This case is already under review of an Arbitrator connected to the Italian Central Bank that has automatic jurisdiction over them (they couldn't refuse it).

Which means that inevitably the final decision will be sent to this Bank. They breached so many rules of their own TOS that they will end up fined and closed. But the postal police will also be informed of the decision.

OK. I was just browsing around the forum and looking to swap my Bitcoins to Ethereum because I needed some ETH for my wallet and found your services. When everything was going downward spiral specially with shapeshift and changelly, now comes a new exchange in the horizon. Yes, I agree that the fee is minimal and I'm happy about it because I need to trade some of my Bitcoins to finance my Ethereum wallet. And what I like about the services is that its quite very quick and of course there's no KYC (which we don't like by the way), So keep it up guys.

They will think twice before trying something like this again.
