We realize it is not a fool-proof system, but its the only system we have. The shoe-on-head verification has only failed us a handful of times, and made everybody who did it look like a dumbass. In this case it worked, we knew that you stole the picture therefore you are a picture-stealing scammer. |

People are too eager to troll newbs posting for loans. Just don't give the loan  The reason everyone is wary of new users going from the newbie section straight into lending is because of all the scams that have happened and the many times the scammers have tried to sign-up again. Apparently I'm dumb and can't read, I swore I read May 2012, and was only posting that so somebody who was new to the forums would look more carefully. It has happened plenty of times where an obvious scammer using a day old account asks for a loan and gets a loan off another newbie then never repays. OP's account is registered May 2011 which adds some amount of credibility, but sadly I won't be funding this loan. I wish him luck getting it. |

According to my calculations, If you mined with a BFL Single, it would take 2 days to mine 1BTC. The electricity cost (at €0.15/kw) would be €0.576, which is 0.14BTC. That means you would make a profit of 0.86BTC. If you decided to lease through GPUMAX, you'd be making a loss of 0.2BTC. That's also being optimistic as I've occasionally earned 150% PPS via GPUMAX. Thats also not including GPUMAX's profit, so its likely closer to 0.7-0.8BTC loss. |
