We all know how beneficial it is for us to have a currency like Bitcoin , something that we can use without any interference and without any middle man, but there is always a problem with things that we usually unsee because of the huge benefits it earns to us and this time it's environmental pollution.
Bitcoin as we know it requires mining to continue it's supply , but the thing is mining consumes Tons of energy and thus makes it harder for us to cope up with the stress it is putting up on the environment.
Pollution, global warming  Bitcoin is causing all this , one might argue that it won't be necessary after a while but what about right now ? It's hurting the environment and we have no stable solution for this.
Shouldn't we focus on this too ? Rather than other things ?

I here and see that a lot of people are selling their altcoins for this reason or for that reason. In some cases I here that people are even spending their altcoins to buy Bitcoin. Now that one really has me confused. To me it’s way to early to be selling your altcoins. It’s like selling an original painting before it even gains in value or while it is still gaining in value. What smart investor does that unless they are selling out of fear or because they are desperate. For me I am holding all of my coins for now because it is way to early to even think about selling your altcoins; what say you?

In addition to the anonymous VPN, web hosting and filesharing providers mentioned before, it would be cool if some IT freelancer sites, many of which offer an escrow service, accepted BTC. Any other cool ideas?

Why do USDT pairs raise with a BTC pump and BTC pairs fall? I understand that when BTC pumps, people sell their alts to ride the BTC wave up, but it doesn't really make since why USDT pairs don't do that. Wouldn't it make sense for people to sell their USDT pairs so that they can buy BTC and ride it up, and hold their BTC pairs as the value is going up anyway? Thanks for any answers! 

1600 series Nvidia GPUs are significantly better than everything else for mining. 

The 1660ti almost matches a 1070's performance with only 75 watts. 

Currently, most mining clients don’t support the 1660 or 1660ti.

Linux drivers currently only have limited support for the 1660 and 1660ti.

The 1670 or 1670ti will be the next GPU that will be optimal to buy for mining. They will likely have a 150-160 watt TDP, with an optimal mining powerlimit around 90-95 watts.

I would like to take up the points of an article published on Bitcoinist. (Even if some will say that this media is Pro-Bitcoin the points are the most important.)


Any regulation can't prevent us from using Bitcoin. Despite their attempt to keep an eye on the system, it is simply impossible for them to ban people using it. So why giving a fuck to "I'm afraid my country will ban Bitcoin!"
They have nothing to fully stop the ecosystem that is currently emerging.
