Please paste a link to the image instead of embedding it.
182  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Buying an ASIC because it gives you a vote on the Bitcoin system. on: November 15, 2014, 11:56:43 PM
What do you mean by a vote in the Bitcoin system? What are we voting on? Tongue
183  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: new p2pool server on: November 15, 2014, 11:53:13 PM
Nice, can you offer merged mining as well?
184  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Suggestion for new asic miner hosting provider on: November 15, 2014, 11:34:23 PM
The market for hosting miners is kinda crowded. You have to set yourself apart. Why would someone choose you over an already established host?
185  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: 28.2 BTC on: November 15, 2014, 11:32:13 PM
You should be grateful you were pooled mining then, otherwise you'd have zero by now with that luck.
That's exactly what I was just about to say! I'm currently solo mining with 2gh lol. Nothing so far.
186  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: Dragon 5 blade Pi image on: November 15, 2014, 11:21:48 PM
Took some time and sent you a PM hope it helps.
You should post the link here publicly for anyone in the future that might need it.
187  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [ANN] Solopool BETA on: November 15, 2014, 11:14:02 PM
With much sadness, Solopool is going to be closing November 30th.

Please find an alternative means for solo mining.
Good. Seemed like a scam anyway. Never addressed any of my concerns.
188  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Payouts from Ghash.io less than predicted? on: November 15, 2014, 10:53:29 PM
I've never had a bad experience with eligius. They don't require registration, which removes an extra step for getting started.
189  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Who's farm shit the bed? on: November 15, 2014, 10:35:07 PM

Interesting that the owner of such a big mining facility is so inactive on BitcoinTalk.

Doesn't surprise me at all.
He could be busy with other work, active on another forum - in other words - has a life outside of here.

Is there any other good forum for bitcoin mining discussion ?
There are some ocasional posts on reddit and some pools have their own forums, but this one is the largest.

There's also cryptocointalk. That's the next biggest forum, after this one.

Would a 4 blade image work? I have that handy here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/yz02suc4j24ium4/dragonboot-4BLADE-ENG.7z

191  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: Newbie question - What is DIFFICULTY in cloudmining? on: November 13, 2014, 06:12:19 PM
Seems like every other day a new cloud mining service is popping up. More competition should mean better deals for consumers though. Smiley
192  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: ANTMINER S3 URGENT HELP NEEDED on: November 13, 2014, 06:10:39 PM
Did you buy it new or used? If you bought it used, you could try to reflash the image on the sd card.
193  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: Antminer S2 after FW update will not save miner configuration on: November 13, 2014, 06:09:05 PM
For now, you could try reverting back to the previous FW in order to avoid this problem. Hopefully a fix will be pushed out soon.

I assume notlist3d helped you out. If not, let us know and I could help
195  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: Commercial Elec Rates for Home Miners (xcel) attempt on: November 13, 2014, 06:05:29 PM
Good luck in your endeavors. Obtaining business rate electricity is certainly beneficial for mining. Let us know how it turns out.
196  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Mining (NSFW) on: November 13, 2014, 05:52:55 PM
Well one should be 'working' at work to begin with, not watching youtube vids. Wink
197  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Bloco Gênese incorreto ou não encontrado. please help on: November 13, 2014, 05:50:50 PM
Save the wallet.dat file somewhere. Delete everything else in the folder. Paste the wallet.dat file back, restart your wallet. It should sync to the blockchain from scratch (will take a long time). As long as you have your wallet.dat file, your coins are safe.
198  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: Cant use my R9 290 To mine on: November 13, 2014, 05:48:10 PM
You're wasting your time if you try to mine with your GPU. As others have said, if you were trying to do this a few years ago, it would have made sense. Now, you'll be losing more money on electricity than generating coins. You're too late to the party, sadly. Tongue
199  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Intersting statistics on mining and profitability on: November 13, 2014, 05:45:37 PM
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought the price of Bitcoin was hovering in the ~$1000 region in November 2013, not $340 Huh
200  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Bitcoin transaction processing stats on: November 13, 2014, 05:43:04 PM
Looks like you've spent a good amount of time writing these articles. I commend you for that. Very helpful information.
