I gotta say, all I can smell is a lot of greed.

It doesn't take more than 1 day to resync a wallet from scratch, we have 3 days.

That's all how I can see it.

fuck you idiot

You'll definitely never 'Conqueror' with that attitude.

I heard you were from France.

Is anyone working on a miner that's cross platform and works?

Not really, the AMD guys got their update, and the Nvidia guys got a beta miner that wasn't finding blocks, and was the end of it.

AMD miner doesn't work on Linux, and the Nvidia one doesn't find blocks?

I guess. The Nvidia one is the same one that was initially made over a year ago (the one mentioned on the website). It isn't fully optimized, and has a bug for displaying hashes.

I will probably update the pool hardware tonight. ( I try to see how I can do without too long down time)
I'll do this update to increase pool CPU power to prepare GPU pool beta testing.

I'll keep you posted.

Edit : update will start monday morning

We are Nexus

Let me know if you want any testers, I'm not really mining anything these days.

I don't do facebook and have no intention of ever signing up for an account.

You don't always have to like something, to be a part of something.

ASROCK H81 PRO MB and DUAL VIDEO--

A number of thread-followers have mentioned that they run rigs on ASROCK H81 PRO motherboards.  These boards support Intel CPU-Integrated graphics as well as a wide variety of graphic cards.  Is it possible to drive a monitor with integrated Intel video, and mine with nVidia graphics cards (750ti SC)?

I will research the web before booting my new H81 rig, but I'd like to know if it has been done by any one of the readers.

Thank you in advance!       --scryptr

Was running this setup last year, was using the iGPU of the G3220 to display.

You can't get a rig frame any cheaper then that.  Grin

EDIT: What type of ram are you using?

Those are Corsair Vengeance 1600Mhz, 2x4GB.

The plan is going the way it is.

Behind the scenes, there is only one guy doing pretty much everything, apart from living a normal life with responsibilities.

Now I don't think it's fair to bad mouth the coin or the developer just for one man's greed.

So aaannnnnyyy way...

I'm seriously questioning if my gtx 780ti is actually pulling ~60MH/s

I solved a number of blocks at 16MH/s with my r9 270oc yet I've picked up zippo on the 780ti.

Even taking the fluctuating difficulty into account, I should have gotten something by now.

Has anyone else had experience on windows with the CUDA miner?

Keep using a miner that doesn't even support this coin, well done, keep at it.

...by open sourcing the project before its completion would open the doors to a million scam clones.

This will be the excuse for years to come.  In case you haven't noticed, people are forking Ethereum and soon Ripple.  People are trying different parameters.  Do you know what the reality is?  Those scam clones lose steam after about 30 days.  Buy support disappears.  They can't maintain the veneer of community or the lies of "development".

It is ironic that this community is afraid of the one thing that would set this project free.

Don't sit here and try to defend closed-source code for a public blockchain anymore, it's bullshit and you all know it.

Why don't you try writing/creating something equivalent or better to Niro, spend a year on it, and launch everything in one day.

Not really the best move.

That would probably be the last thing, I mean we're yet to have the next update.

I don't think it should be done in a hurry. Everything in good time.
1780  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Nexus [Niro] - Pure SHA3 + CPU/GPU + nPoS + 15 Active Innovations + More to Come on: September 25, 2015, 06:59:19 PM
Ok, so from what I can see... There's no tweaking to be done with the CUDA skminer Sad

I'll screen cap and report soon. Bouncing heavily between what I assume is on average 64MH/s.

Ok so what's happening is this. It takes about a max of 5 seconds for the card to wind up to it's stable rate of ~64MH/s +-1MH/s.

If a block is discovered before that 5 second period, the first couple of lines can show anything between 0 and about 40.

Running on the latest drivers and cuda toolkit via "GV-N78TOC-3GD" (Gigabyte GTX 780ti 3GB OC edition) - http://www.gigabyte.com.au/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4839#ov

The GPU load is only 6% so once theres an optimised CUDA miner, we should see some AMAZING rates coming from these cards.

Why not just use the already provided miners?
