1741  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: This bull makes all alts will make new all time highs on: August 27, 2021, 06:15:07 AM
Always have, always will.
I have also some alts that I need to harvest its fruits. Thankfully, they didn't rot in my wallet and they are still moving despite the long wait.
Maybe when Bitcoin starts moving to unimaginable heights then I will see them also boost their value.
It's been too long and I just want to have some peace of mind after selling them and be back on just checking prices of top coins that I am holding instead 20+ per day. Its getting exhausting when you are doing it for years.
1742  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: August 27, 2021, 03:35:42 AM
To be fair he had David Robinson, Timmy D, Tony Parker, Manu, early kawhi.  I mean he has been blessed with some great players who would make a lot of coaches look good.  I do agree he is a great coach but give him average players and you get and average coach.  Look at belichecks team once Tom Brady left.  Belichecks genius got taken down a notch.
David though is old at that time. It's mostly Tim Duncan consuming the minutes.
Kawhi was also a risk Pops took since he is still a newbie.
It's true he had been blessed with good players but it won't work out without constructing a good play.
They perfectly work out in his care and he builds chemistry stronger than any team. They don't have the Kobe type of player but damn, the simplicity of each play made them look like an All-Star team. No acrobatics, just basics.

My mentor is myself.
Damn, you can afford to have a mentor when you are gambling? It's not like it's school.  Grin
Control is what you need from the greed that you feel but that's normal for starters.
Experience will hit you and realize the decisions you made in the past with "what if" questions.
I am not a pro in gambling but I just know when to stop now unlike before when I was playing dice and exhausting every drop of a bitcoin that I have.

Man, I didn't know Van Exel was on the sidelines in different teams until now.  Grin
Nick Van Exel returns to Atlanta Hawks as assistant coach
Good news for the Hawks.
He had been a player development instructor for quite some time with different players and teams and now he will be in the front to assist them and try to win a championship.
After a good run from the Hawks last season I thought they won't even change anything. But this is good, they are upgrading in the coaching side instead of trading players.
1745  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Every altcoins has chance on: August 26, 2021, 07:04:14 AM
If you find one kindly share it with everyone. Because there is none as of this time.
Mostly, hypes are what make the altcoin boom. Support from people and a good roadmap to back it up.
The team behind it is also crucial, if they are known names in the crypto industry they will be supported instantly.
Marketing, check if they are active with social media and good at inviting big investors.

It's true every altcoin has a chance to have high value but there is also a chance it will be just another altcoin in the garbage bin.
1746  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sport booking odds discussion on: August 25, 2021, 04:49:10 PM
there can be sites that allows you to check their odds without the need of signing up and logging in to your account .
thats not time consuming but the suggestion of @reid of manual double checking can be helpful if we have doubts on the odd checker websites  .
That's true for those who have lots of spare time.

also to @reid , the difference of odds from one site to the other are maybe small to us but that could means a lot to some bettors .
I think I put that in detail.
It will be only valuable to those who bet for thousands of dollars and I am not one of them. I'd rather stick with one and bookmark it as long as the trust rating is high.
Yes, I did.
I'll prefer just using the recommended website above by john_nautica.
I don't want the trouble of stressing my eyes by checking each sports bookies with different tabs in my browser. The worse part is if you get confused and made the right bet at the wrong bookie.
1747  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sport booking odds discussion on: August 25, 2021, 08:47:58 AM
This will be difficult since you need 1 account per gambling site and that is just too much work and effort.
Sportsbet, Stake, Playbetr, etc..
Once, I had check Sportsbet odds against others and there is not much of a difference. Like just in decimals. Plus I like the fact they offer boosters for one game every day.

Another retired player just came out and is now a part of the Dallas Mavericks coaching staff.
Jared Dudley joining Jason Kidd's coaching staff with Dallas Mavericks
Lebron James has something to say about it.
https://twitter.com/KingJames/status/1430229476680474627?s=20

I think he was attached to Dudley in years playing with him. As a veteran, they could really make a huge impact on players on and off the game.
Well, I guess he did something really good for Lebron for him to react like that.
1749  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: August 24, 2021, 12:00:33 PM
In my opinion, LeBron James is no longer the best player in the NBA.
Well, that's correct just like how Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant is no longer the best player in the NBA.
Eras. They have their own timeline where they are good at. Their prime. But it's different now because aging will hit you soon.

As with the Lakers, I think they are strong with known names playing for their franchise but there is also a chance this could become their weakness.
The last Lakers team with Steve Nash, Malone, and Payton is the proof of it.
You cannot put too many veterans in one team for it may cause a collapse in agility.
1750  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: At what Age will you introduce your child to trading on: August 24, 2021, 05:59:11 AM
Child? Gambling? Trading? Understand the market? What the hell did I just read?

Kids should have fun while they are still young. I don't recommend this kind of action to them.
I even force them to play a normal game rather than using their smartphones and whatever gadgets we give them.
It's not healthy. They are supposed to be moving more but due to the pandemic, their moving space was limited to the house and the backyard.
And still, you want them to be in front of a computer. I may be traditional when it comes to raising a kid but that's for their own health.
We are not going back to being young, that is once in a lifetime of every human being.
For now, I will deal with making money and feeding them, they don't have to do anything about it yet.
1751  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: August 23, 2021, 12:42:11 PM
For Melo and Westbrook, same predicament, they wanted to leave a legacy and having at least one ring and a future HOF, win-win situation for the two as well.

The last chance for Melo next season. He should go all-in while keeping healthy all year long.

He's been in a situation before that no team shows interested in signing him until the Portland Trail Blazers offer him a one-year, non-guaranteed deal roughly a few weeks before a season starts.

Next season might be the last time he will have an experience having a good set of caliber teammates. For Westbrook, still far from the retirement period but also might be the last chance he will have a good set of caliber teammates too.
Indeed. Time to shine for Melo again. Show what he is good at and contribute everything that he can for the Lakers.
Chemistry is not an issue for Lebron and Melo. Westbrook is also excellent at creating his own shots so chemistry is not an issue for him just like with Wizards and Rockets. Dwight had been there and so is Ariza.
I think what they lack is a space maker. Melo is one and I think they will use Lebron as an outside shooter this season.
It will preserve some energy and he could make precision plays with a wider vision.
1752  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you feel wiser after you play online crypto gambling? on: August 23, 2021, 06:26:48 AM
Wiser and calm.
Before, I use to panic whenever I feel like I can't win back all that I had lost.
But it's different now and I think experience has a big impact to change how your emotion will react to certain decisions.
Another is I had learned to dig deeper and minimize the risk factor of every bet. i.e. sports gambling. Emotions will always be the wall to make some profits.
If you learn to control it, there's a possibility for higher profits.
1753  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Tron could be next doge or ada? on: August 23, 2021, 01:01:51 AM
Why does it always have to be like that? Tron will be the next this or that.
If you being a real supporter of that project why not just say Tron will be the next big thing.
When a comparison happens, it becomes a curse to them.
It had been an issue before about plagiarizing other cryptocurrencies, so might as well bury comparison and be unique to avoid that issue floating again.
It's known, that's a good sign but in terms of usage there is still a lot projects above it.
1754  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: August 22, 2021, 04:20:55 PM
Leonard demanded to be traded, that's why the team was not able to develop a big 3.
https://www.nba.com/news/report-kawhi-leonard-demands-trade-san-antonio-spurs

That means he doesn't want to stay with the team and he had already won a championship back then in that team and won again with the Toronto Raptors. You know, Leonard is really talented as he doesn't need to form a super team to win a championship.
Yes, so many questions about that demand to be traded but all are rumors and nothing was proven.
The most famous one was the locker room issue where Leonard is not happy with his teammates and so does his teammates with him.
That is the time where Manu and Tony are still playing. Well, he got what he wanted so I guess there is no need to dig the grave.

Leonard, I believe he can really boost one team even when just surrounded by roleplayers. I think what he did for the whole country of Canada speaks of it.
Injuries are the only problem with this guy. Even with his massive body figure, he is always prone to injury.
1755  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: {Boxing} Manny Pacquiao vs Yordenis Ugas on: August 22, 2021, 10:40:16 AM
Damn, PacMan was something.
He is 42 and he moves like that? He even said he was having a problem with a tight leg and yet he was still doing the side steps.
IMO, that was a good fight. Doesn't matter if he loses the match. He proved something, especially with Mayweather.

He didn't say anything about retiring so I think we will still witness his greatness if he decides for one more fight for a better ending.
I think he was not yet satisfied.
1756  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Choose the investment strategy that suits you best on: August 22, 2021, 05:21:26 AM
That's correct. But it was just the basics of investment.
The crucial part is when and how? If you decided on a short-term investment you should also have a plan on when you will withdraw it.
The same goes for long-term investment. Make a date, put it in memory.
You should also not resist the withdrawal even if you see pumps happening left and right. Once you start to defy them, all the plans will not work out anymore, you will get used to it and it becomes a bad habit.
1757  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: August 21, 2021, 04:25:19 PM
I can also say the same, though I also seen this as a good marketing strategy either for the Nets alone or for the whole NBA bringing your chair up means you need to put your words into it.

And that's very interesting, seeing him back with his old form back when he's with the Houston, playing with his two pals who are part of the tops scorers in this league.

They needed to bring the hypes back and expect that those who oppose will also watch them out waiting for them to fail. Grin Roll Eyes

That's where the money, gamblers that will bet against them and those haters that will be forced to watch PPV just to see them losing.. Hahaha..
But they don't really need that, right?
They are indeed the favorites now and people are going to pay just to watch an All-Star caliber kind of game.
Damn, I'd pay for it if I have the money or the chance to be in Brooklyn.  Grin

Although, when the season starts I might bet against them. We will see high differences in odds and handicaps will be far.
I'd rather take the lower chance of with big profits than a high chance of low profits. They will be the super dogs this season.
1758  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which was your worst crypto trading decision? on: August 21, 2021, 02:11:16 PM
Then, these questions pop out while you are trying to forget them.  Grin
My worst decision was being too greedy to make the profits higher which in fact was started with a scratch.
I could've just let it go for $500 when converted but I tried to gamble it thinking I was in a good streak.
For other's that may be a low amount but for me, that is used to a $100 - 300 budget, that is quite a good number to rest.
But I didn't and it's gone. I may have tried to pull it back and it just made everything worse.
1759  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Buy a house in Dubai with DodgeCoin on: August 21, 2021, 02:47:46 AM
Why do they keep calling it Dodge? Even the pronunciation is the same as that word.
My wife also calls it the same thing. It's Doge, like a dog-e. Right?

Anyway, regarding that news that was actually submitted on the internet in May of 2021.
That is also when EM (I won't use his name anymore just to avoid confrontation) was hyping the said coin.
And it was only a plan back then. I think the plan already died and was just used by "you know who" to hype the coin.

Where will you be this Christmas? The NBA has blessed us with a Nets vs Lakers Christmas Day game and I’m very happy. I don’t know exactly what I’ll be doing for Christmas this year, but it will likely include a couple hours in front of the TV grabbing a preview of this year’s NBA Finals matchup. I haven’t been this happy about a Christmas matchup since the old Shaq vs Kobe days.
Kyrie versus Lebron. The fake brothers as of Kyrie.
The difference, he has KD who had performed great at the Olympics telling us the Achilles injury is nothing to be worried about anymore and then he has Harden too. Yes, it is going to be an exciting match up.
I don't know if anyone saw this, but Lebron James was not to thrilled with the recent poll that came out that was asking who the best player in the NBA is and the only two players receiving votes were Giannis and Kevin Durant.  Lebron of course is using this a fuel to his fire for the upcoming season but I ask you guys..who is the best player in the NBA?

My personal pick would be Kevin Durant.  I think right now if I had to pick one player, he would be my go to guy.

https://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/32051548/lebron-james-reacts-amassing-zero-votes-nba-best-player-offseason-survey
Light the fire. Let's see if this year's Lebron James will be different than the last. Sure he is one of the best players in the league but I will also vote for KD.
That guy is a walking scoring machine.
