GOOD DAY! Can you explain why I earned 2762.5 points in my table # 29, although if I add up the points earned by me for 2 and 3 weeks are 2460, it means that for 4 weeks I was credited with 300 bah! 4 weeks I did the work every day! Check please! ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) Hey, We have nearly 1K people in the bounty programme, some errors do come in. I will PM you and sort it out, no worries! So...will registering in Estonia's e-Resident program with its 100-Euro fee be required to obtain access to Change Bank services? Yes or No?
If the answer is no, then what is the point or advantage of having e-Residency here?
Hey, Being an e-Resident means you have performed the most thorough KYC possible (last tier), which means you most probably do not have to perform additional KYC. So anyone who is an e-Resident gets easy access to investment services on the platform. People who aren't e-Residents have to carry out extensive KYC on the Change platform, so setting up an <Change Bank> account <without e-Residency> just takes more time and customers need to send document copies. There are currently more than 22 000 e-Residents for whom the account setup is seamless and fast. So I think you have answered "no" to my original question. Apparently Change Bank users can get access to your services without paying the 100-euro fee to become an Estonia e-Resident. The 22,000 e-Residents have Change Bank setup that is seemless, fast and costly. Sounds to me like "easy access to Change Bank" is being used to help justify 100 Euro payments made by prior e-Resident signups, and Estonian e-Residence offers no real advantages worth a 100-euro fee to new Change Bank signups. People apply for e-Residency for various reasons. Some live in Estonia and want to conveniently access public sector services, others want to set up a company to do business within the European Union, others want to very securely sign documents in the European Union. Or as the e-Residency team puts it: "For example, e-Residency would allow an Indian entrepreneur to establish an Estonian company that he runs from Singapore to serve clients based in Germany. He'd also be able to use his digital signature to sign contracts with customers throughout the European Union. All of it would be done online, remotely, and completely hassle-free." So in short, for e-Residents, Change will be an additional opportunity/functionality/comfort e-Residency brings them.

I understand that e-Residency personnel are on your side and are promoting your project. But the article says, "In order for the marketplace to be regulatorily compliant, Change is building a multi-tiered standardized KYC (Know-Your-Customer) utility." This sentence implies that just being an "e-Resident" isn't enough for Change Bank KYC, that there will be other "tiers" of ID created by Change Bank outside of the e-Resident program. So... will registering in Estonia's e-Resident program with its 100-Euro fee be required to obtain access to Change Bank services? Yes or No? If the answer is no, then what is the point or advantage of having e-Residency here? Pre-sale was very successful.
Pre-sale data: https://etherscan.io/address/0x78E0743B2cC9967BaC4643D559A027FA53F6BC88Only about 58% of available pre-sale tokens sold to around 700 people / accounts. Of the tokens sold, 40% went to 4 people / accounts. Around $8M of funding raised in presale, less than $5M from the "crypto community at large". Not sure I would use the word "very". The word "bank" is being thrown around without a banking license, their Mastercard provider is balking at diving into cryptocurrencies with them, and e-resident / Estonia has no tangible connection to this project that I can see. I was interested, and their whitepaper graphics sure are slick, but ultimately I didn't invest. Thanks for taking a look and providing feedback. Getting back to a few of the points. Regarding card agreements: Change started off as a fiat mobile banking application with a beta app and a Mastercard agreement. As Change pivoted to cryptocurrencies, we are currently working on modifications to the platform and renegotiating the Mastercard agreement to make the platform and card payments cryptocurrency compatible. We are also working with multiple issuers to ensure the seamless rollout of cards. Regarding e-Residency: Regarding the e-Residency project and tangible connection. Both Kaspar Korjus (Head of e-Residency), and Ott Vatter (Head of Global Growth) are openly supporting the project. Check out this recent tweet from the Head of e-Residency: https://twitter.com/kasparkorjus/status/906142395221278725There are also a variety of articles available, check out this one: http://www.marketwatch.com/story/change---the-first-decentralised-crypto-bank-for-e-residents-2017-09-04

Another one bank? And again in Estonia? Why in EStonia? They have some good law for this?
Estonia is very advanced when it comes to IT-solutions with e-Residency and electronic elections just to name a few. In addition, the country's legislation is blockchain friendly.

Hi, I've just received an e-mail info from Change Bank regarding pre-ICO which starts this Saturday at 10PM Singapore time.
But I don't know: 1. What is the minimum invest amount in ETH? 2. What is the coin price in this pre-ICO ?
Could someone reply to my question please? The minimum participation amount in the pre-ICO is 10 ETH. The standard rate for the CAG token will be 500 CAG to 1 ETH. In the pre-sale, bonus periods apply - 30% for the first 500 participants followed by a lower bonus. For quicker responses, join our Telegram group at: https://t.me/ChangeBank

Hi, Everyone!
I have read the description and I do not understand the usage of E-Residency of Estonia.
How would it be useful, how would the verification process be look like?
Thank You!
Hey, In order for the marketplace to be regulatorily compliant, Change is building a multi-tiered standardized KYC (Know-Your-Customer) utility. Users won't need to present extensive information to simply sign up for the app and get a crypto payment card. However, to use regulated fintech services, users need to verify their identity. Estonia's e-Residency conducts a thorough background check, while also having a very strong potential customer-base to offer services to. It will be very easy for us to onboard e-Residents for them to access the marketplace fintech services since government-grade KYC is already done.

a successful ico is waiting for us. hopefully there will be no scam incidents like the enigma project in the pre-sale. wish you good luck The name of this project is quite catchy since it's such a common word, I'm looking forward to see how it turns out will keep an eye on it. Thanks. Time for Change!
