indeed. Whether it's scam or exit scam or whatever the names, it's our responsibility to do our own research investing in cryptocurrencies. As more popular the crypto, then many parties try to bet their luck here. Intended or unintended scammer came because popularity of cryptocurrency. They're trying to trick the new adopters who haven't know much about this world. If it's possible, probably we can educate our closest who decide to dive into cryptocurrency. To warn them that they have to keep guard, invest as many as they can afford and keep safe.

I must say 2017 was a great great year for cryptocurrencies because many people started to know about bitcoin and then learn much more about blockchain and found alt coin. The new adopters came because of the popularity of bitcoin at that time and like you said, the bear season then came. But apparently, crypto world still last, even grow, DeFi as evidence were succeed to make cryptocurrencies sounds again. I believe crypto world still has many great things beneath their sleeves in years ahead, try to be optimist this year would be the year when crypto rise up.

For me, I seldom invest in certain tokens or coins that already popular, I'm not that good at trading. I always looking up for new project. My first principle is to get it for free ( thou' it's not totally free cause I still have to work hard dedicating time, energy, data package etc lol) but I invested too if I thought it's a good project. For me, it's easy to read the new project than the popular one cause the certainty of the process, you know from the presale- listing news- token burning etc. It's easier to analyze whether I should HODL or sell regarding those step. So yeah, timing is important, news is important (especially the moment before the news got out)

yes exactly, I experienced it by myself. Not rich rich, but I got some fortune that I can't get by being an employee in some company. Back in 2017, I was so lucky to get some valuable tokens/coins that can made me bought a house for my parents. But, it never came in one night. It needs patience and moment. Learn from my experience, I got a lesson that I keep as my principle in engaging with crypto world which is "seize the moment, seize the chance" cause those ATH won't repeat in short time.
