Looks like the server is down.

I am running around 35M Hash per second. I think the problem is my GUIminer it's crashing the computer on pause or stop. I don't know how to uninstall it completely so I can reinstall.

How can I completely uninstall Guiminer to reinstall? Every time I stop mining it crashes my computer. My Wifes computer which is an exact hardware copy of mine works fine. Mine worked until the other day then it will start and mine but won't pause. It locks up the time on the system. Complete freeze on pause or stop.
I have deleted appdata, roaming, bitcoin, I have deleted the GUIminer folder. I am missing some files somewhere. Windows Vista Ultimate 64 Bit

I just started so I joined bitcoins.lc. I mined the shares this morning so it was all today.

New to pool mining.

I was running in a pool and I had 75 shares. I went to my room and my son decided to play a game on my computer without asking. He exited the miner and it crashed the computer as normal. I came back to the computer three hours later and nothing is running. I started mining again and now I have 15 shares.

Did I loose the original 75 shares? Does the server count them because Guiminer doesn't see them anymore.

I can start up guiminer and start mining. Every time I exit the program it locks up the computer. If I hit stop mining it locks. If I close guiminer it locks. I want to play All Points Bulletin Reloaded sometimes and I need my videocard. Maybe there is an argument I can use to give up the video card to games before hashing all the time. It's a nvidia 250.

I know all about the electricity nightmares. I also get punished at the end of the month. I need to start buying solar cells and start putting them together in panels.

Would running tor make me more anonymous? I don't know if I need to be anyway. I read these posts were people are farming in different states and have to remote in. It seems like a big production unless they are afraid of something.

I am not sure if you can get into trouble for mining or not. Does anyone run Tor before mining for general security purposes? Has anyone got into trouble for using Bitcoin?
