Bitcoins via visa prepaid?

I wonder where i can buy bitcoins using some PREPAID vcc card ?

I do have 200 euro and would like to use it to buy bitcoins...

However www.virwox.com is not an option for me because they only accept paypal/skrill

Beware with Virwox, it may seem appealing at first because they deliver your Bitcoin really fast, but their high fees thanks to paypal + SLL rate conversion are absolutely ridiculous. I got scammed when I was a newbie.

Speaking about Virwox now , they do accept both Visa & MasterCard so I'm not sure why you aren't able to use those methods (I don't think it's country stricted)

the problem for me is they ask for id verification and bill verification

this is just a non go for me because i needed them fast

Virwox does accept Visa and Mastercard cards, they are just using Skrill checkout. I have bought few times using my Mastercard. Mind that their fees are huge, even up to 20%.

Yoj can use Coinbase if you are based in one of the 26 countries. See the lost on their site. They ask for id verification, but this is done in literally 5 minutes. You can also try Coincorner.com. They are using credit card verification, the deduct a small deposit from your account. They are also legit, read the reviews online.
