1741  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to avoid future losses in crypto on: December 22, 2022, 03:43:09 PM
Invest in Cryptocurrencies with long term potential.
Carry out thorough research of the project you are about to invest in. Do the work yourself too, don't just rely on speculations of other people because at the end of the day everybody will say what they think is right.
I agree, and the best recommendation right now is bitcoin.
The most viable reason for bitcoin is that it has a real use case as a currency. Bitcoin was designed to be a currency, but you can take advantage of its price fluctuations in the long term. Ignore more altcoin even if they are popular, bitcoin is better even though you can diversify assets.

I'm sure someone who owns bitcoin in the long term will have no regrets. I mean in terms of good potential, increased adoption is to be expected and we can expect a 4 year cycle to provide investors with decent returns.
1742  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will countries ban Bitcoin mining due to environmental concerns? on: December 22, 2022, 03:38:39 PM
Governments are only looking what's best for them. And I can say, Bitcoin is not something they want people to use at a large scale (even though they're able to tax it through centralized exchanges). That's why you see them spreading misinformation about Bitcoin's energy consumption, in order to drive away the masses from it. They will justify their actions by saying they're doing it to "protect the environment", but we all know that's not true. Bitcoin cannot be controlled by any government or third party, so we should expect greater opposition over time.
Makes sense, I think you're right. The government doesn't want bitcoin which is known as a decentralized currency. The government and the haters are just trying to brainwash the public so that they are not interested in bitcoin and mining, as a result it seems that they are not completely successful because people can find out about the advantages of bitcoin through many references.

I'd say the government would just keep spreading the theory around, but it's never really what they say it is. I don't hate governments, but they seem hard to accept something as uncontrollable as bitcoin.
1743  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casino bonus is it worth it? on: December 22, 2022, 02:48:26 PM
Bonuses are great, of course but it depends on what types of bonuses they offer.

Bonus offers at all casinos are a great marketing strategy of the casinos themselves. But not infrequently users can abuse this bonus so that the casino has to take strict action against the scammers, even in some cases the team can freeze wins, cancel withdrawals to lock accounts. So far I didn't expect much from the bonus, it's useful but not much.

To be honest, I am surprised by how FIFA evaluates a goalkeeper at the World Cup, in my opinion, Emi Martinez's performance is very standard, even Croatian and Moroccan goalkeepers are much better imo.
Do you think the election of Emiliano Martinez as the best FIFA goalkeeper is something controversial?

I think he's more than the standard you have to judge by how he saved his team from knockouts against Australia, Netherland, Croatia and the final against France. Winning the final and making a brilliant save from the most decisive penalty are extra points for Martinez, so I think it's the right decision.

in the EPL (he is the goalkeeper of Aston villa) emi martinez is not a goalkeeper who performs brilliantly so that's why I see Bayern is too greedy and feels rushed looking for a replacement neuer.
It also depends on the quality of Aston Villa's defenders, if the defense is good then of course the goalkeeper will also look good form, unless the goalkeeper makes lots of silly mistakes like blunders.
1745  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: December 21, 2022, 06:14:11 PM
For sure Nübel dosnt want to be again on the bench when Manuel Neuer is back again and full of health.
Emiliano Martinez is also already 30 and maybe they try to get him for at least an contract of 3 or 4 years.
This would be pushing his Career , but i think that there also other Clubs now will be knocking on his door.
Of course many teams are starting to consider Martinez after performing well with Argentina, and of course that will push his career to be better at the team level. Regarding Nubel, I think Bayern Munich will fail to bring him home in the end, unless he is guaranteed to play regularly in one or several competitions.

-snip-
Everything is still a rumor, I also do not know what the final decision will be. But so far Bayern Munich have one good goalkeeper too who has been doing well since Neuer was injured.
1746  Economy / Economics / Re: Use your money wisely. Invest or Deposit ? on: December 21, 2022, 05:52:50 PM
If we have known the world of bitcoin for a long time, then with the assets we currently have, of course, we will invest in bitcoin, especially the price decline that occurs today is very suitable for getting large profits in the future, and this will exceed the 3% that banks give every year, but some people still doubt that the value of bitcoin can increase again in the near future but this is not a reason for those of us who are already convinced of the time Front of Bitcoin.
If you have $100K in your bank account then I don't think you should spend 100% of it to invest in bitcoin no matter what your reasons are. Use 50% - 70% of them to invest in bitcoins and 30% of them for deposits. But of course you can spend everything to invest as long as you are confident and able to take the risk of volatility.

Think about DCA, meaning you don't have to make one purchase for that $100K, make multiple purchases to get a better price. One thing about bitcoin, we never know about the future. Bitcoin can go lower than people think and conversely it can go higher than expected. There is no consensus on prices, the market is free trade.
1747  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: December 21, 2022, 05:42:19 PM
Comparing Barcelona's performance with the previous season, it is easy to see that their performance has improved. If they get stronger gradually. Because this season Xavi has spent a lot of money building his squad. And added several talented players to the team. Hence their performance has improved. But this performance was not enough to win the title. Barcelona need to play better if they want to win the title. And of course, 3 points must be secured against relatively weaker teams in every match. If Barcelona does not play consistently well, Real Madrid will be the champions this season.
Even if you and others think that Barcelona has improved, they are not completely out of trouble. Barcelona are currently relying too much on Lewandowski to score goals, and when Lewandowski is absent or is successfully prevented, it is clear that Barcelona will find it difficult.

Of course I also think Barcelona have improved, but Real Madrid will never miss an opportunity to win and defend the title again this season. We still have a chance and we'll keep it close. Two points is not much, and I think Barcelona will still slip from the top of the table where there is a lot of pressure from below. I hope that Real Madrid will continue to keep poin gap with Barcelona and pressure them, and I hope that Real Madrid will again excel.
1748  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: December 21, 2022, 04:42:25 PM
Benzema's contract expires in June 2023, but I'm sure Real Madrid will renew his stay with the Whites again. It's just that, Benzema will only receive a one-year extension until 2024. This is due to Real Madrid's policy which will only give a one-year contract extension for players over 30 years of age. Even though Benzema has made a big contribution, that will not guarantee that he can last longer.
Next season, Benzema will turn 36, so maybe it's time to leave Real Madrid or perhaps retire there at the end of his contract. However, Benzema has already announced his retirement from the France squad, which he may also do with his team after the expiration of his contract with Madrid. I could be wrong, but it seems that Benzema is closer to retiring when his contract expires next season without another extension.

Barcelona will need to keep up this performance against smaller teams until the next El Clasico in the league. If they do this and defeat Real Madrid in Camp Nou then I think they can really be the champions after a three-season break.
Barcelona are more convincing this season than last season, but we are still the best in El Clasico. Real Madrid won the first volume of El Clasico, but that doesn't guarantee we can win in the second volume later at Camp Nou.
1749  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: December 21, 2022, 04:23:44 PM
I agree on that with a young and very good goalkeeper and have an eye on the first goalkeeper when Manuel Neuer will end his Career.
But that will be hard to find for sure , and i dont know if Alexander Nübel will be like it to be again the second one when Neuer is coming back.
That was the reason why he wanted to play at other Club.
Apart from Nubel, I think Bayern Munich seems interested in the Argentinian goalkeeper in the World Cup - Emiliano Martinez to be their main goalkeeper this season. Neuer looks set to be out for quite a while due to injury. Nubel seems to have no more interest in returning to Bayern Munich, but anything can happen in the end. So it's true, Nubel may not want to be a substitute player who sits more on the bench throughout the season.
1750  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: December 20, 2022, 03:13:22 PM
In fact, Die Roten have backup goalkeepers like 34-year-old Sven Ulreich and 19-year-old Johannes Schenk. even so, it looks like Bayern Munich wants a goalkeeper who has almost the same quality as Manuel Neuer. and the first candidate to replace Neuer is, Alexander Nubel. in fact, Nubel himself is a Bayern Munich goalkeeper who was loaned to AS Monaco. Bayern has a clause to repatriate him. however, the situation was getting more difficult considering that Nubel himself did not want to return to the Allianz Arena as long as Neuer was there because he did not want to just be a back-up.

That's why other names have sprung up like, Yasin Bounou, Livakovic, Yann Sommer who plays for Gladbach, even the latest rumor is Emiliano Martinez. however, so far neither one has actually signed a deal with Bayern Munich. although actually, Dinamo Zegreb or Sevilla. has responded to the needs of Bayern Munich. it's just that, so far there has been no official statement regarding who will replace Neuer later. so, we will just wait until there is an official statement from Bayern Munich.
Nobody wants to be Neur's back-up at Bayern Munich, especially if they are currently the first choice of coaches in their previous team. Obviously Neur is not yet to be replaced at Bayern Munich as the main keeper, so I think it will be difficult to get a top keeper if they don't guarantee a place. Neur may face the reality of not being the main keeper at Bayern Munich anymore due to age, but I'm sure he will still have his place during this season and the next season if his form is still good.

A good scenario to convince another goalkeeper to come to the Allianz Arena is to guarantee a place regardless of that in the league or the Champions League. Or the best consequence is getting a young goalkeeper who is still willing to be a back-up for several seasons.
1751  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: December 20, 2022, 11:40:09 AM
Bono's performance didn't seem good in the club and you shall also remember if bayern needs a goal keeper that has a very good performance with the club.
I think you are right, at club level Yasin Bounou is not very good and so far Yasin Bounou has conceded a lot of goals at Sevilla in the last 14 games. He is more than 30 years old and is considered by Bayern Munich, and it looks like that will make the transfer impossible. Yasin Bounou had some good magic during the World Cup but I don't think it will ever be the same at club level. Several teams might be ready to sign him from Seville, but not Bayern Munich.

Sven Ulreich should be the goalkeeper who will get many chances at Bayern Munich if Manuel Neuer is injured or no longer gets a contract extension. But considering Sven Ulreich's age, which is already 34 years old, it is important to get a goalkeeper who is the younger of the two.
1752  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: First time of owning bitcoin on: December 20, 2022, 11:27:15 AM
My story is a little bit different because I didn't buy bitcoin by myself. A few years ago on my birthday, my girlfriend gave me a special gift that changed my life. She gave me recovery seeds to a bitcoin wallet and a note about what is bitcoin.
Also, she said me a little bit about the definition of bitcoin, after that, I start my own research and then bought my first bitcoins for investing and gambling.
What, your girlfriend gifted you bitcoin? Wow, I think that's great, mate. You may be lucky to have a girl who knows bitcoin for a long time and may have been a longtime investor in it. Have you ever been told about it? lol

Nowadays I am no longer surprised when I find a girl has bitcoins in her wallet. Bitcoin is very popular now, and naturally there are many people who are willing to invest in it. The popularity of crypto is getting better, so of course it will become something that is not strange anymore among people.

1753  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: December 20, 2022, 11:16:19 AM
Of course his fans will regret his decision a lot, but if it's a good decision for him everyone has to respect him regardless of the issue with Deschamps which is currently being discussed, I will of course support whatever decision is best for Benzema, he is the best player and he seems to be maybe he wants to focus on playing in the league with real madrid until he retires completely from the world of football
I don't know how bad the situation is at the moment, but to be honest I'm more worried about his condition at Real Madrid this season. I think Benzema will have to stay strong to have a great season even though he has been suffering from injuries for a while. It is expected that his recovery will be faster and he can contribute to Real Madrid better.

There are lots of rumors about a new striker who will replace him as a starter, but I hope Real Madrid will handle it well. Benzema is the best in his position at the moment, but I admit he has shifted a bit this season.
1754  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: December 20, 2022, 10:55:05 AM
Early this week the Premier League will resume. I'm interested in the Brentford vs Tottenham match which was the first game since the Premier League was stopped because of the World Cup. At the moment Tottenham is only 1 point away from Newcastle who are in 3rd place, so surely Tottenham will really fight to win this match without mistakes.

Then from that, Newcastle, who looks to be facing strong resistance from Leicester, will be another interesting match on the same day. So Tottenham's victory will be highly expected by its supporters where it will put Newcastle under intense pressure.
1755  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA 2022 world cup on: December 18, 2022, 10:26:53 AM
I'm sure Argentina will win in normal time. 2-1 might be a good score. Argentina will do better I think. they have great spirits. Especially in the French camp, it was reported that several players were sick. and can not follow the training phase.
until now Messi has become a player who is very difficult to stop. except that France has a way of stopping Messi from getting on the ball and providing assists. France may win.
37/57 users have expected Argentina to win the final, and there will probably be more when more posters become aware of the poll. I haven't made my choice yet, but I think I also think Argentina can do it. It would be shame to see Messi cry in his second final in 8 years if France win in the end but of course it is always possible if France don't want to lose.

I bet on Argentina's win in this match and I decided to choose Argentina's win via penalty shootout with big odds and also I bet on the 0-0 score guess in 90 minutes, the chance of winning for my bet is really worth it I think because this is a match finals and odds @8,4 are very tempting.
It's too risky to hope that both teams don't score in 90 minutes, instead I think 1-1 in 90 minutes as a reasonable prediction. After all, the current prediction is just a shoot-in-the-dark event, so no one knows, right?
1756  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Friends and Family members want me to invest for them, help! on: December 18, 2022, 10:09:21 AM
Interesting to know the reason how the OP didn't respond to a single reply after 139 replies (mine included) made to his thread, my guess is the OP isn't interested in discussing after over a month of keeping this thread open.

Dunno but I think the OP has got the right advice for his question. Some of the responses on the first and second pages seem good enough to consider. However I really find it strange the attitude of someone ignoring all replies since the thread was created. This is an absolute no-no if you want to have a good discussion after asking a question. One friendly reminder for OP, if you want to have a good discussion after asking a question, then respond to some other user's questions too, or close your thread after getting the reply you want.

I think let them weigh all the advantages and risks if they want to trade & invest, you can only show them how to play, even if its your closest family and friends.
The first step is to guide them properly and show them which coin is better to invest in long term. This method is more expected to be done when someone is interested in investing in crypto but doesn't know how it works.
1757  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA 2022 world cup on: December 18, 2022, 09:52:23 AM
somehow I also seem to have the same thought when talking about solidity in teamwork. France from the qualifying round has shown a game with good teamwork. also has a very fast attack. But when talking about individual abilities. I myself see that the Argentine players have an advantage in this regard. I will predict that Argentina will be the winner in the match. the score I predict is 1-0 in the first half over the superiority of France. and 1-2 in the second half over Argentina's advantage until the final minute. I want to hear score predictions from others?
1-1 until the 90 minutes ended, and both had to play 30 minutes of extra time and one of them would win a penalty. I think it will be good, but of course it will be very boring when a team has to decide their fate in the penalty shootout. France and Argentina are both good in terms of player quality, I have said that many times and I think it will be very difficult to decide a winner. Argentina is basically expected by everyone to win the final, it's probably because of Messi's influence. But in terms of player quality, France seems to be better.

I'd rather see Messi win the World Cup than have to admit that Mbappe and the France squad manage to win the title every four years. It's true, France may really want to chase a great record at this World Cup, but I hope they don't succeed in the end.
1758  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA 2022 world cup on: December 18, 2022, 05:02:12 AM
France is well position to achieve this victory from Argentina. This FIFA world cup competition final will end up like the way Morocco vs Croatia match ended 2-1 for the favour of super Croatia, that is what we are expecting from France in this match to defeat Argentina 2-1 to embrace the title. France has demonstrated well from the beginning of this tournament till now they are still doing wonders that made they to qualified for final which there are some signs that show that they will achieve this FIFA world cup title. I don't think, Argentina defenders will be able to stop Mbappe in this final battle not to achieve goal,  because he is ready to prove to their fans that he has what it takes to help his national team to achieve this title.
There can only be one winner, regardless of who loses, so I hope the final won't be a controversial match. Argentina is very eager to win the final, it has been said many times and I hope they succeed this time.

I know France has enough quality players who are expected to master the game well. Their strikers are very dangerous because they have speed both wings where Mbappe and Dembele will be very difficult to stop. Argentina may need to do a slightly rough defensive strategy or more precisely by making more tackles when France launches its attacks. Of course it will be very dangerous if hard pressing is done, especially when the ball is approaching the pinalty box. But it was the right strategy to stop the pace of the French winger, but of course a clean game was expected.
1759  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA 2022 world cup on: December 17, 2022, 11:45:58 AM
For me, Croatia is a clear favorite in this match, their defense is no worse than that of Morocco, but they have a much stronger middle line and I think this can play a decisive role. Well, Croatia's attack is also better, and if it comes to penalties, then Croatia will be stronger there as well. Croatia took second place in 2018, and this speaks of their stable game and discipline, so they probably have more chances to win.
The quality of Croatian players is no longer the same as in the 2018 World Cup where at that time they managed to finish as runners up, but at the 2022 World Cup I think the quality of the players has dropped. Modric is no longer young, Perisic is the same but they were lucky to qualify for the semi-finals even though they were beaten by Argentina.

Today I believe Morocco will win the match to determine the third winner, they deserved to win after they have proven their quality. I have no doubts about Morocco especially as they also managed to draw against Croatia in the previous group stage. Hope Morocco can make its best achievement, that would be really cool.
1760  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Keep your money off exchange, in this crisis moments hold Bitcoin for safety on: December 17, 2022, 11:34:07 AM
Warnings about this have been far more frequent I've gotten so far and certainly multiple threads with the same content and purpose seems more than enough to inform newbies about the risk of safety of their funds on centralized exchanges. I don't know why we need more threads about the same warning when other threads are still active, after all when you just want to say "not your keys, not your bitcoin" then I don't think we need to have different thread.

There is no best way to secure your funds if you do not have sole custody of them. Have a wallet that allows you full control over your assets like a non-custodial wallet or better with a hardware wallet. I believe on a regular basis these warnings will continue to be said by different users, but it doesn't need to be multiple threads without something more interesting to hear.
