Yes, micg is a guy who deserves a "merit source" rank more than anyone else.

He is good hearted, he is active and more importantly, he would never use the rank to his own behalf.

Theymos, make him a source!

[~snip]I mean Elwar and his wife should go to a major Western country and not go to a smaller Asian country. They should honestly just to back the US.
Have you heard from Elwar ? Did they get to the embassy?

We'll prolly know soon enough. In other note, why the heck the government intervened in the first place? Is seasteading seen as a danger or smth?

One thing the flat earthers haven't answered, "why?". Why to hide such a thing if it were true?

How many conspiracy theories you folk believe in? Is everything fake?

But... why? Why put so much energy and effort to hide something that doesn't matter at all.

Why?

The most convincing flat earth thread I’ve seen in a while. Would like to know more about the glass dome theory , as well as hollow earth?

"glass dome theory"? It must be coincidence you asked! Here are my latest findings:

One tenant that the pre-copernican model (flat stationary earth) held was that there are multiple "crystal domes" covering the earth, seven of them to be exact.

There is some science to back this model, there is also an answer as to what is stopping model rockets when they reach extremely high altitudes. The atmosphere is in layers, some denser than others and due to variable temperature, pressure and the electric field it's not the simple case of a linear gradient. In the case of the upper layers, the gases are dense and in a state or phase of matter that can be described as a gaseous crystal (analogous to a liquid crystal). This advanced state can be exhibited by gases such as sulfur hexafluoride.

Speak Like Darth Vader with Sulfur Hexafluoride -- https://youtu.be/A7XdOyZIkko

There are layers of these super-dense gases with properties like a solid that form the so-called "crystal domes" of the pre-copernican model, this is what the model rockets are hitting.

It should be noted that the final top layer (the firmament) is a solid nickel-iron damascus type steel with an reflective golden oxide (crystal) coating.

As for "hollow earth" the pre-copernican model describes a place below the earth called "sheol",

I can't say much more at this point in time.

edit:
Perhaps the following video from Fossilien der Götter can help you understand that you're not living where you think you are...

https://youtu.be/5MGRCBkVS8I

Giants are a reality in the pre-copernican model.

If you're new to Flat Earth a good place to start is the following YouTube channel,

lots of great videos and links to get you pointed in right direction.

Lol anyone noticed this " April Fool"

~snip~

I'll let you in on a secret, you can almost do that in 6 months just by cutting out sugar from your diet and light exercise.

I actually had to goto a Nutritionist because I lost too much body mass after cutting out sugar.

Sugar and Salt will fucking kill you.

In response to Bold text: You sounds like my Mom. I mean wise  Smiley please don't take this as an insult.

My target is not to get ripped just like @Kylapoiss I am very much happy with 14-17% body fat. not very far from my target. guess need to give extra push and need to cut sugar and salt slowly from my diet. on another thought, I am thinking of replacing sugar with Honey.

Be careful with cutting too much salt, though if you eat ready products there is enough of that. Human body cannot go for long without any salts, I actually read an article about Australia and salt consumption couple of years ago and people there are having health issues due not consuming any salts at all. Cutting out sugar is always a good idea, you get enough good sugars from fruits etc, replacing it with honey is good too, I did the same. You can eat up to 50g of honey daily and get only good benefits from it, over that is again too much.

@bitserve

It's always nice to inspire people Smiley Cheers!

This has been going on for 8 years in total now, the first 25% (45-20) came off in a year, with no exercise, only with proper diet. Then I started hitting the gym but the diet went a bit off, I hovered around 20% (20-25) for many years. One of my mates owns a gym and I have multiple personal trainer friends, I asked access to all of their study materials and started to educate myself a bit more on the subject. Started training properly in Q3 2017 (proper cardio and gym, both are necessary to get gains without any illegal supplements) and got really serious in February last year, starting point was 21% which went down to 10.7% in six months. Goal is under 10% by the middle of June 2019, 8-12% is professional athlete level and it needs proper observation dietwise, just getting the fat off with excessive training can be life-threatening.

Under 10% is just a milestone, I'll try to keep it between 12-16 after I've achieved that.

Nice work man, it takes alot of discipline to achieve.

Thank you Sir!

3 times a week for gym is more than enough

Working out 3 times a week keeps you in shape. Body fat dont really mater here. You are fit to do whatever you want at higher efficiency. 2 times is not enough, 4 times does almost no difference.

3 times keeps you in shape and if you do it properly, it really does matter. One can exercise 6 times a week and have no results, when other can show significant gains with only 2 times a week. You must know what you are doing and like said, eating is more important than training.

2 times is enough, 4 times makes a hell of a difference. Gym 2 times a week will shape your body in the right direction (again, if you know what you are doing) and 4 times can bulk one up a lot.

75% of the people in gym do not know what they're doing, they think they need to train more and more to get results when it's the way they're doing it. It's sad and funny at the same time to look how some (most) people train.

EDIT: I have a mate who had trained for 3!! years 3-5 times a week with almost no gains (just lost some bodyfat). I made a proper diet- and exercise plan for him and we (he) trained 3-4 times a week and had more progress in 2 months than in 3 years. After 6 months he had achieved what he wanted.

Does the traditional English breakfast meet your proper diet requirements?  Smiley

Yes it does, just use good oil for frying, Extra Light Olive Oil or even better, normal (good quality) butter. And maybe a bit more vegetables on side but you can cover that with lunch or dinner too.

17km is a big one i mainly run between 6-12 Km depending .... but i do run sometimes a long one as well Smiley

now the weather is getting a bit better i'll do some long ones as well Smiley

Good to see some Hodlers in shape as well Wink

17km yep and I'm no marathon runner Cheesy 17km is actually the longest distance I have covered on a single run, daily max is 20 (10 in the morning and another one in the evening).

Normally I do about 7-12, but the distances are growing now as my shape gets better, 10km comes fairly easy. I've tried to run minimum of 40km every week. I'll reduce that from next week though as I start hitting the gym 5-6x weekly, idea is to get 3-4kg muscle mass in 2 months.

My body fat maximum was around 45%, now it's 13 and goal is under 10 for summer. I'll just look old pics of myself whenever I need some motivation Smiley

Wow! From an extreme 45% to an extreme 13%?!?! How the fuck did you do that? In how many years? You sir are an inspiration, I need to know more!

Damn man!! 45% to 13% body fat. you did go through some ridiculous body transformation. take a bow bro.

how long does it take you to reach 13% mark?

@Mic : Yeah, I am stuck in between 18-20 mark. that may be because I have shitty work hours, 10-12 hours in good days or may be less motivation to get ripped.

I don't hit the gym as much I want, a maximum of 3 days a week.

*bow* Cheesy

It took about a year to get it from 45 to 20, then I hovered around 20 for a couple of years. Started doing it more smart last February, got the bodyfat from 21% to 10.7% in 6 months, when it started to climb slowly again as I had couple of holiday trips and just took it easier. By the end of January this year it was 16.5%, when I started training more hard again. Mostly cardio for 2 months (Feb, March) and mostly gym for the next 2 months, but I'll still going to run at least 25km weekly, though won't go over 7km on single runs to keep up the muscle mass.

Proper diet is more important than training when your body fat is over 15%, after that it comes to around 50-50.

3 times a week for gym is more than enough, just keep your eating in order. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

I eat 3 times a day and have protein shakes in between them. Enough meat, fish and obviously vegetables will do the job. Don't eat too much, don't eat too little, you shouldn't feel hunger at any time, maybe only in the morning.

Well you can even see the curvature even when flying on a plane.

And again, why the truth should be hidden if the earth really was flat? Doesn't make any sense, it's not a typical conspiracy theory.

Like many say, this really must be a massive trolling thread, wtg Cheesy
