1781  Economy / Economics / Re: 6 billion to solve world hunger? on: November 08, 2021, 12:54:03 PM
The move is amazing and I wish that Elon would go for this. However, we must understand that these funds do not always end up in the right hand. Not all humans are like minded not all are honest with their work. I’m not going for the negative points here but it is what it is. If Elon spares 6 billion dollars then we are not 100% sure that all of it will reach to the end users. If this would have been so easy then there are already billion dollar worth foundations running around the world but how much of help is reached to them?

In this scenario Elon should take step forward by creating own trusts and helping out the needy through his trusted workers.
1782  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits.com | Instant BTC,ETH & LTC withdraws | $100k+/week contest | VIP | on: November 07, 2021, 05:06:52 PM
Is there any code they give to their users or it's just with the top tier players? I just received a redeem for a small amount of .50$ well bonus still a bonus than nothing. Still wondering if they increase this kind of reward?. I just recently visiting their twitter for their event mostly on their artwork event, they release some codes too?.

Yesterday when the Duelbits twitter account posted a new code '' blackfridayinc'' I got a notification 8 minutes after the tweet and try to claim but expired
when i check the comments it turns out i'm not the only one there are many users fail to claim in this case I assume that the code is wrong or someone using a robot to claim it.

8 minutes is definitely a long time. It would have been a different scenario if the time was in seconds though.
There are many people who stay active on twitter and it takes less than a minute to get that code and claim it on duelbits.
If that code could be used only a few times then 8 minutes are more than sufficient for a few hundred people to claim the rewards.
It does not take 8 minutes to expire. It takes couple of minutes to exhaust the whole code thing. Come on man there are thousands of casino players who are active at any given time throughout the world. You can not really expect that each code will be applied by yourself successfully. That’s just your luck and speed of inserting that code in the redeem section. The same case applies to many other casinos and all the users are complaining the same. If they started to give away unlimited codes then they will run out of business. Just consider the codes as bonus thing (which it is) and move on if you did not get it.
1783  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Interest on Bitcoin on: November 05, 2021, 05:09:09 PM
Wondering how many of you earn interest on your Bitcoin?
I do not think this is necessary, it is obvious with increase in bitcoin price.

Do you feel this is risky, whoever owns the private key owns the BTC ?
Who owns the seed phrase or the private key owns the bitcoin, it is not risky if you think bitcoin network can fail, never think of that because bitcoin network is stronger than anything you can compare it with. What you should be careful about are hackers and scammers generally.

Yeah, the bitcoin network. Look through the eyes of coder and they will tell the grim reality of the same. It's complex network of nodes, blocks, getting confirmed again and again by different miners, one after another and the process is just non ending. The hash generated is almost equal to garbage but with unique serial and unique information that is understood by the blockchain and miner.

Yes its beautiful thing to understand. Big network with public to public ledger and connectivity. I think there is small or rare chance that bitcoin will ever fail. The network just can't fail because its running on multiple systems, multiple pc's, miners etc. So if you ask me, then its surely secure one.

Well, I barely doubt there is service or project who can offer you 6% interest on the bitcoin. It's just does not make sense considering the prices are volatile.
1784  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Necessary reminder: watch out for $5 wrench attacks on: November 05, 2021, 04:55:21 PM
My necessary precautions:

- Buy a gun (semi-autos like AR-15 are preferable)
- Learn how to use it
- Practice physical self-defense

Then you can shoot the living hell out of anyone that tries to rob you without fearing anyone, anymore.

$5 wrenches don't stand a chance to a $2000 gun, guys.

[before anyone calls me crazy, physical self-defense is legal in (almost??) all jurisdictions]

Thats good for you mate. Not in my country, the jurisdiction does not allow to carry the weapon, not even under the name of self defence. In addition to this, the gun is only issued to the VIP's and that is also has very very harsh process to follow. It is another thing that individuals would carry illegally acquired weapons but then again the rule does not bend in pretty good sense and if you caught with it, then you are guilty no matter what.

It's better to safe guard the assets that we have by not telling anyone that we have it. Just be anonymous and we are good to go. I would be far more careful not to fall for court circles or law box.  Smiley
1785  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are we coming to the 5th wave? on: November 04, 2021, 03:17:07 AM
Hell ya! It’s time to bag it then once this fifth wave shows its magic of crashing. I think it as most positive thing actually since in market if the prices are going only upwards (continuously) then it would be harmful for it as it will tip the balance of market. I know this raises the demand and reduces the supply however you wouldn’t want the supply to go to few hands. It must be circulating so it has it be bought and sold over the time.

I think of this 5th wave as turning point or refreshing of the market values. It’s good, it gives us opportunities to make trades and replenish the supply in our pockets.
1786  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin adoption by banks - good or bad? on: November 03, 2021, 03:39:10 AM
Adoption by banks is good only until it is limited to allowing the sending money to crypto exchange and when we sell it then receiving the fiat into bank account. Above and over that if banks starts interfering in all the operations then its not good. Then it would be able to track us down, gain the KYC's, exchanges wont be secure/anonymous one in the future and thus no use of the same.

Already many banks are refusing to allow crypto related transactions and thus directly/indirectly we need work on the p2p systems and get the transfers done. However, in the later times you have to show case for what that transaction was made and thus making it difficult for us to use p2p also.

So yeah, bitcoin must be adopted by the banks but only with some limits.  Cheesy
1787  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits.com | Instant BTC,ETH & LTC withdraws | $100k+/week contest | VIP | on: November 02, 2021, 04:16:18 AM
^ If I learned anything in this world, it is the fact that having a lot of stress doesn't solve anything. You could be stressed as hell, you could be upset and you could be angry, none of those emotions will change anything.

When gambling, if you lose then you lose, get over it and move on. If you keep focusing and fixating on it then you are going to be stressed about the lost money, you will be angry for losing that bet, and you will be upset that you do not have that money in your pocket. Will that help you? If you are upset, angry or stressed about it, does it really mean that you could recoup that money? It doesn't at all, so there is no point on feeling those emotions when you are gambling at all.
Are we talking about Duelbits here or in general?
Gambling can’t really solve your stress because you’ll just lose money here and there’s no guaranteed for any happiness especially if your goal is different.

Here in Duelbits, you can play a lot of games and if you can only appreciate that, you can really enjoy playing it. Better to see the real purpose of gambling and not to be greedy at all.

A person would be happy only if they are getting big pots of money from the gambling. Most of the individuals would go down the sink if they think they can earn huge money from the casinos. They should play the games with clear minds and they should know their limits. Even if they stop at right losses they would be happy and winning would be another fun way to play it, obviously.

As far as I know, sites like Duelbits are already on the rocks to entertain us and even they mention the rule, play with responsibility.
1788  Economy / Economics / Re: Getting things off your list. on: November 02, 2021, 03:44:09 AM
Got the drift here! Waiting could be just harmful for our plans and it would be pricey as we go along. There is also two ways to look at this really. The first one is psychological perspective and the other is increasing cost of leaving. The one first one is like, the more you wait the more you devalue it over the time because as the period go on you become just very lazy about it and you don't pursue it anymore.

Waiting is different dimension, but continuously working for it and shaping the dream while waiting is whole new universe. So get my drift here regarding psychological hindrance.

While the second point its much obvious and everyone experience the same. Day to day things are getting costly as the everything from raw materials to living stuff is getting scarce and rare which directly and indirectly hamper our livings.

So I agree OP, better get it done quick and sweet.

Wow I did not know you make these too!

Just curious, is it your own brand making? BeYourOwnBank? Because that is really awesome one and loved the concept too.

Idk if I really want these or not but will surely think upon this. Can you please let me know if these assets are like trade marked for no-resell value? I mean since these are collectibles and they astounding one, do they increase in value further by some means?
1790  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Happy 13th Anniversary Bitcoin Whitepaper on: November 01, 2021, 03:49:48 AM
Happy 13th Anniversary to the most profound research in the field of financial and technological frame! I think this was the wild day when they published their wildest dreamy idea to make it reality. I am also thankful for such great mind who managed to overcome the centralised and traditional banking system by creating complex yet simple to use currency system. It's been 13 years for the paper, but his research might have been started long ago as a way to achieve his dreams. Who knows when this spark came in on Satosh's mind and nobody will ever know that since the secrete lies with them only.

Congratulations to this SUCCESSFUL PUBLIC EXPERIMENT FROM MOST SECERETIVE RESEARCHER _ SATOSHI
1791  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Stop lose trading feature on: October 31, 2021, 09:38:10 AM
Usually I don't use it because I know myself when to stop and when to start the trade again. It my sound very very funny but whenever I put any trade in the stop-loss function I would be tracking the trade multiple times to check how it is doing. (Time waste 1st). Then I will check whether I am doing good or not, if I am doing good then I will just stop the stop-loss function and move the window to higher one so that I can just have more profits. (Time waste 2nd) Lolz. If I am not doing great and if it happen to go on the negative side then I will give it little more window to check if the coins gonna pump or not. (Time waste 3rd).
There you go, stop-loss be like why the hell I am active?  Grin
I can't control myself. If you are like this then no, stop-loss isn't for you.
1792  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Nummix - Anonymous Wallet with API on: October 31, 2021, 07:51:11 AM
I haven't checked everything yet but upon showing the secret key, you should probably add another step to ensure that users have copied the secret key correctly.
- A confirm button isn't good enough.

I'm not sure the appropriate word for describing your wallet would be to call it an anonymous wallet [IMHO].

This is the first time that I'm seeing a $20 recovery fee in a custodial wallet [personal experience].
- It would've been better if there was an automated system in place, to get rid of such fees.

They could call it Anonummix Wallet. Goes with the official project name as well as adds up that anonymous characteristic name to the wallet. Just came to the mind and wrote it here after reading your post. :-p

The fees is where holders are disappointed the most. Checkout for algorithm of other famous wallets, almost all of them will have the fee adjuster. This helps a lot while choosing your transaction speed and can be lowered in case when you don't need the money right away but still want to send it anyways.
1793  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Making the most from this bull run. on: October 31, 2021, 07:35:50 AM
Considering the fact that bitcoin is way stable after reaching its new ATH, the bull run is halted. More or less we have entered into stealth mode, neither we are loosing volume from the market nor new volume is being generated. The value is way stable than last week, and more stable than last to last week. It's clear from the trading chart view we are moving towards the stable line of trade and its time to sell off if you are already in profits and gain the money from market. Once the market starts entering in the bearish market, which it will soon as December is nearby we can buy more bitcoins for next year welcome party.  Wink

This applies not just to the bitcoin alone but most of the altcoins as well.
1794  Economy / Economics / Re: Really, why bitcoin has this value? on: October 31, 2021, 07:23:24 AM
It is undeniable that the price of bitcoin is determined by supply and demand and its popularity is proof that new users continue to grow which makes demand continue to increase which makes bitcoin prices continue to rise and is also very valuable.
and I think bitcoin will be more valuable in the future because everyone is aware that bitcoin prices are easy to predict because they see developments that continue to grow and increase from time to time which will increase bitcoin prices due to demand, and bitcoin volatility can be easily understood from time to time.

Every price is determined by supply and demand! Growing popularity means that demand is rising, and as long the popularity goes up the price will go up as well, especially when we know there will be a limited amount of coins in circulation!
I also think that Bitcoin will be more valuable in the future because even now we just scratched the surface of the global economy, there's so much space for growing! After the first decade, Bitcoin and crypto achieved a lot, and we can expect that progress to continue, everything is going in the right direction!

So much space as in, its growing day by day. We may call it as unlimited thing for that matter. I mean BTC as we speak is getting traded in volumes of millions of dollars which is surprisingly huge amount for an asset which had its existence since decade or so. The hike is even not accomplished because BTC strives in many countries against the rules and regulations. Some of them are banning it, some of them are accepting it and some of them are yet to understand it. I believe that these challenges are putting bitcoins value really low on those charts. It has bigger potential than that because once they uplift the bans and we get to synchronise the crypto throughout the world then you will see huge flood of investors getting into bitcoin and pushing all the available limits really. So the space? Yeah its limitless for the bitcoin.
1795  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can you Buy NFT Crypto? How Do you Make Money with NFT? on: October 31, 2021, 03:34:40 AM
Though NFT's are best asset based earning source these days I find it way difficult to earn from them. The investment involved in them is huge. Now the other day I was playing IOI game which is based on the NFT based assets in-game purchase. There is no issue with the game particularly, the issue is with the cost of assets. They are high priced and I sometimes believe if I buy it and what if no-one buy it from me so that I can profit in a way?

Similar thoughts starts banging my head about different ways to earn rather than NFT. Why not just put it into ETH and BTC and let them do the job for me over the period of time.

I am no artist, so how can I even create an NFT for myself, neither I am interested in buying the arts. May be NFT's are really for the enthusiasts who believe in the art industry.
1796  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is your biggest issue with Bitcoin wallets? on: October 29, 2021, 05:08:52 PM
I have been thinking on this since long and I always had few ideas about modifications of the wallet. Honestly these ideas came in from the use of daily Fiat wallet or payment apps like google pay or razor pay etc.

A) Crypto wallets has capability of scanning the wallet address from QR code. Nice one. However what if these are modified in such a way so that they will be able to scan the regular UPI QR Codes and then let us pay in the local currency from crypto to Fiat ?

B) They should lower the fees by means of batch processing capability. Sounds crazy and complex but imagine if wallets were able to synch the bunch of transaction which are taking place at same time, grab them at one node and share the fees such that it will be nullified to user?

What do you think about these ideas. Either they are shitty or they could be life changing.
1797  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: For those who think that they caught the moment when it's late to buy on: October 29, 2021, 12:11:56 PM
Never thoughts its late to enter into bitcoin or as crypto investor of other coins. Always see the prices hiking each year. When started with crypto first I was too scared to put single dim into it because nothing was sure about it. You could end up loosing some or all of the money. Later ICO scams scared me too but as the time passed on and crypto started to become hub for the real investor I was very sure this new born gonna rule the world sooner or later.

I am stating this background because with this bitcoin become stronger along with the other candidates too. More investment started coming from billionaires around the world. This literally helped them hike every now and then.

Moreover, this trend continues. This is why I don't feel like it's gonna be later anytime soon to invest in the crypto.
1798  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Ban on Binance Futures on: October 26, 2021, 02:48:34 PM
Should have mentioned the country as well for extra knowledge. Well its not like you will be optioned out after finance bans its derivative trading. There are hundreds of other exchangers who offer this service. Recently share market based platforms like iqoptions and Toro has also emerged as life saver by offering the crypto based trading.

I don't think you need to go ahead of everything by using VPN. Why not check out another exchanger suitable for you and your country.
1799  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: China is thinking about unbanning bitcoin mining after price rise on: October 26, 2021, 02:26:48 PM
They should not have done that in the first place. China being the highest ranked mining hub, could have been different world when the prices hit the ATH last week. Just imagine if they still had those miners in the country then they would have earned handsome money. In the process considering the Chinese tracking system they would have easily traced the unattended taxes and gotten paid for the same. They would have flourished in all different ways I would say. There is no point in the current decision making process. Once you loose the faith from the regulatory bodies then you are literally left out with negativity.

It started with this bunny up here. It was looking so ambiguous that nobody knew what exactly it means. I mean the DOGE fans would literally said that its the DOGE which they are going to pump next. And soon after that twitter was flooded with the comments from SHIBA INU followers.

The battle still can be seen on the Elon's twitter handle. Soon after this, he normally posted another twitter which was completely unrelated to the above one.

This is really mysterious thing. Elon loves to play with everyone.
