Interesting article about the death of ICOs and the emergence of IEO... https://cryptotradernews.com/investing-trading/are-icos-really-dead/What do you guys think? I don't think ICOs are fully dead. They just need to be regulated in more efficient ways. Most ICOs from 2017-2018 never delivered on their promises because they were being ran by a bunch of assholes who didn't deliver squad... We need more regulation. Only then will ICOs get better imo. Well You can say ico is as good as dead... because very few people in the crypto industry will put in money into some random projects... those time are as good as dead.. there are scammers everywhere

This put it plain and simple.. Craig Wright is obviously an imposter... who just want to sell his shit coin riding on the profile of satoshi nakamato

Is Satoshi Nakamoto and CSW the same person? who is the real one? Always confused,Always mysterious!!!
It baffles me when I see people asking this question.. when you look through the previous activity of satoshi nakamato on this forum.. you'll immediately know they both have nothing alike.. so there's no way CSW can be satoshi

I don't know why you see it necessary to create a new topic just because of a drop in price in a token which you only come to know about recently, those who believe in dgtx are still hodling irrespective of it's sudden drop, between the price drop didn't just occur now, you should count yourself lucky to be buying from a very low point considering the price of dgtx during it's ath, there are other tokens you can buy if you are not comfortable with the drop in price which also affects all other tokens/coins incase you haven't noticed.
I created a topic on this to get others opinion on the matter.. just as every other person has done so far in this forum.. simply for the purpose of knowing whats up

So I recently knew about this altcoin and I've been saving up some cash specifically to purchase it.. then I noticed a sudden drop in price from 0.12 cents to 0.023 cents
What happened with the project?? Is it still safe to purchase this coin??
If the drop in price of the coin as at the time you noticed it was a sharp one, then a whale must be in Action there, then the project has already long been gone and simply being used as a pump and dump coin, so it is better you stay away from such project so you dint end up adding another shitcoins to your bag. I will advise you research more on these projects that are within the top 20, we still have some very cheap ones you can buy that will give you a very high increase in the next bull run, so better you take your chances on these ones. I will also recommend you have stellar, this coin is certain to make you a millionaire. You're definitely right.. it's best I look the other way... since the drop was a sharp one.. and it led to panics.. which other smaller holders also dumped their coins

I don't know why you're trying to buy altcoins when you expect BTC to rally but be it your way. If You really don't want BTC but altcoins I advise you to get only a few instead of buying 8 or 10 different ones. You won't be even able to follow all of them and react if there are news regarding one of them.
Buy ETH and EOS because smart contract altcoins at least have a real use unlike bank coins like XRP or shitcoins like BSV.
That's the reason I only want to buy fro. the top 100 coins ... that way it will be easier for me to follow up my investment... and it's not like I'm not buying btc.. I hold enough btc.. just trying to diversify my portfolio
|
|
|
I already have these coins in my portfolio.... I'm looking for hidden germs in the top 100 chart.. coin not too popular ... but has potential.. and it's in the top 100 chart list

The rate of scam and hacks in the cryptocurrency market keeps growing at an alarming rate. In my opinion there best solution to these crimes in the cryptocurrency market are
1 ICO regulations: if there is ico regulations then investors should only invest in ICOs that are certified and meets the required standards. This will reduce the scam rates as fake ICOs will not be able to raise money for investors anymore
2 Smart contract Auditing: I think in other for coins and exchanges to avoid hacks and attacks they should constantly audit their smart contracts at regular intervals (like every 2 weeks or every month). Doing this will help them detect the bugs and loop holes in their smart contracts and correct it before it is used by hackers.
These ideas are grate.. but I don't think there will ever be a lasting solution to scams and hacks in the crypto space While this idea may reduce the number of scams and hacks in the crypto space.. these guys will always find a way around to fool investors into thinking they're legit... it's just like how corruption can never be erased from the world's government

You should have researched before deciding to buy DGTX. Maybe a lot of people call it Shitcoin, but I think a drastic decline must have a cause. I also experienced the same thing last year, but I did not experience fatal losses. Because when the coins start wasting, I still have the opportunity to sell them. If you can hold, hold on. Because the pump can happen later. Don't give up!
No, I'm yet to buy the coin so I'm currently not loosing anything.. I'm just contemplating whether or not it's safe to buy the coin right now that there's a decline in the value

I need advice on alternative currencies to purchase before btc rallies above 8000 usd.. anything among the top 100 coins on coinmarketcap will so just fine
Bitcoin did over $8000 already. If you are looking to invest now, I must say you are late. Good investors have already taken their positions when the price was still low. I won't advice anyone to invest now, unless in alts like Ethereum but that will be for a very long term hold. The topic of discussion is about altcoin not the price of bitcoin.. I only talked about bitcoin, because each time there's an increase in the price.. alternative coins follow the trend of value
