I think there is some geographic bias on this game as I've never played it or even seen someone play it briefly.   I can believe its popular in some countries but I cant remember seeing it listed.    I'll give it a try if I happen to find it browsing, I always like the new stuff for variety.

That was a fair result, if Norway wouldn't have too many important missing players we might watch a very different game.
