1781  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The most undervalued project I have ever seen. on: May 22, 2016, 10:44:20 AM
I was part of the RBR initial airdrop and am very happy with the name change, it is more of a credible name and you are right they will explode at some point.
1782  Economy / Digital goods / Re: LADIES AND GENTS WHIP OUT THOSE WALLETS FREE BTC on: May 21, 2016, 07:00:45 PM
Cheers
1783  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I received a very strange E-Mail this morning, thoughts from the peanut gallery? on: May 20, 2016, 03:10:06 PM
There are a few threads I have seen today with similar mails with files in Dropbox, best to delete and move along Smiley
1784  Economy / Gambling / Re: Nets Game on: May 20, 2016, 01:35:57 PM
Maybe if it was kind of random or hidden so that if the person that sends the BTC that hits the 0.06 is shown the code and only that person, it does not make much sense to reveal it to everybody.
1785  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is it just me, or does GDAX make you think of GOX? on: May 20, 2016, 12:24:16 PM
I thought I read GOX when i first saw it and had a chuckle to myself, Coinbase is a half decent name and to leave this name you need something better which I am not sure GDAX really is, but it is what it is.
1786  Other / Archival / Re: Do you have paypal account even though you have bitcoin? on: May 20, 2016, 12:11:40 PM
Yes Paypal simply allows you more access to retailers, that's possibly the main reason why most of us would still use Paypal, outside of that there isn't anything else attractive about the company.
1787  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin on Coinbase confirmed by Charlie Lee!! on: May 20, 2016, 11:59:10 AM
This will be fun, as long as they don't go mental and start adding tons of coins this is good news, ETH is on the rise so why should they be losing out on all the fees Smiley
1788  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where can i trade ETH Futures on: May 20, 2016, 11:53:09 AM
What about https://bittrex.com/ they also have the ETH in full force.
1789  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Received a random Dropbox share with a bitcoin.js file on: May 20, 2016, 09:25:12 AM
Agree with all the rest, if you are not expecting anything and you get something like this just delete it and carry on about your day.
1790  Economy / Gambling / Re: What are your favorite crypto-gambling sites and why? on: May 20, 2016, 07:02:12 AM
Coinbet24 is one I have been using recently, great selection of sporting events and a really easy to use interface.
1791  Economy / Economics / Re: I have 12 BTC in my Account, How should I invest this?? on: May 20, 2016, 06:58:47 AM
Wisely.  Do not get fooled into any quick profit makng scheme, perhaps hold 10 and give yourself 2 to play with.
There are a couple of decent coins out there that seem to be in for the long term, one of those is ETH I am not suggesting you put 2 bitcoin into this but it is worth your time in doing some research.

Gambling is hit and miss and you can easily lose everything, you also have the option to trade bitcoin itself, whatever you decide to do I really would suggest putting the bulk of your bitcoin away for a year or two.
1792  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2016-05-19]Barclays quietly shuts down several bitcoin exchange PingIt accounts on: May 19, 2016, 04:37:21 PM
I thought the UK was becoming more leniant towards bitcoin, this is a shame but not surprising especially if they have a recent partnership with Circle.
1793  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Eth will skyrocket the next days on: May 19, 2016, 02:23:22 PM
There is usually always a rally in the last days of an IPO/ICO so chances are you will be right, you'll probably get more attention if you move this to the altcoin area rather than bitcoin speculation.
1794  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A game called Etherium will be released on 25 of May 2016 on: May 19, 2016, 01:14:23 PM
Think it is just a coincidence, I am sure I heard of a game ages ago called Etherium but can't remember what platform it was on if it was even a game or I just made it up.
1795  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin new trend? on: May 19, 2016, 09:57:50 AM
I suppose debit cards are useful in the short term until bitcoin becomes a payment option everywhere, I don't imagine they will be around for that long though.

Once you are able to pay with bitcoin in the majority of retailers there will not be a need for any debit cards, so in the short term they are handy for those that want to use their bitcoin in the real world, but long term I am not sure if they will be a necessity.

I wouldn't recommend holding too much $ in these cards especially the ones that have only appeared recently, always best to trust those companies that have a proven track record.
1796  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Are floppy disks safe to store wallets? on: May 19, 2016, 09:06:45 AM
Haha, you could try it just to see but I wouldn't put too much on them.  One bonus is that if you ever got burgled chances are that the thief would take one look at those disks and just laugh and move along so they could be the safest place lol
1797  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you ever got bonus in casino ? on: May 19, 2016, 09:04:01 AM
Yes, the deposit bonus is usually a sneaky way of just keeping you there longer and depositing more in order to be able to withdraw your bonus if you haven't lost it.

I find it hard to get excited about any bonus, nothing is free in this world.
1798  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Made a bitcoin purchase from Dell, but no order confirm after payment on: May 19, 2016, 06:24:56 AM
Coinbase also operate outside of the US as a payment processor, I have seen them on a UK site and made payment.  I think it is down to Dell and not a restriction by the payment processor.
1799  Economy / Speculation / Re: What are the implications of this? on: May 17, 2016, 08:39:28 PM
I agree that the timing leans toward the whole Craig being Satoshi news, tons of people would have been exposed to that story.
1800  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2016-05-15] Leaderless, Blockchain-Based Venture Capital Fund Raises $100 Mln on: May 17, 2016, 08:05:36 AM
Like the way they ended the article, "Shares in The DAO can be purchased using Ether until May 28th, by anyone who can figure out how to do that."

Would have been good if they explained the process quickly and did a bit more research on the thing they are writing about.
