Beh una buona notizia prima di fine anno è arrivata, in base al sistema giudiziario americano non gli daranno più di 10 anni di reclusione e 1 milione di ammenda, almeno che non ci siano altre aggravanti! Ma sostanzialmente è questa la pena
Per i 10 anni direi che per le famiglie travolte dal caso gli sembreranno sicuramente pochi ( e come dargli torto)
Il milione di ammenda sinceramente sarà solo un solletichino sotto i piedi a SBF

nella prima frase è riportato il riferimento di legge, poi ogni regione tra quelle che citavo prima ha ripreso quel regolamento e lo ha "personalizzato" stabilendo requisiti, limiti e multe diverse. Tra l'altro dal 2017 ad oggi i regolamenti regionali sono stati rivisti più volte quindi per avere una situazione chiara devi andare a scaricarti più delibere.
In particolare sia in Lombardia sia in Piemonte esiste l'obbligo del controllo annuale dei fumi che deve essere eseguito da personale abilitato ecc. ecc., i soliti requisiti che si chiedono per controlli di questo tipo.
L'unica possibilità ad oggi prevista per poter essere esentato da questi obblighi è qualora il camino sia l'unica fonte di riscaldamento presente nell'edificio.
io controllo ogni anno  i fumi, pagati anche abbastanza bene lo ritengo una buona cosa per evitare che ci siano "scoppi" con conseguenti morti e costi sociali di conseguenza e' una cosa giusta ma per davvero anche io ho il camino, ma dovrei sistemarlo per entrare a norma in ogni caso non posso metterci la legna a caxxo ma tanto se arriviamo nella situazione brutta che mi aspetto che arrivi, chissenefotte Io nonostante abiti in affitto sono obbligato a fare manutenzione (alla caldaia nel mio caso non avendo camino) e ogni tre anni mi spetta fare anche i fumi, per carità trovo giusto eseguire la manutenzione più controllo fumi per una questione di sicurezza ma trovo esagerato l'imposizione nel adeguare i sistemi di riscaldamento soprattutto quando sono ancora perfettamente funzionanti, come diceva @duesoldi questa è mafia. After almost 9 years of playing around with bitcoin and cryptos I have nearly seen it all.
The Fall of Mt. Gox was all the rage, the crypto markets collapsed for years, and yet, it seemed like there was just so much more potential during that time, so much excitement and shilling...
The markets collapsed, but the communities were strong.
Now seems different...
The crypto winter kicked off and the first casualty was Luna... 6 months later we watched Ftx collapse, and now many "Trustworthy" and "Safe" exchanges are playing games with user funds due to the mismanagement of assets and too much exposure to Ftx.
What happens next?
Did too many people get burned too bad this time?
Is the negative outlook too much now?
I worry that this may be the beginning of the end to many long lasting projects and potentially bitcoin itself... This crypto winter has at least another year to run its course and we are still watching the FTX fallout unravel.
It's some tough times, indeed... All the bags of worthless tokens that were once projects of potential.
Anyone out there have words of encouragement regarding the future of crypto? Anything the future holds to look forward to?

Liverpool have a really challenging task ahead of them to perform. They have got pretty much away from the teams ahead of them in the standings due to a bad form. Their problem wasn't limited to only big matches. They lost many points against much smaller teams than themselves. I still can't forget the Nottingham and Leeds losses. Although Liverpool have one of the most impressive attacking players in the league they have had problems on winning many simple matches. Klopp hasn't still found out a solution for this but I believe he will.
They had better start from improving their defending. Because they have conceded many more goals than the normal level. The weaknesses in defense caused them to lose points in some matches that they were close to winning as well.
I think, there will be massive improvement from Liverpool after the holiday because their fans are not smiling about the defeat they experienced from small teams in this season, which will make the team to correct the errors to make their fans happy again. Liverpool will definitely recover from this challenges that is affecting them since Sadio mane left the team, and it hard their coach to get a talented player that can handle that position very well like Sadio mane. Impressive. France is unstoppable with Giroud and Mbappe, maybe they will win the trophy for the second in a row or they can be stopped by the Morocco national team ? I can't guess. Is it possible Croatia will win against Argentina, to they Croatia can revenge for the last world cup in the final if against france? But if Morocco finally wins and gets the trophy, this will be a surprise to us and a very good historical record for them. La regola di per sé è veramente assurda! Ma io mi immagino tutti sto funzionari comunali che vengono a controllare casa per casa tutti i camini o stufe a pellet senza che escono con un occhio nero da qualche abitazione, è quasi inapplicabile una roba simile!
E' assurda anche perché ci sono camini che hanno poco più di 10 anni e funzionano ancora benissimo, ma ti obbligano a cambiarli perché la casa non rilascia certificazioni sulla classe di riferimento precedenti una certa data. Praticamente devi buttare via una cosa che funziona bene solo perché qualcuno si è inventato una normativa che lascia il tempo che trova. Inutile far osservare che tra consumo per smaltire il vecchio e costruire il nuovo, l'inquinamento che vai a creare non sia da poco, ma quel che interessa in casi come questi è solo far comperare qualcosa di nuovo e quindi far lavorare costruttori, rivenditori e installatori. Una mafia insomma. Ah naturalmente queste nuove regole impongono anche di far controllare i fumi OGNI ANNO. Così ogni anno sei obbligato a spendere 120/140 € per far venire lì uno che con uno strumento/scatolotto che potrebbe anche non funzionare ti dice che i fumi vanno bene. Una mafia, appunto. ci sarebbe però da leggere bene la normativa, perchè è vero che ci sono obblighi sulle certificazioni ma servono soltanto per una ipotetica vendita dell'immobile, per tanto se hai un camino a legna, ha 10 anni o ne ha 50 inquina tale e quale, per cui la certificazione è valida soltanto per questioni di stabilità e specifiche antisismiche, e per stilare in che classe di efficienza si attesta il tuo immobile, la classe APE per intenderci. non esiste un vero e proprio obbligo, perchè potresti avere sia camino che riscaldamento a termosifoni e il camino lo usi solo come estetica e nessuno può dirti di toglierlo o adeguarlo. |

Now that Brazil lost too, I'm rooting for the most improbable and craziest final of all: Croatia and Morocco. Morocco is currently beating Portugal, so this is no longer an unlikely scenario to happen. With a lot of determination, they tied in overtime and took the decision to penalties. There are no more small teams in this world cup, anyone can lift this trophy.
