Find a reputable hero member, get them to vouch for you. Or provide some sort of tangible proof.

I'm not sure if I've missed it, but I can't find any feedback from your vouches?

Take a look at seedr.cc, 2gb free on their free plans, works pretty damn well.

^tl;dr

Simply put, work for it. Imagine you're working for regular cash. However, the small bits that you earned from all those clicks from the faucets, don't forget about it; HODL.
Judging by your assumption that you feel that bitcoin is something similar to a get rich quick scheme, it's not, It's a normal currency with the added bonus of it being it's unique nature compared to others, you probably have very little experience if not no experience at all, with trading. Read around in the altcoin section, trading discussion and currency exchange sections of the forum, and most importantly, research. Try to gain as much knowledge about trading as you can, it'll be the most exciting satisfying profit you'll ever make - that's how I feel at least - give it a shot, you can turn small amounts of your coin into much, much larger amounts if you know what you're doing.

Good luck!

Thanks,

I'll look into it. Although lots of numbers and percentages tend to fry my brain.

The key is to stay calm buddy, just use simple maths and you'll find success, pretty easily I must say Wink
185  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What is the best place for investing (bitcoin or anything)? on: January 19, 2016, 03:03:54 PM
Hi.
i want suggestions on best investing places online.
Please share your experience everyone.
Thanks.

Firstly, what are you looking to invest in? I know that you want to invest with bitcoin, but what do you want to put your money into?

If you're looking at cryptocurrencies:
poloniex.com
btc-e.com
bit-x.com

You may hear or see of the exchange "Cryptsy", In my opinion, I've used them for trading and I received countless problems. In your best efforts, try to avoid them. They're most likely going to be the next Mt. Gox, research that if you haven't heard about it.

Take a look at the lending and securities section, be very critical here, there are many scams and short term business models only created to steal your money.
For "real world" shares and forex, take a look at 1broker.com. I personally haven't used it but be very critical with any new site you may find, including the ones I posted here.

My advice to you about hyips/ponzis - Stay Away! No questions asked.
Gambling - Don't gamble for the profit, gamble for the entertainment
-When investing into a gambling related business/website, make sure you invest into the bankroll of a reputable website, as said above, profit may be slow, but profit is evident in the end,

Good Luck with your ventures!

187  Economy / Marketplace / Re: International Customs Tax Info Thread For Sales on: January 19, 2016, 02:38:02 PM
I've been selling physical coins now for a few months from the US to various countries.

A buyer has brought up a good question Im not aware the answer to.

Does the receiver have to pay taxes on the declared value of the package on customs label?

If so, does this depend on the country?

If so, is there a minimum USD increment that if it's labeled under will that void any potential taxes if applicable?

Post any situations of international sales you have done with other users and your experiences of this regard.

Also post any other useful info about your particular country in regards to abnormal customs regulations/taxes.

 Smiley

South African here, Any item with the declared value of over R400(zar) will be taxed -.- I'm not sure of the percentage as my local corrupt post office likes to fiddle with the rate.

191  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: bitcoin to paypal using unichange.me on: November 09, 2015, 07:18:25 PM

It troubles me that they don't offer PayPal - Bitcoin. They don't offer any Payment methods of which that can be reversed. It seems legit - for now.

193  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoins via visa prepaid? on: November 05, 2015, 07:42:37 PM

It is legit from what I can see and from what users say.
Reviews : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=907255.0 , official topic (i guess) : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=727883.0 , more reviews : http://bittrust.org/247exchange
Speaking about Virwox now , they do accept both Visa & MasterCard so I'm not sure why you aren't able to use those methods (I don't think it's country stricted)

Doesn't look very legit, but it is. They're encrypted too.

Okay so, all you need to do is post the name of the font(s) you like and dislike. It's nice to see what turns your eyes on and off as well as mine Wink
If you could provide any links/pictures to the font that would pretty sick Wink
Also doing this as a research project in my own interests.

197  Economy / Lending / Re: Need to get $15 bitcoins today, so we can renew our domain name. on: November 02, 2015, 03:23:56 PM
You're struggling to get $15 to renew your domain, and you're looking at faucets to try and get your money back. How are we supposed to lend to you without having the thought of you defaulting? The forum's community is very strict when it comes to scammers if you haven't noticed, so don't expect that you won't be scrutinised. How are you going to get my $15 if I were to lend it to you? Surely you can use fiat to pay for the renewal if it were urgent?
198  Economy / Lending / Re: needed loan 0.035126 on: November 02, 2015, 03:13:23 PM
Reason for your loan and method for returning back my btc?

Your antics in this thread isn't very promising.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1063074.0

If you can easily prove that you own that device, I'll give you the loan.
199  Economy / Lending / Re: need 10 cents (paying back in a few minutes) on: November 02, 2015, 03:10:11 PM
I'm not going to scam for 10c lol
I'll pay the guy back soon.
A scammer is always a scammer, just beware that if you don't pay back, don't complain when you get neg'd. I even doubt you will since this is a brand new account made for the purpose of the loan.
