Am a little confused here, first a presale, then a whitelist sale and lastly a general sale. What marketing impact will this sale segments have on latium. I suppose they want some economic analysis of how the general public react to the project. Or are they specifically targeting / luring certain whales in the crypto sphere?
Presale is for private investors and those with briefcases full of ETH.
Whitelist is for those who don't like the mad rush for tokens and have a pouchful of ETH.
Public is for us mere mortals.
It may look preferential at first, however, each tier is capped so that no one group gets an unfair distribution of tokens. Not even the whales
