Well I got suckered and I may have heard your warning, but didn't listen. Did you come in the chatbox at MCXnow a few times warning people?
This was a very elaborate and well thought out scam. Half the people over at MCXnow are still hugging Realsolids nuts like he is a victim or something.

He may be a "literal ghost" to us mere mortals but I'm sure the NSA could nab him in about 3 seconds. The question is whether AU is going to turn him over or not. My bet is they will.

The beauty in all of this, as I warned you all about, is that Realsolid has done nothing illegal.
~BCX~
well then you don't know the laws very well, well I know that already cause u seem to think you haven't done anything illegal with your threats, ddos and excessive mining

The beauty in all of this, as I warned you all about, is that Realsolid has done nothing illegal. He is allowing everyone to retrieve their coins. No hacks, no thefts. He never made any promises on the performance of mcxFEES. People still own them. He now walks away, with no illegalities totally anonymous with about $12 Million UDS in BTC. I don't know how anyone could have missed something as obvious as it was. ~BCX~ Well In hindsight it is obvious. I never came across your posts here, they are well thought out and reading them now after being scammed it is a face palm moment. I never put together what the scam was until I realized he was letting people take their coins back. Then I figured out on my own that technically he didn't steal but too late. I am going to figure out who this fucker is though. There has to be clues.

Actually selling the rest of the fee shares and then closing a month later is willful fraud. Its kind of like being a baker and selling a bunch of vouchers for bread and then closing a month later. What do the people holding the bread vouchers / fee shares do? RS, you have literally millions of USD in bitcoin, the least you could do is hire support staff if it is overwhelming for you. By closing down you are showing your true colors.

Don't know about this bread voucher thing, not sure. It would be on the terms and conditions. Obviously with the mcxFEE shares you'll need to read the legally binding contract you agreed with Realsolid before buying the shares. Oh wait, you mean there isn't one....... Oh dear.

Its not a literal analogy, but there are alot of similarities. The bread vouchers can be sold or traded but only redeemed in one location for bread. If the baker shuts down and disappears the vouchers are worthless. If this did come to criminal proceedings the judge would see right through the "not owning shares of the actual site" bullshit, and Look right at what makes it all illegal and that is selling the rest of the shares a month before shutting down. All the prosecutor needs to prove is that RS intended to shut down mcxNow when he sold those shares.

I find this quote particularly amusing. mcxNOW is a custom coded exchange built 100% by one man in C++ . This means if anything has to be modified then only one person can do it. So he's saying that his c++ source code has been poorly written and documented then? If it was written with good coding standards, properly structured etc, a good programmer could pick up where he left off easily.

It could probably fall under the statute of frauds, but good luck even finding the man. Where are all the blowhards, like quantplus, saying his identity doesn't matter now?
