Are any of you guys running the new miner on Windows 8.1?
Yes. I get this error when I try to run it: 0xc000007b Did you ever encounter anything as such? Need Cudart32_65.dll file in that folder or installing cuda 6.5 sdk on your system. Thanks for the response. Yea I have that in the same folder, when I run tsiv's miner, it runs fine, but with sp's, I get this error. This is all the dll I have in that folder cudart32_65.dll msvcr120.dll pthreadVC2.dll Maybe it is another one of them??? Just guessing That was it buddy, I was missing the msvcr120.dll Thanks man! Edit: Dam, it ran at first, but now it's saying not recognized as an external internal command.

I remember the time when someone said that when BTC's price was rapidly dropping and that Unity was still stable regardless.
Well now is the time that I wanna say that, that person is wrong, lol.......

Hi, I'm having a little problem trying to solo mine, I'm with Nvidia, trying to use the skminer, but all it does is say initializing miner. I don't have a config file as I couldn't find any ports on the first page.
Edit: Got it running.

Anyone running a couple of 980's could share some info on how mining is going for them? e.g. how many blocks a day?
|
|
|
I did, but it just automatically mines on the GPU's, whereas I wanna solo mine on the cpu.
|
|
|
Is there a way to CPU mine this coin on the Qubit algo?
|
|
|
I'm already mining it on the CPU, but is there any to solo mine it on the gpus?
No, there is no way to mine XDN solo with GPU. But you may mine darknote in pools with Claymore GPU Miner Alright, thanks for confirming that. Even though I'm already mining the 4790k on minergate, the miner in the GUI wallet only supports pool mining, so I should try the other miner to solo mine it, if its even worth it?

I can't find the config in the first post.

As much as I like solo mining, all I can say is dam, it's gotten pretty hard to find blocks these past two days.
And if that's the case, well then happy go farm boys.

Massive price jump since yesterday, any idea what caused the trigger?
Or was it the, 'it was meant to happen sooner or later' thing.

My first four million JPC was hacked by someone, when the price was hovering around 70 sats. Now that was a lot of money at the time.
After that, mining this coin never really got any easier due to the weekly block reward reduction. But this month, I've managed to make that 4 million back, somehow, one million at a time. JPC may go up in price due to the same block reduction reason, but for whatever its worth, I'd rather stake it and keep whatever than sell it for nothing.
BTC touched $460 yesterday and today it's below $400, I'd say JPC isn't too far off just for a few sats.
"Spice must flow!" Otherwise is worthless. Bagholders wont make the price to go up. Staking wont save the coin. Like I said, in current circumstances, lower block reward is probably the only chance. Well, mining is anyways gonna be over soon, so then we'll know for sure.

Thanks for this. Is there any difference between ccminer-50 and ccminer-50-52 when running on a 750ti?
Good question, test and tell me Seems to be variable against driver version, the 50 52 is for people with a 750Ti and a 9xx on the same Machine Yep, runs great with both, 750 ti and 970's together!
