1701  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [BTQ] BitQuark | Super secure hashing | CPU mining on: February 24, 2014, 02:06:10 AM
Hi guys. Thank you ALL so much for your patience with altcryptominining.com 's p2pool yesterday on launch day.
I certainly did not expect such a huge response so early. the pool peaked at a 350MH/s hashrate which I did not expect and the server simply could not handle, which lead to the crash.
The server has now been ported over to a much more powerful machine and is available on the same URl

Statistiics at http://btq.altcryptomining.com

Point your miners to: minerd -a quark -o p2pool.altcryptomining.com:8112 -u (your BTQ wallet address) -p (anything you like)

everything is working beautifully so lets get behind this great coin.

I love me some Quark but I really like the comparative rarity of these. Though, I don't believe there are 'too many' quarks per se...

Your pool is working well now. Smiley

I just connected to the aforementioned pool 1 min ago... I see some (yay!!!) but some people said wrong chain, some said not. I'll post again if I see any payouts.

use
minerd64_sse3 -a quark -o http://btq.zcoins.org:9782 -u 1GE6cm6pxFUMk66MewWBbL5mAq4Y3TRFJ8 -p x
-isaevski

I do sporadically lose the connection at that pool...

You don't even know what a pre-mine is? Then you clone the coin you're dis-satisfied with? Joke.

“There is no reason for a convoluted explanation of why Quark is not a pre-mined coin. 3 sentences will suffice.

1. A pre mined coin is a one that was mined in substantial quantities before the ANN topic was created.
2. This is a link to Block 1 http://quarkexplorer.com/block/1 and this is a link to the ANN topic http://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=260031.0 .
3. Check the dates.”
1706  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [PRE-ANN][MAX] MaxCoin on: February 04, 2014, 10:31:00 PM
It would be neat to see a 'get coins' tab on the client upon launch[such as the img of DTC client below]... that would enable a much fairer start. DTC is also CPU.

1707  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: STOP DISSING DOGE BECAUSE OF ITS NAME..... on: February 01, 2014, 05:44:58 AM
Doge is a clone and the doge client is a lode. Who cares about the name, there are plenty of real reasons to avoid it.

^ You're all useless humptards.

I spend BTC on useless shite like food, clothes and books all the time. Just because you don't have a clue don't push your crap on those who do.

Works fine trolls.

To OP:

I have lost money during this whole problem we've been having over the last few weeks. Still waiting for my ticket to get resolved for over 10 days.
But I do not believe that they can be held responsible for any losses that have happened due to all of this.

If you read the TOS you will see why.

 etc etc

TOS have to be legal. Cryptsy TOS is only their opinion. Only a court can decide, Ask Google.
1717  Other / Archival / Re: deleted by request on: December 16, 2013, 01:56:43 AM
heaters gonna hate

cryptsy ftw I never had problems, always smooth transactions.

So you have a grand total of 3 trades in the lowest vol coin. Why you speak?

Withdrawals are very lag and some, such as MEC, are not withdrawing the proper amount as requested.
1718  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Independent News Station in San Diego Accepting BTC Donations on: December 04, 2013, 04:19:45 AM
Inewsource.org, is accepting Bitcoin donations after I told them I'd donate if they added a button. It seems giving away BTC is a good way to spread the word. http://inewsource.org/donate/ is affiliated with KPBS & San Diego State University... reputable and considered trustworthy by the local populace. Since I went all in on QRK a couple months ago I gave a little donation. If anyone else banked to the point they have coin in places they didn't know they had places maybe send them a satoshi or 5.

Frikkin cryptohippies. Private Businesses are totalitarian.
And If I were a mod at cryptsy your ass would have been banned day1, forever.
1720  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [CENT] Pennies launched on: November 11, 2013, 01:56:51 AM
