1781  Economy / Gambling / Re: suggest some btc sportsbook similar to bet365/betfair on: January 09, 2017, 03:29:24 PM
Directbet is good sportsbook and you also don't have to make account or deposit/withdraw anything just bet with bitcoin and you will get your winnings when your bet will be settled.

Also i want to know which bitcoin sports betting site offer some bonus on 1st deposit?
Better not to take bonus offer on deposit because you may not be able to cashout your winning due to hidden terms/wagering requirement those bonuses will have.
1782  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do they payout bigger wins at Sports.betcoin.ag on: January 09, 2017, 03:25:05 PM
is this site legit ? guys ?
They are still running and many are still playing there but they have lost trust from many users when they don't pay to the user who have won big jackpot in their platform before. I haven't played in their platform so i don't have any experience about them but for sports betting i think its better to bet on directbet.eu which doesn't hold your bitcoin in accounts.
1783  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can gambling be considered a "high risk investment"? on: January 07, 2017, 05:15:50 PM
I'm addicted  to sports betting and haven't turned out enough profit as I anticipated prior to joining. We make the profit today and lose them tomorrow.
In sports betting you need to have deep knowledge regarding sports in which you are going to put your money. And as sports can have lots of unpredictable results, even sport experts can't predict result exactly most of the time.

However in sports betting your result depend upon the team in which you are betting on rather than solely in luck like in gambling.

If you can't stop yourself and keep playing with bigger size when you won, you will end up losing all what you have made really fast.
1784  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to play gambling in a smart way? on: January 07, 2017, 05:10:55 PM
to me make a good strategy for your gambling and then follow that strategy strongly and never try to cross that strategy and only then you can make money in gambling and that is the smartest way of making money.
But strategy can't make you lucky and in gambling luck is important factor on your winning.
If you are talking about strategy regarding managing your bankroll, stopping after loss and withdrawing when you make profit than yes those could be helpful to limit your total loss but i don't think you will be able to make good money constantly with gambling.
1785  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which bitcoin gambling site is your favorite place to go? on: January 07, 2017, 05:05:21 PM
For normal gambling : fortunejack, crypto-games, primedice and pocketdice are few which i used to go mostly.

For sports betting: Directbet and sportsbet but directbet is my favorite.
1786  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: [Merchant Shares] - Invest using BTC and get daily returns up to 2.25% on: January 07, 2017, 12:02:29 PM
Does anyone else have any thoughts on this?
They are just another HYIP that uses money from new investors to pay old investors. And i highly doubt that those returns are calculated based on new investment in each of the investment sector for that day rather than any profit they are generating with those specific areas of investment.

They are hyip and they are not trading anything in reality, they may be running for few years but HYIP site can't run for lifetime. When this site will go down, people will loss more than billion USD for sure.
1787  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: New bitcoin doubler on: January 07, 2017, 11:57:43 AM
Probably a scam site
All doubler/trippler or multipliers are just a scam and everybody should know it by now.
There is no point in trying any of them and what you see as payment proof in those sites are just random bitcoin transaction rather than their real payouts to members. SCAM SCAM SCAM
1788  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling site? on: January 07, 2017, 11:50:38 AM
You can check https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=56.0 section of this forum and check each of the anouncement thread of casino site but better try to play only on long running and trusted site.

Few casino sites where i have played before are bustabit.com, satoshimines.com, fortunejack.com, crypto-games.net etc and i have never got problem with deposit and withdraw there.
1789  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What would be the best moral / immoral ways to become Bitcoin millionaire? on: January 06, 2017, 10:28:48 AM
Moral Ways, Go on trading and pratice and more practice until you grasp the fundamentals and basic things to know about trading. immoral? the one who launches numerous bitcoin doubler to earn a living.
I highly doubt that the one who try to scam with doubler this days can earn living with it, because it is easy for even newbie to understand that those doubler, multiplier are just ponzi/scam which never pays anything in reality.

Yes trading is the only moral way to become millionaire with crypto from now on, however trading requires lot of initial investment if you like to be millionaire and it is quite risky if you are newbie trader.
1790  Economy / Gambling / Re: The Bitcoin 100 on: January 06, 2017, 07:33:46 AM
1. Currently, we are just randomly selecting a row from the database using the sql rand() function. We would like to implement a provably fair alternative in the near future.
If you are selecting in this way it can't be said as provably fair method because players can't verify that you have picked winner by this method. Also you are selecting 1 winner out of 100 boxes in 6 hours time period, but i doubt there will be 100 participants always within that 6 hours period so if you pick up winning box that have never been purchased than where does that jackpot goes.

It looks like you are trying to modify site currently, hope you will find out way to overcome this types of confusion.
1791  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Coinbase hack rumor on: January 05, 2017, 05:21:10 PM
This could be the reason for the price drop, but we were probably going to have a drop anyway. Plus any negative news or rumors are going to have an affect even if they aren't true.
But i think major reason is yuan getting stronger against USD which was not expected by anyone and completely opposite of what financial/trading experts have predicted. Due to this chinese seems to be moving bitcoin back to yuan expecting yuan will get more stronger however this may not go too longer, we will soon see huge buy volume from china. Its buy time... Grin
1792  Economy / Speculation / Re: Huge drop while i am asleep! This is BS on: January 05, 2017, 05:09:06 PM
When this blood bath started it was evening here, i was having a cup of coffee in a restaurant so that i can't quickly dump my holdings from my mobile and thought this was small dump but before i finish that cup of coffee price drop more than $200.  Shocked Angry

But i think this drop is temporary because of yuan got stronger out of sudden, which may not continue for longer time so eventually chinese will start to buy bitcoin again.
1793  Economy / Speculation / Re: I don't want a $2,000 bitcoin by February on: January 05, 2017, 04:58:48 PM
I'm rooting for a slow and healthy climb like we've seen the past two years. I don't want to see a $2000 bitcoin by February, only to be followed by a $200 bitcoin in March. What are your guys' opinions?
Slow and healthy climb/pump is always good however as marketcap of bitcoin can still be considered very low so price can easily get manipulated or have high volatility and even small news/event can trigger movement. But i don't think after touching $2000, price can go down to $200 within one month like you have given in example.  Roll Eyes
1794  Economy / Speculation / Re: How the rate of bitcoin is controled? on: January 05, 2017, 11:03:44 AM
Hi
All in the title, how the rate of bitcoin is controled? Who decide if the rate will be 1000$ or 1$?
Like most of the other assets it depends upon demand (marketcap) and supply (total bitcoin that exist at any time).
You can check https://markets.blockchain.info/ where you can see both marketcap and supply of bitcoin, divide marketcap by supply you will get current price per bitcoin.
1795  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling investment is zero sum on: January 05, 2017, 10:56:51 AM
You are right, I've confused gambling investment to gambling, didn't know that we are actually the HOUSE when investing bitcoins in bitcoin gambling sites.
Investing in casino's bankroll is better than gambling however investing in any gambling platform is almost like gambling because there are several examples where casino's bankroll have seen huge loss because of some lucky players. And i personally don't think it is better to take high risk investing in casino's bankroll for very low profit.
1796  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin price and gambling on: January 05, 2017, 10:48:37 AM
The only effect i think is going to be on profit that gambling site will be making because as we all know house always win in end and if total profit any casino is making remain same in terms of bitcoin (which used to remain same despite of price change), casino will be making more profit in terms of fiat.
1797  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do You Change Your Bet Size With Significant Rises (Or Falls) In Bitcoin Price? on: January 05, 2017, 10:33:27 AM
Talking about heavy price rise like right now, yes i will try to decrease my bet size according to rise but for 10-20% rise in bitcoin price, i don't care much and keep playing.

I am thinking about halving my initial bet size if price stays above $1000 from now on.
1798  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: So should I make this bet with 1 bitcoin? on: January 04, 2017, 04:59:38 PM
I also used to think sportsbet quite trustable till now, but after looking this thread and OP's problem i am quite upset of them. Why they need your personal details? Does 1BTC+ is bigger amount for them  Roll Eyes

Oh they finally forced you to loss all your winnings in multiple parlay betting that is really sad to hear from reputable site.
1799  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How was your luck in 2016.? on: January 04, 2017, 10:11:15 AM
I have lost over $100 worth of bitcoin when price of bitcoin was near $400 so i think it is around 0.25BTC loss in single day on addition to that i have lost another 0.25BTC+ so altogether i may have lost 0.50BTC in 2016. However i have got great entertainment with gambling and will continue to play for fun in coming years too.
1800  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin Casino - Players favorite 2017 on: January 04, 2017, 10:06:35 AM
Another point they may look or atleast i used to look is how is their support, if they don't have live support i try to avoid them. If not atleast chat room with few moderator always active is mandatory, also you haven't included time and limit for deposit/withdraw those casino have.
