today the verdict against mario vuskovic of hamburger sv was announced. mario received a 2-year ban.
the ban is valid from 15th of november 2022 until 14th of november 2024. this is a tough verdict for the young guy. however, hsv wants to appeal against the verdict.
whether this will be successful remains to be seen. this means that hsv is still missing an important player for the rest of this season.
This verdict was to be expected. Vuskovic and his lawyers tried a lot to ensure that he would not be convicted. But I was not surprised that they were not successful with their strategy. For Hamburger SV it was certainly clear from the beginning on that they could no longer plan with him. |

Rostock will play against Magdeburg at Sunday. Both clubs lost their last match. But Hansa Rostock comes to Magdeburg with a new coach. Both teams have to win to get out of the bottom of the table. But I think there will be no winner in this match and it will end with a 0:0. That would be a small success for Rostock.
But Rostock has something positive to report. Their goalkeeper Markus Kolke has extended his contract until 2026. He has been goalkeeper since 2019 in Rostock and knows the ups and downs at Rostock.

Schalke has improved in recent games and they have not lost a game in the last 7 games. However, they have only won the games against their direct opponents in the fight against relegation (Stuttgart and Bochum). In this game against Leverkusen, Schalke will mainly concentrate on defending.
Leverkusen has played very well in the Bundesliga but also international. The victory against Bayern Munich gives them a lot of confidence.
I think Leverkusen will win this game.

Now Zverev still has his phases. It goes up and everyone thinks now the time has come that he stays on top of things. Then there is a mental meltdown one game, a bad game the next day and then gets eliminated in the first round and everyone asks what the heck is going on. I hope he can get back to his best level possible and then keep it for a couple of years. That would be exciting for the tennis world. This up and down is only fun when Kyrgios is involved!  There was a documentary about Zverev at television. He said that after his injury he was very afraid not to play at the same level as before. Players are always under a lot of pressure. And after such a big injury the pressure is certainly even greater. The next months and next tournaments will not be easy for him. He will play on clay again. That where he got his injury. How quickly will he get back 100% confidence in his body? I wish him very much that it will be quick. |

Freibug and Hertha BSC play against each other next saturday. That ist an important match for Hertha in the fight against relegation. Freiburg has been not playing constantly for a long time. But they have not lost their last games at home in the Bundesliga. Hertha BSC is very bad away from home. They have always lost their last games away from home. So I think Freiburg will win this game. With at least 2 goals more than Hertha BSC.

Glückwunsch an alle, die in der Whirlwind Kampagne sind. Müsst ihr dann jetzt einen ausgeben?  Auf jeden Fall sollte sich jeder die anderen Kampagnen ansehen. Da werden ja Plätze frei werden und da sollte jeder, der gerade auf der Suche ist, den Bereich Service beobachten ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=52.0) und mit F5 akutalisieren. Vlt. haben wir ja auch alle was davon und andere Kampagnen sehen das als Ansporn jetzt etwas mehr drauf zu legen bei der Vergütung pro Woche! Das habe ich insgeheim auch gehofft. Mal schauen. |

Nach den ganzen hin und her und den verschiedenen Wechsel in der Führungsetage, den Weiterverkauf der Firma usw. usf. hat das bestimmt fast keiner erwartet, dass es für Modum doch eine DIvidendenauszahlung gibt. Dann hoffe ich mal für euch, dass ihr eine ordentliche Dividende bekommt und das auch die nächsten Jahre. Und am besten natürlich eine jedes Jahr höhere Dividende.

habe nun eine antwort von Hhampuz erhalten. er sagt, das natürlich das ziel von whirlwind.money sei, da es nun Chipmixer nicht mehr gibt, eine langfristige kampagne ins laufen zu bringen und auch mit der bezahlung ein zeichen zu setzen, CM schnell vergessen zu machen  ps. hab meine bewerbung abgegeben Oh mann, da juckt es mich ja schon in den Fingern. Ich sehe nur das Problem, dass 25 Hero/Legendary User beim Beenden der Kampagne (also falls sie beendet wird), sofort auf der Suche nach anderen Kampagnen sind. Und andere werden dann voll sein. In meiner z.B. warten schon 4 User auf einen Aufstieg. Dieser neue Mixingdienst hat auch erst heute seinen ANN-Thread eröffnet. Auch kann es sein, dass in einigen Monaten die Rewards gesenkt werden. Andererseits sind die Anforderungen sehr angenehm. Und aufs Jahr bei mir gesehen 2600$ Unterschied. Ich hasse solche Entscheidungen.  ; Jammern auf hohem Niveau. |

Warum hier geworben wurde ist, weil viele Bitcoiner anonym unterwegs sein möchten. Sie möchten nicht, dass alles nachvollziehbar ist.
Ja, aber so nachvollziehbar das Interesse ist, es wiederspricht eben den Geldwäschegesetzen. Ein etwas übertriebenes Beispiel: Ein Bankräuber möchte auch anonym unterwegs sein und nicht gefilmt werden. Er möchte auch nicht, dass der Tathergang nachvollziehbar ist. Ein begründetes Interesse legalisiert es nun mal nicht. Das musst du mir erklären. Weshalb widerspricht das Bestreben nach Anonymisierung dem Geldwäschegesetz? Wo steht das drin? GIbt es dafür einen Paragraphen? Zu deinem Beispiel. Ein Bankraub ist eine illegale Tat. Mir ist nicht bekannt, dass das Anonymiseren einer Bitcointransaktionen illegal ist. Geldwäsche ist in § 261 StGB definiert. Dieses ist eine Straftat, mit dem Ziel illegal erworbene Vermögenswerte in den Wirtschaftskreislauf einzubringen. |

I'm not a lawyer, but I'm pretty sure someone would need more evidence than "judge, he sent 500 bucks to ChipMixer" to get a case going against you and me, no? I agree with you. But here in Germany some have already been suspected of money laundering. They sold Bitcoin to someone and received money via a bank transfer. But the account from the buyer had been hacked. Or a bank account was opened with stolen KYC data. However, how the criminals were able to open the bank account is not so important now. But the sellers had a lot of problems afterwards because their bank accounts were blocked for a long time and they had to deal with the police. What I am saying is that someone can quickly become a suspect even though he/she/it is innocent. And the authorities have many ways to make someone look guilty. |

Hatte ich eigentlich schon mal angeregt, dass wir durchaus darüber diskutieren oder gar abstimmen könnten über was es hier eigentlich geht Darüber haben wir doch schon immer wieder mal diskutiert und sind allgemein zu der Ansicht gekommen, dass man hier über allgemeine Dinge zum Bitcoinkursverlauf quatschen kann und wenn es über mehrere Seiten geht, dann sollte es ausgelagert werden. So zumindest meine Erinnerung und auch Ansicht. Und bisher sind wir da ja eigentlich ganz gut mit gefahren. Und wenn der eine oder andere mal kurz über sein Seelenleben schnacken will, dann ist das auch kein Beinbruch. Im Grunde genommen, kann immer jemand quer schiessen und sich einen feuchten Dreck um eine vorangegange Abstimmung scheren |

Euch allen viel Glück bei der Aufnahme. Das ist wirklich eine Stange Kohle, die da rausgeworfen wird. Das wären bei meiner Kampagne 200$ mehr pro Monat. Und dann noch ohne Gamblinganforderungen. Aber da niemand weiß, wie lange die neue Kampagne gehen wird, bleibe ich bei meiner aktuellen. Was bringt es mir, wenn ich für wenige Wochen mehr bekomme, aber dann plötzlich nackig bin, weil die Kampagne gestoppt wird. Das Risiko bin ich früher eingegangen. I am fully aware of the fact that Zverev had a bad injury, but for how long is this going to be impacting him? These guys at this level have all kinds of coaches. Physically, mentally, whatever they need. His results are pretty bad so far. Lost in the 2nd round at the Australian Open, lost in the round of 16 in Rotterdam, lost in the round of 16 in Qatar, the best was the semifinal against Rublev in Dubai, then he lost again in the round of 16 in Indian Wells, and now he got smashed in the round of 64 in Miami.
The injury is the only excuse here. If it isn't the injury, then what can it be? Is he too distracted from tennis? Is he still as focused as he used to be a while ago when he had these great games and fights?
The experts in sportsmedicine saying that a return will take at least as long as a break due to the injury was. I think his break was 7 months long. He started with his first tournament in December. So he should be back to his old level about in May/June. But I agree with you that the early lost in Miami is a step backwards. So I am curious to see how he will perform in the next tournaments. |

Was mir an den ganzen Gateway Hichhack nicht gefällt ist, dass es anscheinend keine Warnung vor der Nutzung auf der waves.exchange gibt. Bridges kann man unterteilen in zentral (hier vertraut man auch einer zentralen Instanz) oder trustless (was Richtung dezentral gehen kann)
Viele Brigdes, bei denen eine Schwachstelle des Codes ausgenutzt wurde, wurden durch die Contractowner gestoppt. Das ist für mich nicht dezentral im Hinblick auf die Einflussmöglichkeit von wenigen Personen. Daher ist dieser Punkt für mich keine Änderung bezogen auf ein Gateway. |

It will be very difficult for Hamburg if they will not win this game. Düsseldorf has not lost their last games and if they win at Friday they will have a chance to reach place 3 in the next weeks. The gap would be only 4 points then. The nerves from the player would then surely going insane again, they will lose the next games and it will then probably only be enough for place 4 at the end of the season again. |

Keine Ahnung wie das geregelt wird, ich kann auch nicht sagen ob die Tx im Moment vom User selbst gecancelt werden können. Kann ja auch sein das einige noch durchgehen und man ärgert sich dann, das man gecancelt hat.
Es ist nur wichtig zu verstehen, das Gateway und Bridge zwei unterschiedliche voneinander unabhängige Dinge sind.
Bitte mich berichtigen, wenn ich falsch liege! Also wenn ich mich recht erinnere, sind die Gateways zentralisiert. Also jemand hat Zugriff auf die Funds und kann die Transaktionen von Hand starten, stoppen oder canceln. Somit werden die entweder von Hand gecancelt oder auf die Bridges umgeleitet. Es ist nur wichtig zu verstehen, das Gateway und Bridge zwei unterschiedliche voneinander unabhängige Dinge sind. Für mich sind das von der Zugriffsmöglichkeit durch bestimmte Personen her das gleiche. |

there were some young talents in the hamburg team. but nevertheless you can win the game. if hsv continues to play like this they will get their favourite place again.
hsv loves place 4. at least they don't need to play a relegation match.
I would not judge such a defeat as dramatic. It is true that Braunschweig is at place 17 in the table. But that was a test match and therefore many players from the second row played there. The next games are more important for Hamburg. Friday they will play against Düsseldorf. There they have to show that they want to promoted and they have to win clearly. |

Zverev lost in only two sets even in the first set he was unable to get a single game, is there something wrong with him? not sure and the second set was not enough for Zverev to take the match to the third as his serve was broken again by Daniel and he lost. The performance from Zverev was very disappointing. After playing good tennis again in Indian Wells he made a lot of mistakes now in this match. I do not know what was wrong with him. But Daniel did well. He managed to make Zverev not find his own rhythm of play. Another disappointing result for Casper Ruud, in the third set he was already in the lead as he managed to break his opponent's serve but he was not good enough to maintain his advantage and Botic managed to take the final set to win it. Ruud hasn't shown anything good this year unlike last year where he was able to last quite a while in a tournament.
Ruud has really a negative streak. It looks like this year is not going to be his year. Although it is still quite early to evaluate that. But so far he is not able to get out of his bad performance. |

Selbst am 8K-85-Zöller wäre es noch klein, wenn jemand Marmeladengläser auf den Augen hat. Zu den Tx stornieren, es sei darauf hingewiesen, das Pepe derzeit nur eine ETH Bridge unterstützt, die anderen sollen folgen. Oh, danke für die Info. Das war mir noch nicht bekannt. Bin naiv davon ausgegangen, dass es für alle Gateway gilt. Aber ist eigentlich klar, dass es nur eines nach dem anderen geht. Was nicht funktioniert, ist darauf zu warten, das die Tx im Gateway über die Bridge abgewickelt wird. Dann ist ja nur die einzige Lösung, dass die Transaktionen im Gateway gecancelt werden. Aber dafür muss es sicherlich noch eine Umfrage geben, ob die Community das auch so will. |

Außerdem geht's beim Thema "eBay muss Verkäufer melden" doch nich um Kleinanzeigen,
weiß eBay da überhaupt, ob man was verkauft hat, oder nicht?
Wie hier schon erwähnt wurde ist es auf jende Fall feststellbar, wenn deren Zahlungssystem OOP genutzt wird (wobei ich von deren Nutzung generell abrate). Ansonsten könnten sie es sicherlich auch aus dem Chatverlauf herausextrahieren. Ob es dann wirklich zu einem Verkauf kam oder nicht, musst aber am Ende der Verkäufer beweisen. Ich gehe davon aus, dass die Steuerbehörde auch irgendwann die Daten von ebay kleinanzeigen anfordern wird. |
