well at least you are the first one to tip a game that has over X7.00 odds , so people who are claiming have fixed matches are improving a little since the previous ones used to tip something 1.1-1.8 as a proof of their service  Cheesy

to be honest I like the pick that you made in terms of value , Maltaya almost win the game today so going for them or taking them handicap is solid bet
if you were a tipster I probably would like you , but no way with someone who is claiming to have fixed games

Haha, exactly my thoughts, I keep seeing all these "fixers" who claim they know everything and always buy the referee or player, but then you look at their match and it's a stupid odds where it's the favorite anyway. It costs a lot of time and money to fix a match, and it is usually just on small leagues but with big odds. How else to repay back all the lost money from bribes?

Good tipsters can pick the 3x or even 4x and 5x when they know they have full squad or full health while opponent is low form. Happens a lot for football, tennis and other team sports.

good tipsters are those who prove they can get profit in the long run
if a tipster loses 3 bets out of 4 on a 4.2 odds, he will be in profit still, it is called value betting
you cannot be right 100% of time, but if you make 10-20% of bank long term
you can consider yourself an exceptionally good bettor
with fixed matches, it is never a public information - do not expect someone risk blowing the whole thing up by making it public
bookies are not retarded too and if they see something fishy is going on, the odds plummet or the game is a no event for them

ACCESS RESTRICTED
Our system has detected that your IP address is : 77.164.107.103 and comes from an unauthorized country.

Since when can't I access Bitsler from The Netherlands ??
I have seen reviews 5 months ago from other sources stating that The Netherlands is one of those countries where Bitsler is restricted. Looking at the terms and conditions

"6.2. Restricted and allowed countries

The following restrictions and regulations are applied :

Blacklisted Territories: Netherlands, Curacao, Dutch Caribbean Islands, France, USA"

thanks for the information. I had never got that message before till this week.

All casinos with Curacao gambling licenses don't allow these GEOs but as far as I know if the service doesn't restrict the access by IP, you can play and there won't be any problems(however in case of big win they might not allow you to withdraw because you are from restricted area lol)

its different for fiat casinos with KYC
they may allow you to deposit and play and then if you win, stop your withdrawal quoting breach of TOS
this is borderline scamy behaviour
haven't heard about Bitsler denying withdrawals because of the GEO location
1763  Economy / Gambling / Re: ★★★ Bitcoin Video Casino ★★★ - ||| Over 500 BTC in Progressive Jackpots! ||| on: October 05, 2018, 10:09:32 AM
Minimum bet is 0.0001 BTC
Maximum bet is 1 BTC
Blackjack pays 3:2
Insurance pays 2:1
Number of decks is 5
Number of allowed splits is 3
Dealer does not hit on soft 17
Can double after split
Can not hit split aces
Can resplit aces
Can double on first two
Dealer does not peek

Is it normal with these rules that you  lose both bets if you

- double down against a 10-j-q-k and the dealer has a hidden ace (blackjack)
- split aces and get 21 on one or both, but the dealer has a hidden blackjack?

perfectly normal
usually dealer's blackjack beats any of the player's hands except for blackjack which is a push usually
this casino's rules are pretty common, no gimmicks ,don't know why are you so surprised

I understand that players hands lose against blackjack.  However, where I have played, if you double down and the dealer shows blackjack (not an ace up, but a 10-face) and it's a blackjack, you lose the initial bet and get the double down bet back (since there is no peek in this game)

I will refer you to the Blackjack rules:
https://wizardofodds.com/games/blackjack/basics/#toc-Rules
https://www.blackjackincolor.com/  - one of the best resources, by the way
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blackjack

hope reading this will answer your questions once and for all

Wow, The original post is spot on, and "veteran" is dead wrong...  I never thought about it, but when the dealer has blackjack there is no hand played.... You should NOT be able to SPLIT, DOUBLE, (AKA BET MORE) and find out you lose to a blackjack....

That is a great point.....

(Veteran, you actually posted the wikipedia article for blackjack?  Like he couldnt find that, and not only that, you make the statement "Why are you surprised?"  It seems like you are almost mocking him when your response is then, in turn, so aggressively stupid.... I'm assuming you just didn't understand what hes asking, but then to give an arrogant wrong response is really annoying)

Who would need any resource to look up what happens when the dealer has Blackjack, with a Face Card up, the hand ends.... Dealer wins,

His question is saying in that scenario, why is he able to double down and lose more, or split and lose more, the hand should not be played.....
jasonbourne
it is you who doesn't understand a thing
he was asking if the dealer has a FACE CARD opened NOT AN ACE
the dealer doesn't check for blackjack in this scenario
the hand is dealt according to the house rules which is doubles, split blackjacks lose against dealers bj etc.
learn to read before you make a fool of yourself
some rules take only the initial bet (like in Nevada, for example) ,not the double portion of a bet if the dealer has a bj, but not to allow to double down or split on a dealer's 10/face card? what a nonsense
specially for you: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blackjack

1764  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-09-28] One of India’s biggest cryptocurrency exchanges is shutting down on: October 05, 2018, 09:38:32 AM
...I don't know if this is a coordinated attack or not but why is the Supreme Court's verdict taking so long?
There's no easy answer to this. But it probably has some relation to 2 other pieces of news:
1. RBI (India's Central Bank) mulling a Central bank digital currency i.e. CBDC (https://cointelegraph.com/news/reserve-bank-of-india-confirms-it-is-looking-into-making-a-central-bank-digital-currency)
2. The Govt. sending teams to Japan and Switzerland to study crypto (https://cointelegraph.com/news/india-sends-officials-to-us-japan-and-switzerland-to-study-cryptocurrency-and-icos)
The Court is probably waiting for expert reports on these studies before reaching a final verdict. Because the appelants (crypto lobbyists, exchanges) have already made their final set of submissions last week itself. So nothing is left from their end.

this is dragging for far too long, expert studies could have been taken into account without calling for the hearing
and it is the way it should have been done
now it feels like RBI is putting pressure on the court and the court doesn't want to take an action that will definitely hurt their economy
banning crypto exchanges and prohibiting the common folk from dealing in crypto is pointless, there will always be a way
just look at China
1765  Economy / Gambling / Re: CryptoBlink.com ★ Micro Lotteries ★ Free Hourly Faucet ★ Provably Fair on: October 05, 2018, 09:21:40 AM
I cannot see any blinks open for me
all I get is a permanent Loading status on all of the blinks, be it ETH  or BTC
using Firefox latest:

The best browser to open cryptoblink is chrome IMO, once I open it with firefox I got the same problem as yours then I move to other browsers (chrome and opera) and it works fine.
By the way, where is OP? He is not active for more than a week now as well as on chat and his twitter account. Is he giving up on this project because there was not enough traffic?

interesting,it does work for me on Chrome
looks like it is Firefox that is displaying it like that
probably, the devs got to fix it somehow... only if they were active -seems like they abandoned the project?
there is not such a thing as not enough traffic, only bad marketing Smiley

Maybe you're right, but as we all know that it is not so easy to advertise pvp based game. So anyone who want to start a project which is pvp based game then he/she should be so smart enough to advertise and obviously he/she needs to be so patient in managing the project. Otherwise, the project wont survive if the owner is easy to give up just after few weeks/months from its launch.

Bad marketing it is. The site ran twitter promotions two or three times. But, there are only few followers on their twitter account and the people who were active on chat took the advantage of it. If they want to get more players they should advertise the promotions or at least mention them in this official thread. No one would dare to play on a website where there is no one to play the game.

I secretly hope that admins will return and keep the game alive
it is a good project, unlike some of the same concept games
but it does require attention and work to promote it and probably more money investment, too
meanwhile the game is deserted and there is abrely a single player online or in chat
and the FF bug is still there, by the way

Can anyone imagine Frankjason's heartbeat while rolling these? Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked

He should've quit while he was ahead. It's quite a steep drop (a nice $7000)...

It's good to see there's a new competition.
Looks as if the prize pot is bigger if I'm not mistaken too - or it will grow bigger because more people seem to prefer eth to litecoin!?

I believe this is a profitable wagering competition around, you might win some good cash with site profit, and I believe site is always profit as long as there are many players wagered a lot. This time is eth wagering competition which is really a famous coin, so I can predict the result will be amazing than ltc competition last time

This is so true and if you take a look how much the page earn after payed the prices for the ltc competiton nearly all went back to the page.

Yes this one will definitely be an interesting one to follow...

he was not ahead Smiley the winning bet has a higher bet id than the losing one
so he risked and recovered, kudos to him!

the eth competition is going to be huge, almost every wagering competition at Yolo shoots off last 2-3 days with the prizes increasing exponentially

it seems like a nice game but i dont think this belongs in gambling

it doesn't
also I don't think it belongs to bitcointalk forum in general since I haven't found any mention of bitcoins or altcoins
it is a trading stock game, arguably could go to trading section as some sort of a trading simulator
might open a free account if I have nothing better to do tomorrow and look around

"We plan to open the site to all players on Monday with some gifts and promotions to celebrate this new start!

1772  Other / Meta / Re: 1 merit source in every Local Boards, Is it Possible? on: September 30, 2018, 07:02:44 PM
Some local boards are used as the begging place to get Smerits. The boards have specific threads when users can beg merits politely. Just make one constructive post and then go to the thread to post "plz reward the following post". Or "give me 1 merit to rank up to so I can participate in bounty sig"

those are usually reported and if the OP is very ... persistent
he could be awarded with a lovely red tag as a merit beggar/solicitor
maybe bounty managers could be more selective and take more time picking participants
if the requirements were not just rank, but to have a good post history, there might be less spam and less incentitive for the spammers to
rank up if they are unable to get into a campaign , at least some of the managers are doing rigorous checks (not all ,sadly )
as for the local board merit sources, it is not always very easy to find a merit source who speaks both languages fluently (native and english), has proven he can be a good judge of the post's quality and will not go rogue
1773  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-09-30]Bitcoin Bullish or Bearish as Weekend Ends? Is a Bull Run Imminent? on: September 30, 2018, 05:20:58 PM
a very nudiustertian article, a prime example of "when a cat has nothing to do,he licks his balls,
when  a journalist has nothing to write about, he writes about bitcoin price"
then he sums up his findings: bulls run is imminent, just because one of the sh...altcoin creators told him so
really? I don't think his techanlysis is adequate enough to be judging
loved this part too: "A Bitcoin (BTC) ETF is one that imitates the price of several popular Cryptocurrency. Albeit, no BTC ETFs have been ratified by regulatory agencies as per now. "
probably in his adoration for the word nudiusterian the journalist mixed up the word limits and imitates
1774  Other / Meta / Re: Merit source application on: September 30, 2018, 04:55:43 PM
don't want to be rude, but how the hell do you expect to become a merit source with a red tag saying "begging for merit" ?
the only thing that comes to mind is that red trust prohibits you to earn from wearing signatures but you are eager to try and become a merit source and "earn" that way

Are you ignoring the spam on the chat room? I visited your site some time ago but there are too many spam messages on chat which is a little bit annoying. I think you need to have a chat moderator who can manage the chat room looks better and comfortable for players.

What is the minimum withdrawal sum?

The minimum withdrawal is 0.002btc as I can see under the withdraw menu. Too bad the withdrawal fee is fixed to 0.0004btc while current chea and fast transaction fee is less than 1000 satoshi (4 satoshi/byte). I think they need to have adjustable withdrawal fee depending on the latest bitcoin network.

yup, already posted that 40k satoshi is too high a fee
but I don't think there are too many people withdrawing, just checked their leaderboard
it seems that only a few reached the minimal withdrawal and I wonder if they even deposited or won from the free coins
and there is no answer about their DOC coins, what is the purpose of it?
do you plan an ICO? or why did you bother creating it at all?
1776  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-09-28] One of India’s biggest cryptocurrency exchanges is shutting down on: September 30, 2018, 09:08:08 AM
I hope thats this is an individual case and only one exchange will cease operations in India
so far there is no decision in the case of RBI "against" crypto
the central bank puts pressure on the goverment to de-legalise cryptocurrencies
but you can buy bitcoins in India at foreign exchanges no problem and hopefully, it will stay same regardless of the decision

yes she puts her money where her mouth is
a lovely woman and a fantastic enterpreneur-it is not an easy task to run a cryptoexchange

dice PVP game is something new
and 40k withdrawal fee, given the low transaction fees nowadays is something new as well
oh it is not actually a PVP game by the looks of it, something similar to bitdouble.io and such -
where the results are predetermined and people are waiting for the roll results and can bet on hi/lo etc.
you do not offer any free faucet? I see there is a bonus for the first registered which is 1 DOC
it seems that you are planning an ICO in the future?

It's very confusing for a newbie what your supposed to do when you get to the site...

it is pretty confusing at first
but they do have a very informative FAQ here:
https://www.chopcoin.io/faq/
basically, it is a free faucet with multiplayer games , you can deposit or try and win for free
closest thing that comes to mind - agar.io and its clones
