1781  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trying to get my profit out of trading on: November 05, 2021, 11:53:12 AM
Hello

pmalec

you are correct, but the file withdrawal is not highlighted blanked out so my guess as someone else has mentioned is my broker must be contacted, why would they do that? is it so that they have complete control of me?

Thank you to all,

is there a way I can change the withdrawal buttons?

Many Thanks

I was about to say you have to go through your broker before it was suggested to you. I guess you are either trading Forex.

Some of your questions will be responded to here either through further questions.

How did you deposit your cash or fund? Was it not through a broker? If it is then you also need such process for withdrawal.

Forex trading is centralised so some features have to be regulated not including your trade.

On changing your withdrawal button, that depends on the information provided so you need to get the attention of your broker also. If you deposited through fiat or accounts provided for withdrawal and you want to change it then you have to contact your broker.

Devout time and passion for reading about it. Like everything about it and build your passion strongly on it. Trading is like going through school, you don't lose hope when your studies are difficult for you. Develop the resilient traders habit and search the net for more information than you already have. Meanwhile avoid giving money to people or platforms if you are not sure the people mean well for you.
1783  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Weekend Trading, how do you feel about it? on: November 04, 2021, 10:52:12 AM
I think even on holidays we can still trade cryptocurrencies, because it is possible, in contrast to the forex market which will be off on Saturdays and Sundays. on this holiday we can also see the market of some pumped coins, so there are still many opportunities to trade. and that's where the difference from crypto that seems to know no time

Okay on the Forex market that looks like no trade on weekends but I don't know if nothing actually happens behind the back on that day only that the platform is not opened for trading but that does not stop currency exchange, movement and policies on them and that is reason the price change during the open early Monday on the platform. There is what the pairs do, they jump from where it ended Friday night  so if you are unfortunate to be in a trade with swap and it the shift goes against you, you wake up to see a lose.  Grin
1784  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are trading platforms useful? on: November 04, 2021, 09:21:01 AM

However, I would urge one important thing here, having stage does not mean you can play the music of your choice. You still need great deal of knowledge to plot and read the theories that are built using those chart data’s. It’s simply process of calculating the outcomes based on technical and fundamental inputs.

So your friend will still need to learn how to work around them so that they can benefit from it.

Most of the platforms you have to do your own adjustment for your trade pattern to work very well with it. If you don't do that and just follow what you see there, you may keep experiencing losses like before. And like other means that trade is carried out you need some changes for your own benefit that is why the volumes and parameters are there.
1785  Economy / Speculation / Re: When new ATH? When moon? on: November 03, 2021, 10:05:54 PM
It's been almost 2 weeks since Bitcoin made a new ATH from $65K to $67K. Price is currently (as or writing) around 5% down at $63.5K. But when will we see another new ATH in Bitcoin?

Do any of you still think this is a double top that won't be broken ? How many of you are waiting patiently for 6 figures ?

I think my prediction still favours bullish with this kind of move today.

The spike and rebounce back to $63k is likely for another chase to ATH. Breaking of $60k and back to opening price for the day is an indication that buyers are still interested. 6 figures may not be this year, maybe we wait next year.
1786  Economy / Economics / Re: What books do you recommend for economics? on: November 03, 2021, 07:00:07 PM
Most that economic books will be talking about is based on theories. After reading most of them, they don't find their bearing in the physical economy of changing life and creating wealth. The government economic department employ the best of economic professors but you see economy not improving like it suppose to be. No economic textbook discusses corruption, lobbying in politics and party influence to the economy as a topic or whatever and it is suppose to be included , they affect world economy.
1787  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Surviving For Tomorrow on: November 03, 2021, 04:18:01 PM

Don't believe in all coins where many shit coins everywhere. Yes you may gainer from one coin but this is not mean all coins will behave same like this. Before your investment you must have to more clear for this coins roadmap and mission so that no upset will run you.

Like the saying is life is about risk even with meme coin you can hit it big and exit. All we have to do is be careful but too much of smartness don't allow for risk taking. However we need investment in top coins and not coins that are yet to go into exchange. Some investors still believe in putting money in ICO but that failed so many. That is to invest in what you don't see the prospect is the problem of diversification.
1788  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Surviving For Tomorrow on: November 02, 2021, 08:04:09 PM

I'm compounding my gains by rolling profits into unpumped coins at a cheaper rate.

Nice way to go but be mindful of shit coins. Don't invest in a coin just because it is cheap. There are other things to check like volume, usage and maybe exchange. Diversification is good for the person who is thinking of the future , more altcoins will go moon soon when bitcoin rally totally drops so be ready you may see other altcoins that can rise faster.
1789  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Don't lose your profit unnecessarily on: October 31, 2021, 07:26:27 PM
In trading my strategies has a little bit of changes than others, for example if I lost in some coins a massive amount then after that I prefer to invest in the other coin and get the profit and recovered the loss which I had made in the previous coin, Which must be better and can be a great way of getting your profit.

This is  rather called chasing the market and this can back fire on you. If this happens you know it means you would be losing your two trades in a roll and your account starts going down drastically. It is not a good trade decision to try chasing the market when you lose except you see a good spot for a come back. Well if it has been working for you, best of luck in the trades of such that you do to get back your money.
1790  Economy / Economics / Re: Financial Stability - Get yourself non ending economic circle. on: October 31, 2021, 04:29:50 PM

trading and investment is one of the kind that can gives you stable financially but remember there are some risks with this.

For the record, trading doesn't give a stable financial income. If we pass this kind of information that it is a steady means of income then new traders can think that way and believe so to invest more than they can carry. So it is not a steady means because of the risk involved. Business or investment are not steady means of income, what we can call steady is government job that is the reason many people run to go into it. However, trading is beneficial if you understand how to go about it.
1791  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [BOXING] Jonas Sultan vs Carlos Caraballo - October 30, 2021 on: October 31, 2021, 02:07:06 PM
Congratulations to Jonas Sultan, that was a good win but I don't agree with the scoring, it looks like the judges put their money on Caraballo but it's too obvious that Sultan won because of his knockdown scores. I hope they will be investigated as it looks like they try to build the undefeated fighter but failed.
Quote
"This is boxing. This is war,” Sultan said. “And I came to win tonight. Caraballo is a tough man, but I wanted this one.

I followed this up here

I think it was a keenly contested fight with a narrow win for Sultan. A narrow win of 94-93 points isn't a fight that was easy to decide but at the end of the day the victory was given to Jonas Sultan and in the game of sports victory must be declared. Is up ty Caraballo who has the crowd by his side to restrategize

I think you are missing the point on the thread topic. It is simply enquiring which is more profitable for trader whether week or weekend trading. Surely as a trader you need to know the days you make more losses or profit, knowing this can help you either to decide being careful or totally staying away from the market. For reasons I don't understand yet for me the mondays are not usually a good day for trading. Therefore I try to be very careful on that day but this is not very determined but if there are no clear entering signal, staying out is better than to go in for regret
1793  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Making the most from this bull run. on: October 31, 2021, 11:01:33 AM
The key to reacting to the bull run that can come after this is knowing when you should sell the coins. And that is not just about when the price increases for 2x, 3x, 10x, and so on. In this way, you will face greediness and tempt you to hold the coin still even if you see the price increase 20x.

This is kind of point that I was making on my thread that op refering on above. If traders set eyes on percentage profit from entry price that can get them greedy and confused when the coin has got to the peak while they still waiting for the percentage profit to be reached and the profit will crash down. Example aiming for 10x or 12x run while it got to peak of 5x already. So waiting for more profit is greedy and greed not good for trade.
1794  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Don't lose your profit unnecessarily on: October 31, 2021, 08:32:56 AM
You are right that profits once gone are lost and those profits as well as that time won't be back again. Whatever comes will be the future profits and the past profits once lost can't be justified. I take 50% profits plus the capital, and let the remaining profits run - that's my way to keep the trade going and even if I lose a bit in the trade, I'm ultimately the winner because I already took out my capital and some part of the profits. I support your thoughts on taking out profits on time so not to regret later.

Yeah I understand what you mean and also understand how you can do that. It is nice not to lose all the profit made in a particular trade just when we are expecting more profit to be filled and that greed can come back to hurt us when it runs to lose.

And for traders wondering how to take some profit while your trade is still running, you adjust your order . You do that by adjusting your entry price above (if you are buying) to a point that you have taken some profit and adjust below your entry if you are sell (also to a point you have taken profit).
1795  Economy / Economics / Re: Reality Check on Crypto on: October 31, 2021, 07:21:32 AM

if crypto payments were available everywhere we would see it being used by the average person.

It is available everywhere except you mean awareness that few people in different countries have moreover the growth is increasing compared to 4 years ago. Cryptocreency cut to everyone and country except those who are fighting against it and limiting people from using it because they want to put their fiat first like China and they try to ban it. It is unstoppable to everyone reach only people in authority trying to limit the use.
1796  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Fiat-betting to crypto+betting on: October 30, 2021, 09:38:45 PM
.
What advantage does the crypto betting has over Fait betting?

You have made some list and about the advantage I believe that fiat being a digital enabled currency, it takes away third party relation unlike fiat where money is paid to the gambling agent. It also reduces the likely denying of ticket money paid because it is there in blockchain for all to see and this is a major advantage of cryptocreency. Casinos are usual places that most likely have arguments so cryptocurrency is a transparent system that requires no argument by agent of casino because the blockchain exposes all transactions.
1797  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: A good book to learn how to trade. on: October 30, 2021, 07:32:23 PM
Reading books and material is very good for trading. However, real learning comes from applying what you read. I prefer small videos over books because they cut unnecessary content. Quality is a lot more important.

Being in the field is the real thing then after that you can talk with experience. If we only do book reading, the trade will swallow up everything we have when we go in . Like you said it is better not to only read but to try out the real thing which is trading. Watching trade videos on YouTube is also not a solution alone but to trade. When we trade there is another experience that comes to it because it is real money and not rhetorics of trade. Emotions and just watching or reading won't give same action to trade.
1798  Economy / Trading Discussion / Don't lose your profit unnecessarily on: October 30, 2021, 03:13:39 PM
As newbie I have not bothered about the profit that I have missed taking out just because that I believe another profit will fill up for me. I have been on this for some time but with my growing knowledge in the trading business, I now seeing it differently that the profit I didn't take was gone and another profit that got filled is a different profit entirely which means I may have been made more of profit in the account and lesser losses. Lately therefore I take profit as it comes and this has worked for my trading experience. It is not scalping if you see your profit going down the pit.

What way do you take your profit ?

Or you feel the regained profit is same profit that you lost  Huh Roll Eyes
1799  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: To the Moon, To the Moon, Eventually people got bored fo moon landing!!! on: October 30, 2021, 01:35:32 PM

When everyone is free to create projects this will happen, the number of coins in the market today is more than 13k and I think this makes the competition very tight, in fact many coins die so we have to be careful, meme coins are a trend that is happening right now , maybe most of us don't like it but in general it can be accepted by the public as long as they get profit from it.

The meme coins are not to be trusted even they are giving investors ROI. They have clustered the CMC and increasing the number of shit coin. They will die off as soon they are pumped because they really don't have use or need but just meme. Few coins are valuable like Ethereum , DIA, USDT, BNB, LTC. Investing in altcoins requires thorough research because not all altcoins will survive after a hype of pump.
1800  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Stop lose trading feature on: October 30, 2021, 12:53:39 PM
If you are going for a long term trade then why do you need a stop loss?

I think this is not right IMO because as far cryptocreency is concern ,it is very volatile and trading commodities and currency is also too. You can leave your trade open even for long term,it can be swallowed up. Imagine the volatility nature of bitcoin and moving $6,000 difference from your entry point in a day and continues from the next day around $4,000 more in the week, you see it is dangerous not to include stop loss in trading. Whether long or short term trading requires the use of stop loss to avoid accounts going off while you don't plan to.
