1721  Economy / Speculation / Re: I think bull run coming soon on: February 26, 2017, 08:35:53 PM
Bitcoin is going towards new ETH price so all this dumps/correction after a big pump like recent one is normal. Chinese may again spread new FUD regarding PBOC investigation  Grin

The most important thing is having a bitcoin price above $1000 for the rest of the year (preferably +$1100 forever ofc) then loosing one hundred then recovering it shouldn't be a problem, the essential thing is a positive rise at the end  Wink

1723  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Is about 1,054$ in preev now!!! on: February 12, 2017, 01:59:10 PM
Yes and not too surprising. Bitcoin price keeps changing from time to time. And luckily its positive most of the time. As its works as the basic principles of demand and supply so anything can happen anytime.A bad news might waiting behind this value increase we never know untill it happens. But in the long term it will keep its pace of increasing I hope. And past charts also says the same. Good luck

Yeah it isn't surprising but what i noticed here is the big difference between the exchanges which was ~$5 between the western one and now Gdax is for example $1013 while bitfinex is $998.
1724  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2014-02-04]Polish Regulator Recognizes Bitcoin Businesses on: February 04, 2017, 07:19:47 PM
Quote
It concluded that, while virtual currencies are not subject to any separate regulation under Polish legislation, it is subject to income tax

From making nothing from bitcoin to getting a regular income, this is what I thought when reading just the title, the next step is taking off the miners that didn't register and continue to mine tho
1725  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Is about 1,054$ in preev now!!! on: February 04, 2017, 07:07:55 PM
We will reach again the four digits of bitcoin's price soon, the value had already started to increase again.

Mission accomplished and the price is +$1020 in most exchanges
The only thing to worry about is that it will keep rising or at least don't fall under the four digits...
1726  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-01-26] DCEBrief - Venezuelan Authorities Arrest Four Bitcoin Miners on: January 29, 2017, 11:49:00 AM
Quote
This is not the first time that Venezuelan authorities have arrested Bitcoin miners, of course. Two years ago, two other individuals were arrested by the country’s secret police, only to be released more than three months later.

Quote
there is no law against Bitcoin mining in Venezuelan, actions like these can have a chilling effect as Bitcoin miners and users become wary of potential government reprisals.
That's why the government learned from its mistakes and they charged them with cyber crime and electricity theft so they could pass more time in jail...
1727  Economy / Reputation / Re: Lauda should be banned as a campaign manager? on: January 29, 2017, 11:41:16 AM
Do you agree with this?

It is up to Bitmixer to decide...
The funny part is seeing many topics about Lauda created by brand new accounts in few days.
1728  Economy / Speculation / Re: The only way to get rich is by riding the next big alt pump on: January 28, 2017, 09:31:44 PM
All the alts going mad, except the one I have. Is allways the same history, it seem I cant make some profit out of this.

Experienced this somehow when I tried making a profit from trading a little amount of money (just for testing and to learn) of course i always make a cute loss
@OP, it is a true statement but I don't feel that there is an alt which deserves to be rided  Undecided
1729  Economy / Speculation / Re: Give me an estimate on next breakout! on: January 28, 2017, 09:25:52 PM
volume is falling, so I doubt there is an accumulation, unless it is happening outside exchanges, I think whoever wanted to buy big already did

if the pattern from 2015-2016 follows, then next big rise should happen near june-july, 6 months after the last one

I think the price will not make a huge rise until November - December 2017 and it may break its previous records, meantime it is just a consolidation moments
1730  Economy / Speculation / Re: where are all those who were calling $500 bottom? on: January 22, 2017, 03:35:47 PM
Check the charts, it's 2014 all over again.
It's plummeting again (gosh who would have expected that..) as we speak...

You only come to life when the price is going down, how funny is that. You simply ignore the fact that the price right now is moving above the levels where it was moving comfortably. Comfortable levels are anywhere between $800-$850 so if you have that in mind, then these dumps aren't any special at all, unless you're a day trader that takes advantage of these dumps.

OP: They are gone. These people only show up when their predictions become reality so they can brag about it where they always say -- I told you so, but you guys didn't want to listen.

Kwukduck as you said pop up when the price falls, well he has a few remarks about bitcoin that might be correct but the funny part is that he keeps being a contradictory index
1731  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-01-17]-Coindesk- Estimating China's Real Bitcoin Trading Volumes on: January 22, 2017, 03:27:23 PM
I didn't follow the charts as I did before even that i don't understand it fully but the volume in the Chinese exchanges has fallen recently to +50%
Am I wrong? Huge fake volumes?
Due to PBoC investigations the price fall huge amount on a single day. Maybe PBoC was alarmed when they saw the volumes. I saw the chart and its not looking normal. Theres abnormality on volumes. I think its a huge fake volumes. And now PBoC are now monitoring all exchange in China https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1751442.0

Indeed and the prove is the relative stability of the volumes after the action was done
-50%... Huge fake volumes, maybe PBoC wasn't wrong in its action but the timing rised questions

1733  Economy / Speculation / Re: 780 broken.. 500 .. maybe even 220-240 again... ? on: January 13, 2017, 10:03:43 PM
Get some  buying ready around 220-240.. ?! :S  not looking good boys.

Get some buying ready around $820 it is looking good boys Smiley
A drop then a correction then a rise after being steady for a while
Meanwhile the Chinese central bank recent action had a negative impact on the price for sure

1735  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will BTC ever reach 1000 again? on: January 12, 2017, 09:21:38 PM
I would recommend cutting your losses. Big money is on crypto 2.0. Bitcoin is outdated and not adapting to real world user demand and expectations.

It could be hyped and manipulated again but it gets harder and harder as the community becomes more aware of bitcoins fundamental flaws.

You never give up pal
I read your response on another thread and I respect it but bitcoin will persist, maybe it needs some fixes and this will happens for sure
Back to the topic,  yes it will rise again
1736  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-01-12]China's Central Bank to Conduct Ongoing Bitcoin Exchange Visits on: January 12, 2017, 09:09:44 PM
The People's Bank of China (PBoC) is moving to more closely monitor (or otherwise engage) with domestic bitcoin exchange businesses.
This is somehow ridiculous to see this happening when bitcoin reached +$1000
Also please indicate the coindesk's link in the bottom of your post

Bitcoin is a specific virtual goods. It is not law-based and compulsory like currency thus does not have the legal status as a currency. It shall not, should not be circulated as a currency in the market.
Specific virtual goods but not a currency... So we can buy/sell it with fiat but cannot trade it with a coffee or pizza or what?

BTCC, huobi, OKcoin account for 90% of the global Bitcoin trading.

till now no “ban” is  given, no restrictive measures have been mentioned officially

1738  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: China New Year on: January 07, 2017, 09:33:02 PM
What effect wil the china new year have for bitcoin?

The rooster gonna fly when it will see the fire coming and it will break all the previous records and the other birds gonna be jealous!
1739  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-01-06] Death & Bitcoin: How I Prepared My Family’s Digital Inheritance on: January 07, 2017, 08:39:08 PM
Recently, I have been making somewhat of a digital will for my wife for when I die so she will be able to access all my online accounts and bitcoin access.

It is a good idea but this is not exclusive to bitcoin since some people may have a house in another country or a bank account in another country or even a PayPal/Neteller/online bank account that their owners need to inform their families about it in order for not being lost forever after their death
Anyway bitcoin isn't an exception maybe apart the fact that the other things could be found and restored but for bitcoin no way
1740  Economy / Speculation / Re: Prepare for another year or two of dramatic decline. on: January 06, 2017, 08:14:46 PM
We've seen this all before.
Now that the last hopes of a continued rally are harshly shattered by this bull trap it looks like we are in for another slow dramatic decline.
Last time it was from 700-800 towards 200, i suspect this time trend reversal may occur again around 300-350.
It was a nice run but until Bitcoin gets fixed at a fundamental level, these prices are unsustainable and marketcap will keep on leaking to superior coins.

I was going to lose the hope of seeing a rise soon in the bitcoin price when i just saw $885 few minutes ago but now kwukduck gave us A NEW HOPE Smiley
