Haha this is very funny! Those predictions are just a joke. I saw the same with waves, yeah the price would go to 1-5 dollar per wave, which it did not do. It won't happen to ICN either. Go ahead and go to next ICO, I found an interesting one, named IcoBid. This coin is dead to me, I wasted all my invested money in this ICO and now the Iconomi team is just ignoring me, after I have helped them become big. I don't even think they are going to make an Fund Management Platform, they will just fill their own pockets and buy some lambo's...

In the beginning of the ICO I had alot of contact with Jani, I wrote atricles for him, promoted his shit ICO, helped him to become popular and boom when he gets millions he just ignores me. I think it would be impossible, I can say that because of how the state of the world and fiat in particular then, if the price of bitcoin reached 10000 times that of the dollar? That will never happen Obviously I was not serious. But the bottom line remains the same. Im a heavy believer of bitcoin and its future so while it didn't hit 10K today it will one day soon. |

Ok truth is I invested over 30 BTC in this. I hope 2017 will bring whats expected if not I'll be super upset. I'll be back in 2017.

IN how many icos did you invest 30 btc?   I normally invest between 10-50 btc in any given ico. But I only invest in strong looking ones and I don't bother with the crappy looking ones. Not even for 1 btc. |

Watched the accountant tonight. Site worked good and the movie played fine in 1080p I think.
I'll test out uploading one tomorrow but of this catches fire it could spread rapidly.
My only complaint is that in full screen the bottom bar that includes the volume and time remained open the whole time.
Would have liked to see that fade away after 10 seconds like most sites.

Five days ago, a friend of mine studying Economics at High School had a discussion with its teacher, regarding Bitcoin, since I told her about that. Here's what the teacher said :
1. That's illegal : He did not bring many proves here, just saying that since it has not been regulated as a currency, we were in a grey area, and something in a grey area is rarely something that will become totally white from one day to another. He added that the sole purpose of that was to buy all kind of drugs over the Internet.
2. It will crash : He said that he had studied Bitcoin's price evolution throught the time (what I doubt) and said her that being so constantly rising was a sign that it was not a viable project. Its proof : manipulated prices of things like silver or wheat are very stable !
3. Anyone clear in its head wouldn't use it : First, he doesn't recognise any kind of manipulation of the money and the danger that there is for people keeping all their savings in fiat. I know that because I had him as a teacher too some times ago. So trying to explaining him about the fact that there is a clear war against cash and evident facts, like that that shows our money need to be converted into something viable to be protected from massive surveillance, is useless. Him not understanding that, since its the best argument I have, I couldn't have replied. When she told him about the speed of transactions, he replied "we have PayPal", so I said me that it wasn't worth to ever try explaining anything. As a final point, he said again that the sole real use that is making standing apart is that you can buy drugs on the Internet...
4. Bitcoin at a bigger scale would fail : I couldn't explain you much what he said because what she told me wasn't very clear so I personnally did not understood, as her I presume how confuse her explaination was. To summarize, he said that it's still a little market and that it will fail to scale and will go back to close to nothing in value.
I'd like to get your feelings on that. Just call the arguments 1, 2, 3 and 4 and tell me what you would have replied back and what it does inspire you !
That teacher deserves douch of the year awards. What a loser. I hope this is going to change soon because as bitcoin gets bigger more and more kids are going to need to be taught about it and blockchian. |

So correct me if i have misunderstood, but this is basically a crowdsourced torrent site in where you have to pay if you want a specific torrent uploaded?
My question is: why would anyone pay for a torrent upload? Whole point of pirated content is that it is free.
I think there will be a bounty from the dev fund to populate most of the site but if people want something they cant get somewhere else then they could put up a bounty. I hope you dont need to pay to watch, I think its just pay to get a specific series or movie. If devs start to pay for pirated stuff, they are incriminating themselves into this. And if they get caught, penalty will be a multiple clusterfuck for them instead of a penalty for just hosting links to torrent videos. Goes to show nice graphics doesn't equal good product, demos on the other hand are an indicator the dev knows how to do more than just release a wallet like that Vidio crap. "Nice graphics" ? That's just horrible.  If they get caught, for all we know they are based in Russia. All I know forsure is I stream movies all the time and ive used the same sites for years and years and they never get shut down. |

This looks refreshingly different from some of the recent scams I have seen around the forum listed and will be keen to see further developments. Looking forward to seeing also if there is a blog review bounty going as well. That would be quite cool.
