After reading all those positive reviews and trying bitmixer out I must say I was quite disappointed - my coins never came back.
Hello,
I inspected the forward address you've provided me in PM. According to blockchain.info, you've received your coins.

Good service until you have a problem then the support form doesn't work and no reply by PM.

Issue resolved. Reliable service.

Did you enter the forward address (the address you want the new coins sent to)?

Our family was terrorized by Homeland Security.  Read all about it here:  http://www.jmwagner.com/ and http://www.burtw.com/  Any donations to help us recover from the $300,000 in legal fees and forced donations to the Federal Asset Forfeiture slush fund are greatly appreciated!

Yes I did that and added 2 adresses. Time delay I can't seem to confirm though, so the 'mix my coins' button does not work.

Maybe try another browser?  Not sure, it seems to be working for me (Chrome).

Great service! Used it yesterday for the first time to send clean coins to my cold wallet.

Everything was easy to use and understand, will for sure use it again.

I highly recommend bitmixer.io if you want to secure your privacy!

...

It's very important to save the Letter of Guarantee that they suggest that you do.   <=== Muy importante!!!

I had an issue with bitmixer.io, but after some back & forth, it was resolved just fine.

I have used them about 20 times now, about five times since my "issue".

I never got the feeling that I was being scammed.

ive given it a shot since so many people recomend it. thing is when I wanted to save the letter of guarantee, it showed an error. the money still went to a bitmixer address, no matter if I have this thing or not... Hope to get an answer soon, bitmixer replied to my first message, but hasnt answered since..

Drop off a comment at my blog (even an old post): http://tinyurl.com/9hlvzdx, then delete your comment if you are "concerned about privacy".  I will STILL get an email from Blogger.  Put in your email addy in the comment, then just delete it.  I'll get back to you.

Prove who you say you are!  Maybe there is a way to resolve your issue, but you have to have the right info available, and be nice, professional & courteous...  And patient!

Remember, the Infrastructure of Bitcoinistan™ is clunky, "stuff happens".......  Mix less than, say, 2 BTC at a time.

Despite my moniker (name) in CAPS I am not affiliated with bitmixer.io, other than being a happy customer.  Good luck.

If you can't download and verify the Letter of Guarantee, you probably use fishing site. There are several hacker's tor exit nodes which redirect users to fishing site.

Please always check our address https://bitmixer.io in your browser. It should be with SSL encryption. Be sure your browser doesn't show any certificate warnings. Also please always save (and verify using your wallet) the Letter of Guarantee before you send us coins. It is the only proof of our obligations

We do not have any errors. Please check the Letter of Guarantee and check destination addresses using https://blockchain.info

well I certainly didnt use a phishing link (i type it by hand, bitmixer.io not hard to remember). Via mail you suggested it may be a malicious tor exit node.. I find that hard to believe, since two transactions on different days where affected, and smaller transactions went through fine..

So youre saying this is not a Bitmixer Address? : 1NkeGTBDmyQ7REumThq1byK3jiWwJBdvzP

 https://blockchain.info/address/1NkeGTBDmyQ7REumThq1byK3jiWwJBdvzP

There are lots of transactions, I can only imagine other bitmixer deposits.. Anybody else on the forum who coincidently had this address as bitmixer deposit address?

We generate unique address for every transaction, but this one has been used many times. Please never send coins if you can't download and verify Letter of Guarantee.

We open official  TOR mirror
Dear TOR users! If you use TOR with https://bitmixer.io, the hacker's exit node can intercept your traffic and return false page. So please always use our official TOR version:

bitmixer2whesjgj.onion

Don't connect to https://bitmixer.io with TOR browser! And please never send us coins if you can't download and verify the Letter of Guarantee. The Letter of Guarantee should be signed by our main account 1BitmixerEiyyp3eTLaCpgBbhYERs48qza.
Thank you.

If I send to a website (betting website, exchange) then from this website I withdraw to an other address, I have mixed my coins, haven't I?

The Bitmixer code idea is good :  Using the BitMixer code means that a user’s previous coins will not be used in further mixing operations. Our problem is solved – every user continues to remain anonymous and private.
