Потому что технология блокчейна и идея ICO могут быть действительно крайне полезными при правильном подходе. Но после краха этого хайпа к сожалению будет много вреда для технологии. Мы живем в мире мошенничества, но есть поговорка "Кто не рискует тот не пьет шампанского" . Все кто участвует в ICO компаниях, тоже рискуют, но мы должны верить. |

Advertisers can pay for advertising and cash back rewards using the token, that is correct. They'd buy the token from current holders at current market prices. We will honour any redemptions (advertisers buying advertising or paying for rewards) at the issue price. This means that holders cannot lose the value. Once all our issued tokens are in circulation we will use advertisers funds to purchase back tokens as advertisers need them to issue rewards, which will ensure liquidity. The formulae is described in the whitepaper. Your CBC will be usable in a number of ways, either on our platform to buy goods or it can be traded / sold to any other counterparty. Any ERC20 wallet can hold CBD, transfer / sell / or trade it. We will honour the CBC for use on our platform, so we will accept CBC as a payment method. We would like that our members start operating the systems for us all around the globe, if that does not work we will take over of course. We tested our systems during a two month period and all bugs and issues were fixed. Of course there will be more bugs to fix and we will do that of course. You are right the volatility is the next thing but thanks to our quick transactions we can put this problem a bit a side. To get merchants in is not the easiest thing but we believe and know that with the right people everything is possible! Good project! I find it really useful! Also have a question about merchants. Have you already negotiated any contracts with companies? Or are you working on this right now? Look at the roadmap - they will publish demo of the platform in Q4 2018. As I understood at first they are going to develop AI, then they will show lending platform little bit later. I hope they will have enough money to do all they want. The plans are big. I like the way raison decided to follow. At first steps they chose to solve all the legal issues. I found several icos which stopped their development or activity at all just because gov banned them. It’s silly and not seriously. So better to postpone the development process and become sure about law side. Yeah! These steps are quite boring but really useful. I actually followed an ICO before, everything was ok. They were located in the USA. One day I opened website and there was nothing but phrases like “by the law of... “. Something wrong was with ‘utility coin’. Do not know exactly! I can’t call it boring. The law or government itself often doesnt allow you to run a business just because they cannot understand how make profit from you. You better be a lawyer so be able to argue or state something. It’s crycial. Not boring |

Well I read several pages and noticed people are encouraged of your project. I slightly disagree with such a view because nowadays all the activity on twitch is monetized. If we are talking about viewers, then I can say that entertainment is changing for money that go to a streamer (advertising fees as well). People do nothing but having fun and just pay for this watching few ads. Don’t think it’s really a problematic aspect
You are right indeed. However, ads are not quite rare. Especially if you look at most popular resources such as YouTube, Instagram, FB. Commercials, ads.. Companies offer their products directly to the customers (viewers), so why not to pay for this directly to them. It’s like a little cash back. If these companies spend $10 bln on advertising and earn $100 bln just give a discount of 10%. Not even a sale This might force people to buy products better, don’t know though. It is just a question of allocation. Money go not only to ads providers on the channel, but to users as well. Thus they attend favorite channels more frequent and watch adverts more times. Everyone wins!  I support you position and think that would be nice if advertising companies pay people in advance. However, only huge companies with tremendous budgets can afford it. Anyway, as for customer, I like the idea |
