182  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin affects students' performance in school on: March 06, 2018, 12:09:07 PM
As far as I can observe being a teacher, I am definitely happy that my students are involve in cryptocurrencies and they earn for themselves and help their families. But, their school perfomance is getting worse. Please give your thoughts how will you help students to earn and at the same time it won't affect their school works?
Talk to your students ask him/her what's the reason that affect their performance in school. You as a teacher with a knowledge in crypto can give them the best advise on how they can manage both. Sharing your thoughts with them regarding in cryptos and emphasizing that they should not forget their studies is a good way for them to understand the importance of education.
183  Economy / Economics / Re: Positive thinking brings positive things. on: March 06, 2018, 11:32:11 AM
Forums are being filled with speculation, almost all topics that appear lead to falling bitcoin prices, whether this will continue, this is the right time to buy, blah blah blah. Come on, the storm must pass, let us focus on the positive topics instead of continuing to discuss this 50% decline. Start talking about the positive news from Singapore deputy, bitcoin that has gone up 20% today and others. Think positive and positive things will come.
Stop with negativity but rather look on the positive side cause it will help uplift our confidence that everything will fall in the right place. It will also help us to lessen our fear and our "what if?" problems. Positive thinking won't lead us to reckless decision that we will surely regret at the end .
184  Local / Pilipinas / Ready na nga ba talaga ang bansa natin? on: March 06, 2018, 11:10:13 AM
Upon browsing the net, it caught my attention the news about Philippines ready to accept bitcoin. here's the link: https://news.bitcoin.com/philippines-move-in-direction-to-legalize-bitcoin-as-a-security/
Are they accepting cryptos because they are threatened so they can put regulations to secure and might control us? Or our gov't really open and ready for the new innovation and to help to uplift our economy status?
here's additional link for your reference: https://news.bitcoin.com/philippines-central-bank-issues-guidelines-for-virtual-currency-exchanges/

Pero kahit ano pa man hangad kong maganda ang maidudulot nito hindi lang para sa ekonomiya kundi para rin sa ating mga mamamayan. Ano sa tingin niyo mga kababayan?
185  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if bitcoin wasn't created? on: March 06, 2018, 04:56:55 AM
Maybe if bitcoin is not created my life would be the same, work then go home and nothing to do after work and if have spare time or maybe I will look for other extra income such as online business. But I think weather bitcoin is not created something will came up to which have same function as bitcoin the only difference is the name.
186  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin loses its popularity ? on: March 05, 2018, 11:44:35 PM
Right now there are more coins available in the market which gives you more profit than bitcoin.
Bitcoin price is also not stable.
All these factors affect its popularity ??
What you think, still bitcoin is more popular ?
I don't think bitcoin will lose its popularity, cause as you will notice it's population are growing rapidly.  Even there are several bad news about btc, we still see how it surpassed those controversies. And as we can see bitcoin is still here, and well adopted by many people nowadays.
187  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin help out of school youth... on: March 05, 2018, 01:17:38 PM
Do you think Bitcoin can help out of school youth to finish their studies or not?
For me in some other way yes it will help . It will help young people to gain insight on how to earn money and how to value the money they earn. But it may also be the reason to them for not continuing their studies because they earn already a lot of money on bitcoin..
Yes bitcoin can help them if they are really interested to finished their studies. It will be a big help especially if they are earning enough to provide for their tuitions and school expenses plus extra allowances. So I am encouraging those out of school youth here to use it properly cause education is still important even though you are earning. Stop thinking "I am earning so why bother to study?" but rather keep in mind education is important so I will finished it no matter what.
188  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Long Term Invests on: March 05, 2018, 01:04:51 PM

189  Economy / Economics / Re: Is your bitcoin earnings enough for you to start a business? on: March 05, 2018, 12:48:53 PM
I have a job, and I'm quite tired of working as an employee. I was thinking if I can make my btc earnings a start for a business, what do you think?
Well if your earnings here are enough to start a business go for it. It's a quite good idea, and if you come up with a good business you will see a fruitful results of your bitcoin. And if I were also have enough earning here, I will engage also in business. So good luck mate.
190  Economy / Economics / Re: Do we need regulations? on: March 05, 2018, 12:34:49 PM
How do you guys think? Do we need regulations in the crypto world? Should only ICO be regulated or legit coins (not "security tokens") too? Can we implement regulations mechanisms in code so that corrupted governmental institutions couldn't manipulate the industry? Can we still have free market with governments' regulations across the world?

Please, share your thoughts. I'm a bit confused about what's happening right now.
Yes we need regulation for our safety and security in our every transaction as well as to avoid being scammed. And it's also good cause we will have standard rules and regulations that every bitcoin/cryptos user should follow and for us to be disciplined.
191  Economy / Exchanges / Re: COINS.PH are now Accepting ETherium! on: March 04, 2018, 01:05:06 PM
I already heard about that news that coin.ph is also accepting etherium but i also heard but for now not all coin.ph wallet have an etherium but some other coin.ph user is already have etherium

192  Economy / Economics / Re: Are you thinking about the future? on: March 04, 2018, 12:21:46 PM
Have you ever thought about buying bitcoin for your children as a future investment?
Yes I am thinking about my future and also for my future family. If I am going to be a parent I want my child to experience what I haven't experienced, so now I am risking here in bitcoin and hoping to see good results. And of course I will teach my future child about bitcoin when he/she reach the right age for he/she understand and give importance to it. So my efforts wouldn't be wasted.
193  Economy / Economics / Re: Would you rather see steady growth in Bitcoin or strong upward spikes instead? on: March 04, 2018, 12:04:25 PM
I would prefer steady growth because it means bitcoin is stable and I know most of us want to see that happen. And if that happen many investors would invest long term and we will not be afraid that we might loss overnight but rather gain more profit. And also steady growth of btc might be the way for businesses to accept it as mode of payment for every transaction.
194  Economy / Economics / Re: What will happen if the government know bitcoin in your country? on: March 04, 2018, 10:09:38 AM
I recently read on this forum that our country seem starting accepting bitcoin. I and my countrymen are very glad to hear that good news here's a thread where I first learn about it. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3031991.0
where bitcoin/cryptos experts, government representatives and some business men held a seminar that talks about the advantages of bitcoin and it's future applications in the industry. It only proves that sooner our country will embrace bitcoin and cryptocurrency and we are looking forward for it.
This news is an example on how should a govt be reacting at bitcoin, govt should be open with talks regarding bitcoin, to co exist with the current conventional market, and should not be threatened by bitcoin but rather help to uplift the economic status of a country.
195  Other / Meta / Re: How to earn merits easily ? on: March 04, 2018, 09:54:17 AM

197  Economy / Economics / Re: Beliefs about money and wealth on: March 02, 2018, 11:04:43 PM
1 - Millionaires are greedy, that is why they become millionaire
3 - Having money is a question of luck, if not of "gods grace".
4 - Debt is always bad.
6 - Cryptos are the way to make money and be successful without having to put effort into it.
7 - To become rich I just have to believe in Bitcoin because many people have become rich doing that.
(1) I don't think they are greedy, millionaire's knows how to use and where to put their money, that's why they become much richer.
(3) Having money is how hard worker you are and how you will make money out of money. It's a matter of discipline on how you will use money wisely.
(4) Not always, debt can be the start for your success. Some rich people started their business from loan as their capital.
(6-7) Best option so far, looking at the success rate here you will surely be motivated.
198  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re stop listening to false news on: March 02, 2018, 02:18:01 PM
To avoid being victim of fake news, we should learn how to be open minded and be keen observer, search more on what is really happening and don't believe easily.  Let me share you a qoute from DMX, "Don't believe everything you hear, Don't believe everything you read and only believe half of what you see". Just like what he said, we already witness how bitcoin becoming strong from then until now, so don't be confused if you don't want to go in the wrong way.

200  Economy / Economics / Re: let us promote BITCOIN on: March 01, 2018, 01:48:47 PM
Yes, let's promote bitcoin a simple talk with our colleagues with a positive thought about bitcoin can be a way to gain their interest and might lead them adopt btc as well. A talk with them about bitcoin advantages and how convenient it is, can be the best way to spread good news.
