The beauty in all of this, as I warned you all about, is that Realsolid has done nothing illegal.
He is allowing everyone to retrieve their coins. No hacks, no thefts.
He never made any promises on the performance of mcxFEES. People still own them.
He now walks away, with no illegalities totally anonymous with about $12 Million UDS in BTC.
I don't know how anyone could have missed something as obvious as it was.

But I find it hard to believe that every person defending RS's right to anonymity was a sockpuppet. There was a ton of them. I feel bad for you, I really do. I was not brave enough to trade their because of what BCX had said. i'm thankful that i listened now. it's not too much left for me, made 50 btc initially from fee shares, and got that out and away into other sources. But now when I need it, this happens. Yeah BCX was correct. Hopefully everyone gets there money back. Ass hats like that make it harder on the rest of us. |

I have started a logo contest for .125 btc
I hope the fee share holders do not feel this is a waste of money. i feel like it is important for our brand to have a sharp logo.

Any exchange must have a proffessional logo so this contest will decide the logo of openex.
there are strict parameters:
Both logos should be transparent png and come with a psd and a scalable vector
Logo A:
this logo will slide onto the screen from right when the chat window is open.
must include a blue OpenSourceInitiave logo, like the favicon of OpenEx. must have a fixed width of 350x350. underneath the OpenSource Symbold should be the words, "OpenEx" in font Exo-Bold. this in an open type face font, freely downloadable. if you need help getting this font speak at me.

I may be interested in purchasing a few shares depending on how much I like the exchange. I'll let you know when it launches.
that's cool man. truth be told, we've received over 3 BTC in funding so far, which is plenty to pay hosting on multiple, high powered servers for 3 months, as well as hiring/outsourcing some of the workload. hopefully there will be enough to hire a good penetration tester prior to launch. we're pretty confident in the design, but i would feel better if it had a good testing, other than the current testing it receives, which is adequate and has found one vulnerability that i have patched already, however i'm a big believer in second opinions. i can't state enough how crucial perfection is at launch time. it can make or break us as an exchange. just look at coins-e for example I can't stress enough for users to keep up with the development thread. here you will get an in depth look at us building the exchange. i think its pretty cool. |
