181  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: What pre-ICO would you like to see on our platform? on: November 27, 2017, 02:00:00 PM
So i click on the link, log in and post the pre-ICO i like and i am rewarded?

Where does the altcoin go to? Do I need to put in my wallet?
182  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to know a good project? on: November 27, 2017, 01:55:43 PM
Only one way research.

Look into everything such as :-

- Whitepaper
- Team
- Concept
- Social media
- announcement thread

Then instead of investing, take part in their bounty campaigns, learn about them, ask questions there is no need to rush into investing.
183  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum at $1000 in Jan 2018? on: November 27, 2017, 01:46:46 PM
I think getting to 1,000 is a stretch, it is increasing rapidly, but you are asking it to more than double it's price in less than 2 months. I still think it is a worthy investment though, might just have to hold on a few more months before it breaks the 1k mark.
184  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Suggest me the best ICO to invest. on: November 27, 2017, 01:45:23 PM
Personally I am liking the look of Crowdholding.

They have a very interesting concept, strong team and a working beta (which not many ICO's have).

Also they are all about co-creation between startups and the average person. I think a lot of future businesses will have to move in this direction and whoever starts it off first will be huge.

Research is the key here. Just like any investment knowing the business, the industry and where they are going is vital. Here are a few things i look for in an ICO

- Strong team - Both in development team and also the CEO's / marketing (no point having a great team to create something, if nobody can advertsie it and push the startup in the right direction.
- Realistic vision - not aiming too high or if they do not reach their target everyone who invested will be disappointed
- Solid whitepaper - Well thought out, shows realistic goals, a strong good vision and a plan of action
- Strong social media presence - A social media that shows they are connected with everyone
- Good customer support - Shows they care, and they have invested time and money into making sure the average investor can ask questions
- Good website - A business who is willing to throw time and effort into a good website are less likely to be a scam
- finite supply - ICO's with no cap can be dangerous and can simply just damage their own coin by releasing more for more investment.
-Market they are getting involved with - Is this a new market? or a dying one? who controls the market?

Also here is an interesting article comparing ICO's with a working product vs a vision.

I'm liking the look of these guys a lot!
187  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing in ICOs - the safest way on: November 09, 2017, 06:52:39 PM
Sadly there is no safe way to invest in ICO's, they are still new and rather unregulated. But the best thing you can do is do your homework into the company and make your own judgement as with any investment.

For me here are a few signs to look for in a ICO:-

Finally
- Good concept and catchy name - A good ethos and a name that makes them stand out. Personally i would avoid anything that is something "coin".

Bang on the money. Also I have found this interesting article about the differences between investing in a ICO with a product vs a vision.

188  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the BEST ICO to buy in this month November? on: November 09, 2017, 06:48:24 PM
November has been a slow month, and the only one that is looking good to me is Crowdholding.

They have a strong team, good concept where everything adds up, nice whitepaper and working beta before the launch of their ICO

Yes I still believe in investing into ICO's. I think the amount of ICO's and lack of regulation is diluting the amount of strong ICO's but they are still out there.

192  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Kickico, Crowdholding - crowdfunding platforms on: November 03, 2017, 02:35:32 PM
Not heard anything bad about KICKICO and it seems like a good concept, will have a look at Crowdholding, do you have a website by any chance?
I invest in crowdholding in presale, I got sweet discount, That is a crowdfunding platform of marketplace. If you have ICO you can write your iCO in  kickico and crowdholding. Crowdholding is based in london but I don't know much about kickico. I joined kickico twitter bounty , earn 2000 kick. The price of kick now drop now in the market. I think crowdholding with yupie tokens will be better if the team buy back the token to mantain the price.

You can mention your fav ICO startup and earn YUPIE coins. Crowdholding has released a new task:
https://www.crowdholding.com/project/68/task/283/this-is-our-first-24-hour-task

Cool! Will go on the website now!
193  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about investing in Crowdholding's-Yupie? on: November 03, 2017, 01:54:09 PM
I've had a quick google and they look pretty good.

Will keep an eye on them.

195  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crowdsourcing Market on: November 03, 2017, 01:48:45 PM
Interesting article and after a quick bit of research seen that Crowdholding has over 200 ETH.
196  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Heardbeats Pre-ICO started with 50% bonus. Opinions? on: November 03, 2017, 01:47:19 PM
I am always weary of ICO's that are willing to give out 50%, seems like they don't actually value their token at all.
197  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO in November on: November 03, 2017, 01:45:37 PM
Personally I am really liking the look of Crowdholding. They have just launched their ICO and have already got over 200 ETH.

https://ico.crowdholding.com

They are also having a 24 hour task where you can earn their token by simply stating your favourite ICO startup.
