Small update here. We have created ChipMixer plugin for Electrum. It allows you to tumble your bitcoins with us without leaving your wallet and it is even easier to use than website (prefill forms, creates new wallet and imports private keys for you). You can check readme and screenshots here: https://github.com/chipmixer/electrum/tree/plugin/plugins/chipmixerPull request is pending, maybe it will get included in next version of Electrum. If this is a small update, I'd expect to be blown away by a big one! This is excellent news (professed Electrum user here). Even if I'm unlikely to use the service much, having the option to use is one less reason to move away from Electrum. There are a number of other mixer plugins out there already, but none with chipmixer's side bet option.

I go with both, but would always choose SEED if I had to. The only issue I can foresee for storing seeds is that someone else who might come across it would easily notice that it's a seed. So I store mine in a pattern only I would recognise (I throw in some red herring for example or use it in a paragraph of text) and send it as emails to several addresses to keep.

We all know this and commit it! I still throw down a x100 bet every now and then when I feel I haven't seen a hit in a long, long time. Even with sports I do the same, especially with high-ratio win teams like Bayern or Barca. When I see a x17 payout and it feels like the big teams are due a loss, I take it. Works out about 50/50 of the time ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif)

I received Payment: 14953362 bytes from the airdrop but didn't receive any black bytes. Is there any reason why no blackbytes came? I bought BYTESA off Trex and also had my BTC wallet correctly added/linked to my wallet. I am thankful for the BYTES just wanted to know where are the blackbytes as it says 0 balance in ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) my blackbyte wallet. Also can anyone tell me how much my airdrop is worth? I can't calculate. I am holding them all though not selling. I want to just accumulate now. 1. Blackbytes usually arrive about a day after your byteballs come in. 2. You can do a rough estimation of your value by checking https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/byteball/. At the moment this means you have about 370,000 satoshi worth.

Oh, ye of little faith. I was pretty confident on the last tip, and it was worth a shot at such great odds. That makes it 3W 1L since I followed, bloody good job fellas! Glad I recovered the last loss with this one too! ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2FK6ISJwD.png%3F1&t=663&c=gNgk9pfLI8-Zvg) And here's my next wager on your next tip. Keep it hot! ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2Fzc9H70u.png%3F1&t=663&c=hnk1x34SkV8b5w)

Nothing directly bought in terms of goods for me. I earn rather than trade or buy, and I wouldn't count the fractions I've spent on sampling services... but I cashed out a few times as the price creeped past 2,000. Enough to buy me travel tickets and a few other expenses.

Well, I must say the changes in 24 hours is quite impressive. Tried a game and there were 6 others on it... and about 20 other lurkers! Looks pretty neat the way it's going, now to see if people are getting smooth withdrawals.

its not just traffic. its also that core removed alot of the fee controls and replaced them with mechanisms that actually push fee's up even if a few blocks have low demand
Actually, yeah, we've seen average fees and recommended fees rise with the mempool congestion but yesterday at just over 30,000 transactions, the recommended fee for a 4-hour confirmation guarantee was still above 200 sats/byte. It's climbed down right now to 151 at 43k txs but it would appear that fees aren't going to return to what they used to be, even if the networks isn't clogged up anymore.

Ok i think we are gonna implement masternodes. Poll about that is positive. We have around 130k coins, i think we implement 20 Masternodes, so every 6,5k a Masternode. Reward and release date are the next step. First i need to work with the tech team together for the implementation. pls patient ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Good to see your update after a long time... the lot of us are very patient, don't worry! I would advise a bit more of a regular update, esp if Masternodes come into play. Will you ever respond to some of my unanswered PMs or posts here though?

Apart from the uncharacteristic silence from OP/dev, the wallet seems to be working fine for me, just synced today after a week offline. Still earning small amounts for keeping my tab running - noticed that the payouts start from 0.1 BRO and up, so I guess we should see less bloat on the tx side.

I have BTC in the Poloniex. Poloniex will receive my reward?
You won't be able to use your Poloniex address to link for byteballs. You must be in full control of your bitcoins, ie. you manage your own wallet and private keys. You see, the only way to link is to sign a verified msg from yr address (which you can't with Polo) or send a micropayment from your address (if you try this with Polo, you'll see that it will spend from a completely different address). You can even check your address on Polo on blockchain.info. You'll find that all your deposits were transferred out into another address and the balance on your deposit address is 0.

I did manage to find it a while later as you suggested, I was right to suspect the damned Austrians wouldn't get their guns firing properly, so posted a small loss. Looking forward to the next tip(s)! ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2FqV0yQM5.png%3F1&t=663&c=cdkVHukJ388NWQ)

Well done both on the last 2 tips, glad I managed to find this. One thing I did note, the odds were fractionally lower (by 0.01 to 0.05) than a few others, but I don't mind really. ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2Fh2cP160.png%3F1&t=663&c=RQIrn1jqtWQ7qg) The link for the next tip doesn't work? Also couldn't find the match on betopen. Most of the U21 matches are there except Austria vs Gibraltar.

Good point about not dismissing all faucets as a waste of time! I still stick to a very select few (okay, actually only two now) that only require a minute or so all together and I just mindlessly click every few days. Yes, they give out less and less but collectively, and with their values slowly gaining over time, they're worth a bit more than spare change these days.

Wish you guys would have come up perhaps 5 months earlier when I last needed such a service! Great concept wrapped up in simplicity. I do wonder about fees as you'd need pre-splitting up into chips but it seems you've managed that well enough.

|
|
I'd given this some thought as well a month earlier when prices weren't so high yet the spreads were more or less the same, so the fee percentages didn't matter as much as they do now. I did see some theoretical +ve gains but it would require volume and a full-time dedication... unfortunately not something that is at my disposal right now. Good luck if you do try!

Since this is a rant, I won't point out the dozens of ways Bitcoin is anything but MLM.
You know, you'll always get disappointed in the end if you have expectations from trying to help someone. But with friends and family, better to stay away from offering investment advice. Money is just something that'll always create issues somewhere down the line.
I've had mixed experiences talking to friends about Bitcoin, and other digital ideas previous to that. Now I just offer opinions when asked earnestly.

It's annoying that some of the earliest adopters of Bitcoin were ponzi schemers. Some are managed by the same people over the years, moving from one digital currency to another. Bitcoin was a godsend for them I suppose. What surprises me is that they haven't moved to other crypto. You'd think the cheaper tx fees and quick confirmations would help extend ponzi lifespans, especially with those that pay every hour even. Go figure.

It's not immediately the most delightful eye candy when it comes to dice sites; again if you're going to rely on aesthetics alone you're in for a tough start. Chat and building a community that builds on loyalty (a leveling system of sorts) is the way to go, I think. The only noteworthy aspect is the even split between investor and house but you'll want to allow some customisation there for those interested in long-term investments at that share.
