181  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Top 10 Cryptocurrencies Predicted to Dominate the Market in 2020 on: November 08, 2019, 09:30:59 AM
well, what its tZero ?
did that tezos or what ?
and i will change the Xrp or Qash to BNB , why people still ingoring the power of that coin ?
both of the exchange and their decentralized exchange is real.
"We believe that EOS will knock Ethereum to 4th place as the market shares are currently becoming dominated by EOS, ."
u must be kidding right ?
i dont see eos have a chance to beat ETH.
the writer probably drunk.

I also do not understand why people are trying to find next BNB coin instead of having a real BNB. QASH is pretty useless coin and also it is not interesting for investors, just like BNB is. BNB is a deflationary coin with regular coin burnings which guarantees that the price will go up in the long term. You can use BNB in various ways. As a fee on exchange, as a gas on the blockchain, as a fee for listing, as a coin for lending and I believe that much more use cases will come in the future.
182  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: if anyone hacked your account then who is responsible??? on: November 08, 2019, 09:23:07 AM
In cryptocurrencies you are the own bank, you are responsible for any hacker attacks because probably you made a mistake while using your private code. But, this is very difficult to realize, especially for newcomers when they are not educated enough about internet security. I am afraid that we have to find more easier way how to securely store our crypto assets to attract the masses.
183  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Reality of tokens on: November 08, 2019, 08:38:51 AM
It shows how worthless these tokens are. But still it is very profitable for creators, not for investors. When you pay 50-100$ for creating a new token with a website and then you achieve at least 300k USD market cap, you earn quiet a lot of money.
And about the marketing and community, you donīt have to pay it, you simply manage a bounty campaign and you have everything what you need for achieving the market cap mention above.
184  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Staking on Coinbase is now LIVE on: November 08, 2019, 08:28:03 AM
There is a big hype around staking coins on exchange platforms. Why they didnīt launch the staking program before? Binance also launched staking and lending platform few months ago. It is a cool way how to earn cryptocurrencies passively, but I am afraid that this is pretty dangerous. People will store their cryptocurrencies on exchanges and with this come many problems.
185  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Need suggest invest in small amount on: November 08, 2019, 08:18:58 AM
You could try to multiply you Bitcoins by trading altcoins in a pair with BTC. With bots it is the easiest way how to grow your BTC portfolio. Because when you made a bad trade, you still have an altcoin and there is always chance that this altcoin will pump again. While you trade BTC/USDT there is a chance that value of your portfolio will fall.
186  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you still hodl? Then we go to you! on: November 07, 2019, 09:03:13 PM
I am still holding money from campaigns. I am trading a lot and continue to be profitable. Trading is also very good right?

90% on my bounty earnings I sold and bought Bitcoin or altcoins from top 100. And I have to say that it was the best what I could do. When I check time to time how these tokens are performing I have to laugh because the chart looks like a free fall. The best example is MiracleTele, many people were amazed that finally there is a blockchain solution for real life with passive income. Reallity? Scam that raised 16 million USD in times of crisis in the crypto market.  Cry
187  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you sell a million dollars bag of crypto? Would you trust exchanges? on: November 07, 2019, 05:56:04 PM
Big whales are trading on the OTC market, but I really do not understand why. It is because they do not want to make big moves when they buy or sell a big amount all at once? Because current exchange platforms offers, especially Binance or Coinbase PRO the highest level of security for very low fees. Or if you are super paranoid you can use new solution from Bakkt.
188  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Pax a good holding on: November 06, 2019, 09:48:40 AM
I am selling BTC and want to know if PAX is a good holding spot till there is a low in BTC again?
You are risking that you will not be able to buy cheap Bitcoin in the future. If you are true believer of Bitcoin then you will not accept this risk. Crypto is very volatile, we see moves around 10% per day and if you loose 10% in BTC value, it could mean thousands of dollars in the future. I am very positive about Bitcoin future, think about how many people will be able to afford to buy Bitcoin? Do not sell it so cheap now because you will regret it later. New financial revolution is coming and we are a part of it!
189  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Fiat-to-crypto - what's with the fees? on: November 06, 2019, 09:33:37 AM
Thanks to bounty campaigns I do not have to buy crypto with fiat money. But I know that there is a big problem with high fees when you are buying crypto, especially with a credit card. But when you think about it, price is growing and you want to buy right now, right here you rather pay higher fees for the transaction than buying more expensive Bitcoin, right? Some people solves this problem by trading cryptocurrencies only, they buy a position not a cryptocurrency.
190  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Important question to Investors!! on: November 06, 2019, 09:19:11 AM
A working platform?
Active devs?

One of the things investors are really looking for is a working platform. But not all tokensale or pre sale have a reliable platform so it is also a requirement for choosing a token to buy. They must have a unique platform that helps people. These are what investors are looking for now.
But, how many crypto platforms do you really use? Maybe exchange or lending platform? Do you see any other real use case? In 2017 there was a big boom and people invested in every utility tokens in ICO phase. But look how many tokens are now really used on these "working" platforms? And do we really need everything to be tokenized? Look at the reality, the result is that the whole altcoin market is 90% down.
191  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin or 3rd generation blockchain on: November 06, 2019, 08:43:51 AM
Hi everyone,
distributed ledger technology is the future, I think most people agree on this, but why bitcoin?

Bitcoin is the oldest system, it is not scalable, it needs second layer scaling solution, it is energy consuming, there is few big mining pools and is not very decentralized. There are other problems too.

Woudn't a 3rd generation blockchain that is more decentralized in practice, less energy consuming, cheaper, and offer smart contracts and many more possibilities surpass bitcoin at some point?
Is the first move advantage so big, is there something else I am missing?

More decentralized in practise? What does it mean? Every new coin has CEO and a team that holds more tha 50% of all coins, how we can talk about decentralization?
Yeah, Bitcoin has big mining pools and most of them are owned by Bitmain, but still they donīt have more than 50% of mining power. And about the cheaper transactions, I do not think that BTC transactions are expensive. Look how secure the blockchain is, you are paying for the quality. If you send BTC, you can be sure that this BTC will delivered and there will not be any reversal of the transaction, just like what happened to BCash.
192  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's going up with XML? on: November 06, 2019, 08:32:51 AM
From what I've been reading, the Stellar foundation's burned off 55 billion of the XLM it previously held and has in effect decreased the total supply of XLM to just 50 billion instead of the 105 billion supply previously.
(...)

Here's the transaction information about that: https://stellar.expert/explorer/public/tx/fc66377172cfeb1c464ddf6f316feee565d4cb2e8c7b14e75adb301524b40e8b

What do you think everyone? Exit scam? Hmmmm.
XLM is fork of xrp right? And I don't think the burned of their token will affect the price (pump). Because I believe that if their token has no use or no one buying those coin or using their network then it's impossible to increase in price, unless it is manipulated for pump and dump.
Very interesting idea. They are trying to make XLM interesting because they canīt competite with other altcoins. 2 XLM airdrop, burning, but no new partnerships or any other important upgrade that would make XLM great again. Look at the chart XLM has been falling for nearly two years! Donīt you think that something is wrong with Stellar? Even XRP is performing better.  Cheesy
193  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I'm planning to invest in Tron Coin on: November 06, 2019, 08:21:33 AM
Recently there are so many projects are launching under Tron platform and more will be in future like telegram projects are planned .

And I'm watching Tron price from last few days its getting better day by day so this is the best time to invest in Tron Coins?

Everyone is interested only in a price but if you think about long term invesment then you should forget about the price and care more about the fundamentals.
For example Tron announced 2 interesting facts this week:
1. 4 million active addresses, while Bitcoin has only around 500 thousand active addreses.
2. big cooperating with Samsung that will integrate Tron and its Dapps into their phones!  Smiley
194  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KYC defeats the purpose of Crypto. Thoughts anyone? on: November 06, 2019, 08:09:37 AM
Crypto currencies were created for anonymity and any kind of KYC process is just destroying all crypto principles. But on the other hand, in my opinion it is necessary to pass KYC for investments above the average.
Where did you get this information? Look at the Bitcoin blockchain, could you track every transaction? You can. Do you know who owns the address? In most cases, you donīt. But, if someone connects names to the address then we will see everything. We call that Bitcoin is pseudo-anonymous. It is good? Of course it is because goverments wil never allow privacy coins to use because it could easily destroy the system.
195  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are you involved with Crypto? on: November 05, 2019, 09:48:45 AM
Again, I'm much involved in crypto because it offers convenient method of payment for my utility bills such as TV satellite channel bills, Water bills, son's school fees, purchase of mobile phone airtime etc. This is made possible kind courtesy of cofred and eccurency4u in Africa. Gradually, cryptocurrency is winning its way through most countries in Africa.
I am sorry, but I simply do not believe you. Cryptocurrencies now are not suitable for everyday use, they are technically difficult, not supported by majority of merchants and too expensive to use. It totally doesn't make any sense to buy a coffee with BTC now. All of us are just speculators and that is why price of 1BTC is too low.
196  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: StableCoins might increase crypto adoption by big companies ? on: November 05, 2019, 08:48:55 AM
I think it is impossible to outperform Bitcoin even though giant companies will use stablecoin for their payments. Bitcoin itself is a pioneer in the world of crypto. The originality is no doubt and the value of bitcoin itself can only be judged by the users themselves. In addition, almost everyone uses bitcoin to make a profit, whereas at Stablecoin where it is possible to get profits at a stable price. That is the reason why Stablecoin cannot compete with Bitcoin because it is not very attractive, its use is only to stabilize assets, or only as a payment medium.
But when you are the merchant you would like stability. Imagine that you accept payments for goods and in few hours you have lower value than you received. Is this what you want? Is this something what helps the adoption? No! Stable coins use the blockchain technology and have all the cool features while their price is stable in a time. So why not to use it, if you prefer stability before speculation?
197  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your favorite project these days? on: November 05, 2019, 08:27:46 AM
What's my favorite project?

Let me guess..

Bitcoin.

No crazy crypto buzzwords, highest adoption, secure, decentralized, no additional unnecessary bullcrap that you get with other projects. It just works. 🤷

So true, I love Bitcoin for its true decentralization, Satoshi is a real genious that left the game in a right time and left the fate of the project to the community.

Everyone here, on this forum should have and love Bitcoin because we are on the Bitcointalk forum, right?  Cheesy So, do not forget about Bitcoin when you are buying altcoins.
198  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best altcoin to invest excluding ETH on: November 05, 2019, 08:14:55 AM
Right now the market situation is not so much to make any predictions but can do some experiment at our own risk by investing into altcoin.

But if we have to try something different by investing into a new altcoin which has caliber to perform well rather than investing on a reputed altcoins like Ethereum.  Kindly suggest which would be the best altcoin to invest which is under $1.
I do not understand why people care about the price of 1 coin. It is absolutely not important. The price is based on market cappitalization and on a circulation supply. You should care about the market cappitalization because it tells you a future potential of growth and care about the circulating supply and total supply, it tells you how big inflation rate a coin has.
199  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum: 2017 vs 2019 on: November 05, 2019, 07:52:23 AM
Everyone is talking that Ethereum has the slowest progress among top 100 altcoins, but they probably do not know that Ethereum has the biggest developer team across the all cryptocurrencies, yes bigger than BTC Smiley. 1300 monthly actove developers are working hard to finally create the first decentralized super computer, but they do not want to launch incomplete and buggy protocol just like EOS or Tron.
200  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Extra weeks added to bounty campaign on: November 05, 2019, 07:40:12 AM
Finally I found a campaign that worths it, so I hope that it will never end. After many campaigns where I earned worthless tokens I found a campaign where I get paid in Bitcoin. And those who are true believers understand that 1$ in BTC per post means possible 10-100$ in the future.
