used it a few days ago to tumble nearly 10 BTC, smaller transactions went fine, but I am still missing about 10 BTC. Support isnt replying to mails!
We do not have any errors. Please check the Letter of Guarantee and check destination addresses using https://blockchain.info
182  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: ✰ [ANN] BITMIXER.IO ✰ High Volume Bitcoin Mixer ✰ on: November 15, 2014, 08:52:34 PM
ive given it a shot since so many people recomend it. thing is when I wanted to save the letter of guarantee, it showed an error. the money still went to a bitmixer address, no matter if I have this thing or not... Hope to get an answer soon, bitmixer replied to my first message, but hasnt answered since..
If you can't download and verify the Letter of Guarantee, you probably use fishing site. There are several hacker's tor exit nodes which redirect users to fishing site.

Please always check our address https://bitmixer.io in your browser. It should be with SSL encryption. Be sure your browser doesn't show any certificate warnings. Also please always save (and verify using your wallet) the Letter of Guarantee before you send us coins. It is the only proof of our obligations
183  Economy / Services / Re: Up to 0.01 BTC weekly for YOUR SIGNATURE on: October 02, 2014, 11:30:03 AM
Wouldn't it be possible to combine multiple payments into one transaction, thereby reducing the miner fee?
For example, one or two daily payout transactions from the 1Bitmixer address, or one payout transaction whenever outstanding payouts fit the transaction size with minimal miner fee?
It's only cents, I know, but as the signature payouts aren't that big either, it's still a noticeable percentage.

Onkel Paul
Our current software doesn't allow to combine signature payments. We pay exactly after 7 day, in the same hour or even minute when user was connected to our program. We are not worry about miner's fee, you are right it is only cents. But thank you for remark.
184  Economy / Services / Re: Up to 0.01 BTC weekly for YOUR SIGNATURE on: September 27, 2014, 07:45:55 PM
I wrote this "ı will quit and try another sig campaign, I fulled 1 week, I don't want to get paid anymore, thank you"

but today I got payment, thank you but I am using another sig campaign, I can give you back if you PM me where should I sent back.
Not a problem. The paying bot have checked last 7 days for signature and paid. If you desire to return, you should to wait 7 days before the first payment. Just because we pay upfront.
185  Economy / Services / Re: Up to 0.01 BTC weekly for YOUR SIGNATURE on: September 16, 2014, 08:21:25 PM
I got underpaid Angry

266x0.00002=0.00532
And I get paid only 0.00504

And yes, my activity was updated long time before payment was sent...
Seems your activity just updated. Let's wait for the next payment, I don't think it is a bug.
186  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: ✰ [ANN] BITMIXER.IO ✰ High Volume Bitcoin Mixer ✰ on: September 07, 2014, 07:54:33 AM
After reading all those positive reviews and trying bitmixer out I must say I was quite disappointed - my coins never came back.
Hello,
I inspected the forward address you've provided me in PM. According to blockchain.info, you've received your coins.
187  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: ✰ [ANN] BITMIXER.IO ✰ High Volume Bitcoin Mixer ✰ on: July 15, 2014, 03:05:31 PM
I think the time between transactions has no matter. It goes to different addresses and usually from various sources. But we can adjust this. The main current problem - fixed fee. If attacker knows that you use our service, he potentially can analyze blockchain for the next 24 hours and find correspond outgoing transactions. We will add the possibility to set custom fee further.

188  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: ✰ [ANN] BITMIXER.IO ✰ High Volume Bitcoin Mixer ✰ on: July 15, 2014, 01:06:21 PM
We transfer mixed coins after we receive numbers of needed confirmations (plus time delay) - it is a random time.
I'm not sure that miners will buy our coins, but we may exchange its to "fresh" coins using public exchange. We already did it, it works for several hundred bitcoins daily. I think we will develop automatic engine this autumn.
189  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: ✰ [ANN] BITMIXER.IO ✰ High Volume Bitcoin Mixer ✰ on: July 15, 2014, 12:47:41 PM
You got coins from us, not from hacker. It is like a cash you got selling something. Banknotes could be used by criminals before, but it is not your guilt... Well, we are thinking about mixing coins in public exchange before sending to our customers.
190  Economy / Services / Re: klee's hacked 1170 btc, Part II on: July 14, 2014, 09:46:38 AM
Like a TOR, our service has not been designed for criminals. It was designed for guard privacy. Like a TOR, our service is used by criminals as well. But as I said if we can't guard criminal, we can't guard nobody including you.

btw, we have a big lack - fixed fee. Look deeper here hunters.
191  Economy / Services / Re: I was hacked (1170btc stolen) - 500btc max BOUNTY on: July 13, 2014, 07:50:33 AM
Hello. I've been asked about explanation.
Yes, the hacker used our service. Yes, he already got new coins. Please read more how our service works: https://bitmixer.io/how.html
Can we tell you forward addresses where new coins have been transferred to? No. We really don't know. We completely delete all order's data after 12 hours. I'm sorry that someone lost their bitcoins. I understand this is a crime. But if our service can't protect criminal, it will not be able to protect you too.
Regards,

195  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: ✰ [ANN] BITMIXER.IO ✰ High Volume Bitcoin Mixer ✰ on: June 17, 2014, 10:02:43 PM
0.33 bitcoins was added to our reserve. Then we paid you from another addresses. This is the essence of our service - you receive another coins, not the same you have transferred to us.
Here the proof that we really transferred coins to you:
https://blockchain.info/tx/1fb8987e1b4588eb89ce0f7054d41d4acd29ce65b3166107745a24ba84dd2aed
https://blockchain.info/tx/da787fa99c22bab1a888113c0b34089dad82ee1f89c6f9cb4047e29ea0dd4491
So you have received promised coins, right?
Sorry, I can't add something else.
196  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: ✰ [ANN] BITMIXER.IO ✰ High Volume Bitcoin Mixer ✰ on: June 17, 2014, 10:01:57 PM
I can explain how I guess the second address - it's easy. You have provided this info:
Quote
1LWiU1uaQkdrf4x1ziDuW7RvJKRhE2RStY - (Unspent) 2.1 BTC

19tB8HxQQp8EomQVcTAaHriSjs6XLi9Edy (0.46 BTC - Output)
1CCL5zA66ztmcaz24vqtiWm7EcjPgvos5B (0.45737575 BTC - Output)
1NWiooW3Y3Xgavj49iRHCUJcWv6QdF5f7N (0.1669585 BTC - Output) - my address which I have not sent any funds from
1LBGeXkkwhGkJq3q8niPmZRx8RQ827PduJ (0.175 BTC - Output)
1CGTPzANsM2531aMdbNvghHK2rpnS8tTtF (0.406642 BTC - Output)
1Fe4vfkVszfJ1VXU7DHVDEN653kZtJE9fC (0.1603915 BTC - Output)
1PQb14FVYM5vSKKdehR6PTZsPD5nhiKhEW (0.163951 BTC - Output)
16T5j1muxoSQ42i2cimZ3hrSj9ZxftW2ih (0.01008125 BTC - Output)
1HJ8ZtJknrPqUibtNNPQWehYYosheuUXta (0.1 BTC - Output)
your initial sum was 0.33 BTC, you have received 0.1669585 BTC to one address. So it must be 0.1603915 BTC to be transferred to another one. We see exact output:  1Fe4vfkVszfJ1VXU7DHVDEN653kZtJE9fC (0.1603915 BTC - Output) in your info.
(0.1669585 + 0.0005 + 0.1603915 + 0.0005)/0.995 = 0.33. It is very simple calculations.

That is why we recommend to use several forward addresses and time delay. Attacker can analyse the blockchain anf find outgoing transaction if he knows our fees.

You started the public discussion, not me. If you don't want it please delete all your messages here, I will delete my ones.
197  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: ✰ [ANN] BITMIXER.IO ✰ High Volume Bitcoin Mixer ✰ on: June 17, 2014, 08:52:46 PM
I'm sorry. You are trying to investigate what happens with your bitcoins after we transferred it to your addresses. It is not our issue. Once again, we have transferred bitcoins to your addresses.

This is the proof:
https://blockchain.info/tx/1fb8987e1b4588eb89ce0f7054d41d4acd29ce65b3166107745a24ba84dd2aed
https://blockchain.info/tx/da787fa99c22bab1a888113c0b34089dad82ee1f89c6f9cb4047e29ea0dd4491

0.1603915 BTC has been transferred to 1Fe4vfkVszfJ1VXU7DHVDEN653kZtJE9fC 2014-06-14 13:50:04
0.1669585 BTC has been transferred to 1NWiooW3Y3Xgavj49iRHCUJcWv6QdF5f7N 2014-06-14 13:51:03

That's all. I'm sorry, if somebody steal your coins or you transferred it to another wallet and forgot. We can't access your wallet, can't send money from it! It impossible without access to private keys. Check your computer for malware. See the history of transaction in your wallet. I hope you will find the cause.

Regards,
198  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: ✰ [ANN] BITMIXER.IO ✰ High Volume Bitcoin Mixer ✰ on: June 17, 2014, 07:20:20 PM
Ok, if you want public discussion, let's see what happens. Again.

1. You have sent 0.33 BTC to the address generated by our service in order to be transferred to two your addresses: 1NWiooW3Y3Xgavj49iRHCUJcWv6QdF5f7N and 1Fe4vfkVszfJ1VXU7DHVDEN653kZtJE9fC.
2. As you can see in blockchain we did our obligations:

https://blockchain.info/tx/1fb8987e1b4588eb89ce0f7054d41d4acd29ce65b3166107745a24ba84dd2aed
https://blockchain.info/tx/da787fa99c22bab1a888113c0b34089dad82ee1f89c6f9cb4047e29ea0dd4491

0.1603915 BTC has been transferred to 1Fe4vfkVszfJ1VXU7DHVDEN653kZtJE9fC 2014-06-14 13:50:04
0.1669585 BTC has been transferred to 1NWiooW3Y3Xgavj49iRHCUJcWv6QdF5f7N 2014-06-14 13:51:03

What else? Seems you are trying to blame us for future flow of funds on your wallet Smiley You know, we can't manage your wallet.
