Mevcut Durum
Arkadaşlar malum coinium/cointurk sitelerini açalı anca bir ay oldu fakat bu bir ayda sizlerinde desteği sayesinde büyük bir ivme yakaladık. Earthcoin gibi bazı coin'lerde şu anda 3. en buyuk pool haline geldik ve büyümemiz hergün artmaya devam ediyor.
Şu anda 5 adet sunucumuz (2xDB, 1xWeb, 2xStratum) , 2 adet websitemiz mevcut. (cointurk.net ve coinium.org ve subdomainler). Coinium.org içinde yakında forumları ve support alanını açıyoruz.
Mevcutta 6 adet coin için poollarımız mevcut bulunmakta ve son 1 haftayı tamamen altyapı iyileştirmelerine ayırdığımdan hiçbir yeni pool için ekleme yapmadık. Çok şükür ki altyapı konusunda gerekli çalışmalarımız neredeyse tamamlandı.
Bir yandan da coinium adlı karlılık tabanlı coin switch'i yapabilecek ve bunu yaparken share kaybına veya disconnect'e neden olmayan in-house straum server yazılımızın çalışmaları devam ediyor.
Keza bir yandanda hamstercoin adlı, iyi kötü bir hype'a sahip olan bir alt-coin çalışmamız var.
Bunların devamında coinium.org'da forum/statistics dashboard/support sistemi ile ilgili çalışmamız devam etmekte. Ek olarak pool-frontendlerımızı tamamen bize özel olacak şekilde customize etmeye başladık ve yakın zamanda sırf bize özel bir arabirimimiz de olacak.
Tabi bütün bu çalışmaları bir anda yapmak zor ve adım adım ilerleyebiliyoruz. Tabi işin diğer boyutunda ise bu kadar hızlı büyümenin sonucunda, pool kullanıcılarımıza irc,web ve forumlardan destek verme konusunda yeteri kadar zaman bulmakta zorlanıyorum.
Bu hızlı büyümenin sonucu olarak coinium.org'u artık bir ekip olarak götürme gerekliliği doğmuş durumda. İşte bu yüzden aşağıda ki gereksinimlere karşılayan ekip arkadaşları arayışı içindeyim;

Pool networkun karlılığı her ne kadar şu anda ahım şahım düzeyde olmasada, kendi masraflarını çıkarabiliyor ve bir miktar kar edebiliyor fakat mevcut gidişat göz önüne alındığında ilerisi için oldukça iyi bir grafik vaad etmekte. Ekip arkadaşlarına da yaptıkları işe ve performanslarına göre bu karın belli bir yüzdesini verebilirim.
