which will sustain my needs and wants in life.

Yeah you really cant RELY on btc as a stable income for a long period of time unless you have a ton of btc to make sure even if there's a fluctuation you can keep yourself in tact. You have to look at it as a side business that you're the special owner of.
1705  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin being used for illegal activities on: June 24, 2016, 01:03:09 PM
Yeap. I heard in the news that criminals are using btc to send money across the globe and no one asks them from where did these money camed from. Also they pay low fees to send them :p
Yeah they are taking advantage of being anonymous of bitcoin so they use it to transact from selling drugs, firearms or other stuff. I think it's natural because many currency is also been used either for legal and illegal activities we can't disagree with that.
I think if you heard the news about it. where someone is using bitcoin to finance the activities of a criminal organization ilegla. it is bulshit ! anyone would not know the owner of the bitcoin address. So even if the bitcoin transactions are transparent. people will not know that bitcoin address where pr who to send money.

Yeah but in the end it's not hurting us if you look at it, it is scary to know the man next door could have a AK-47 ready at any time to go for a crazy attack but you also have to think about what already happens with just regular money.
1706  Other / Off-topic / Re: How kids can "earn" Bitcoin ? on: June 24, 2016, 01:00:27 PM
now many little genius. they've been able to operate a computer and create a simple program. I think benchmarks to understand bitcoin is how much the little boy to understand to operate a computer device.
But there should also be a age-basis as to when they could actually use bitcoins becuase bitcoin is free. You can buy anything with bitcoins. I mean LITERALLY everything, even those things and stuff that aren't suitable for kids of very young ages. Sure, we can warn them about those stuffs but their curiosity will not stop them.

At the time being, Im not sure Bitcoin community is age approapriate - agree with you.
yes bitcon is not age base but i think morally it is not good that kids should earn money. they should only give attention to their study;.

Agreed, although as a kid i wanted to make money constantly. I really just dont think that kids should be involved with what we do, most of bitcoin users do illegal things with bitcoins (not saying everyone) but a lot of people.
1707  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will I stay or Will I leave - Poll on: June 24, 2016, 12:59:00 PM
Which side will win obviously matter, but now fortunately, it has been proven that Core will never be surpassed, good for everyone's interest.
Since I've only just begun I will chill out and grab a drink lol just have that in mind when you use btc, you will be happy that you kept along with the journey BTC is growing and so is the community so we'll all have fun through the ride.

I think we should have patience and should stay with bitcoin longer, as bitcoin will be more popular in future and it will also take price of bitcoin to a higher level.

You really have to stay because it's going to really just keep going up and up because with the halving you'll see that the supply will be cut in half so the demand will go up at an alarming rate and from there you'll see that you can make some major money through it.
1708  Other / Off-topic / Re: Earning a living with bitcoin? on: June 24, 2016, 12:57:37 PM
Some altcoin is not steady and easy to die, but bitcoin is the best coin for me you can earn easily. But living in bitcoin is not good enough for this time.

Yeah, for me bitcoin is the only way to earning a living. For other coin, it's kind of gamble though. You can earning a living with bitcoin by joining signature campaign and do some service.

then you wont last long then, im not sure how much you earn just by doing sig campaign and some service
im pretty sure you cant always get a client with your service offer. it would be best if you both do free lancer
and sig. campaign etc.. you can earn much more.

Acroman is right dont rely too much in this signature campaign there are much out there. Actually there are people who do free raffles you can join them too for fun only or to to avoid being idle for a minute. A lot of working are opening too paying bitcoins.

Welcome the people from third world countries. They can earn a living with signature campaigns. Most of them have tons of alt accounts joined in YoBit or secondstrade. I'm pretty sure they can somehow survive everyday living by spamming the boards of this forum. With the price of bitcoin rising and the rate of signature campaign being constant, people from third world countries surely are celebrating. Anyway, anyone can make a living out of signature campaign. They just have to avoid getting kicked out by posting constructive and on topic posts and that is not that hard to do.

Well yeah, but every post has to be "constructive" and cannot be some stupid spam with bad english, which most of them have so when you look at it in reality if they learn proper english then they could really pick up Sig campaigns as a true job for them

But right now most of them cannot.
1709  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can we find Bitcoin wallet? on: June 24, 2016, 12:55:52 PM
Nobody is forcing you to use web wallets. Actually it is not recommended to use one.
Please can you explain why this is the case.
I think it's up to you to choose the type of wallet you want. no one is going to make yourself. you can use online or desktop wallet wallet it depends on you dude

I dont think he's asking if you prefer a wallet or not he's just asking if you use a good wallet and what wallet you use so, you have to look at it in different perspectives and such. The wallet is just a place to keep your money.
1710  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling problem on: June 24, 2016, 12:54:47 PM
There are allot of people gambling addict these years and that is only becasue there are so many attention to the gambling world and that is bad for everyone.

It is depend on the person who are playing that can't control them self. gambling is wrong if they know their limitations. Some people gamble just really for fun, and not to gain profit. don't gamble if you want to earn money, there is no easy money in this world. I guess sometimes but sooner or later it will also disappear as fast as you also gain that money!

This is definitely true man some people just do it for the joy of just relaxing and letting their mind free from maybe a hard day at work and just wanna have a little bit of fun with their money and chill out.

Gambling is an issue to some though taking a lot of their money away

But not all gamblers enjoying what they are doing. Sometimes they feel hurt when loosing in the game. Almost of the time you are loose in the game, they can also win but not what they are expecting, as they say, expect the unexpected.
Everybody will suffering if they lost even they gamble just to get entertainment .

The first time you may feel get entertained but if you do continuously gambling you will feel stressed under pressure because you always expect to win in every single bet in a game but the reality you get lost more than your wins.

That was right, in my calculations there are 70% of loosing and 30% of winning in gambling. Other people knows that also that you will win just for one time but they still want to play that game knowing that there is a money involve. The money is the key why the people wants o gamble and becomes addicted to it.

Basically man, it's a joy thought to win a little bit of money from no money at all you know? you have to see it in their perspective of a gambling addict, its not just about the gambling its also just the casualness of it all

it is also about the excitement that you get when you gamble, the risk taking is always exciting and it makes people want to do it more and eventually become addicts and when you add money to the equation then you have yourself a big problem.
Well, actually gambling is not exciting if without money at risk, even though you love the game but without money at stake in the long run you will feel board playing, we need to make it a point the when we gamble we just need to enjoy and not just focus on the amount we can win.
Of course, otherwise it will not be called gambling. Money is the most important in this world and we all dream to have money, the only thing that differs is our method to achieve it and some people think that gambling is the easiest way to achieve but they failed and wreck their lives.

I can't fully agree because for most of us money really isn't the center of our lives, of course a lot of us would love to be richer and that would benefit our lives but if you let money consume you there is no point to even have it.
1711  Economy / Marketplace / Re: where can i invest my 1btc? on: June 23, 2016, 01:42:53 PM
Dont invest cause theres no guarantee that your btc will be in safe hands ,its better to gamble your btc than investing on those scams sites,,or you can just hold them for a price increase.

You are referring to those cloud mining and hyip which are the same ponzi sites that are scamming investors around but with gambling that is also risky if you are going to invest that 1 btc on it. There are still legit websites for investment, like exchange sites you can do trading for that capital or if not the last choice would just hold it until the halving comes.

INVEST in a gambling site lol you're really gonna either make profit or slowly lose because of the people that play at those sites normally lose, the investors usually make bank off of the whales that play at those sites.
1712  Other / Off-topic / Re: When is it useful to borrow bitcoin? on: June 23, 2016, 01:35:38 PM
When you have a assured return upon your investment or some sort of business, as a investment you can borrow. This will ease you while returning back the borrowed bitcoin. Else you need to pay unwanted interest rates for a long time.

That is true, you do not want to pay rates for a long period of time if you dont have to but it is useful to borrow bitcoin if you certainly need it or if you see a great investing opportunity or something, that's all in personal decision making so whenever you invest/take a loan go with your gut feeling on it.

Yes that's the true essence of borrowing if you really need it just borrow, but if you doesn't even need don't borrow. Because interest is not joke that will be put into your borrowed money by the lender.

But surely it will be more usefull if we intended it to invest or do something good wich we can benifit more than enough to our barrowed money, in that instance it barrowing money is usefull because we use it for good and im very sure even rich people doing it for the sake of more profits coming inside to their pocket.

I guess that's KIND of true but i dont recommend borrowing money to have any chance at losing it, borrowing is suppose to be when you really need it not when you want to make that money into more money, that isnt what borrowing is for.
1713  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Brazil has more than 150 stores that accept bitcoin on: June 23, 2016, 01:33:39 PM
This will only grow with them hosting the summer games in 2 months time.
Tourists will bring with them spending money and more than likely they have bitcoin to spend too.
But it will only be useful if they have a bitcoin debt card to use them conveniently but a smart phone will work as well using the right wallet to pay with.
Yes! im looking forward to that, it is a great investment for brazil with the games coming there!... will be an awesome sight to see all those people spending btc for their normal everyday items! i hope to see this all around the world since it is growing so big.
1714  Other / Off-topic / Re: Getting My First Whole Bitcoin? on: June 23, 2016, 01:29:33 PM
You could do some signature campaigns because its way better to do this than other methods that are less more profitable if you are comparing it.
The fact is that you are making 100% profit with sig campaigns.
I also think that signature campaigns are the best right now due to the fact that they do not have any big risks involved.

To be honest they really have like 1%-0% risk involved when it comes to anything because all you usually have to do is type to get money! it's a really great program and it's an awesome way to get your first bitcoin!
1715  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Shop which accepts BTC on: June 23, 2016, 01:28:26 PM
there are allot of shops online witch accepts bitcoins as paying method but i dont think every webshop accepts it maybe in a view years. But you can also use paypal and i can tell you that is many times saver!

I could give or take paypal i really dont like it because of all of the scammers refunding every transaction, i personally just think it's stupid but i cant change anything, shops that accept btc in my opinion are the best because they're the most out there now.
1716  Other / Off-topic / Re: What's your least favorite thing about Bitcoin? on: June 23, 2016, 01:25:20 PM
My least favorite thing is Satoshi's Curse:

Never throw away any privkeys.

The pile grows and grows and you have to save them all!

OMG i know right those private keys man are worth so much you really gotta keep them forever lol it's great tho and my least favorite thing is the block confirmation times, they're just insanity now.
The halving coming up too its gonna be even slower.
1717  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's your biggest problem with Bitcoin on: June 23, 2016, 01:21:48 PM
I guess the my biggest problem about bitcoin as what alnost everyone here experienced is the confirmation time, that takes so long period of time before I received the bitcoin to my account.
Yeah right, I've been having trouble confirmation stalled for 5 days. Perhaps it should be repaired by bitcoin so that users can feel comfortable. But it does not become a severe problem.
That's insane because that just means the miners are not focused on your transaction even if it is high priority so that sucks man sorry but yeah my biggest problem/one of them is definitely the confirmation times.
1718  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The future of bitcoin on: June 23, 2016, 01:20:36 PM
i am also believer that bitcoin will get a top position in the world than other currency, and it will be more popular and easier for people, if bank accept the bitcoins then it go to more popular currency in the world.
as long as cybercrime still exist and so many people still worrying about it,there's no chance for bitcoin to take over the first rank of the most used currency in the world, just a dream

Yeah sadly i dont think that BTC will overpower the main currencies but you never know... BTC has shot up and is worth more than any other currency in the world.. soo we could see btc as one of the biggest currencies ever.

The need for btc is very wanted so it will grow beyond expectations.
1719  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: FUCK! Bitcoin is dead again. This time for sure. on: June 23, 2016, 01:19:10 PM
Amazon & Steam accepting BTC, that's not a coincidence. Each day it will be more used, that's my opinion.  Grin

That's awesome i didnt know that they used btc yet, that's a great sign for us (the community) because it shows that we're growing and evolving to bigger companies like Amazon and Steam which is amazing.

Im pretty sure the next big company is Wal-mart!
1720  Other / Off-topic / Re: When is Bitcoins going to die? on: June 23, 2016, 01:17:32 PM
I think bitcoin will not die unless no one uses it, Bitcoin will remain a live if a massive number of people is still using it actively, right now, this year its impossible to die cause bitcoin community is going farther and farther

I agree btc wont die because people have a want for it and a need for it to keep on using it as a whole and people love that it has 8 0s behind it for satoshi, it's a really awesome currency and will grow bigger than we can imagine.

Good luck guys hope you grow your btc.
