So, I noticed a number of problems, most of them cosmetic however the main one that will prevent myself (and, most likely, everyone else) from making a deposit is that there is no way to edit your team once you've submitted it! This is a MAJOR problem.
The option to edit your team after it has been submitted/before the contest starts is still in development and should be rolled out onto the site within the next few days. We also have a large number of cosmetic improvements in development as well. Thanks for your input. |

You are required to play through the bonus amount at least once before withdrawing. Your withdrawal amount will eventually be returned to your account balance. My money still not returned to balance!Please return! The bonus amount has now been returned to your balance. |

Your overlay rules aren't very clear.
In a 10 man league, it says that a min of 7 players is needed, but the prizes say "based on 10 players". Does that mean that the prizes scale with players? For example, if 7 players enter a .01BTC 10 man, will the prize pool be .09BTC or .063BTC?
The prize pool will scale based on the final number of entries. In that situation, the prize pool would be ฿0.063. We will have more clear rules available on the website soon. Are you aware that the laws regulating DFS prohibit scaleable prize pools? Yes, we are. However, as a Bitcoin-only service we have decided to launch with scalable prize pools. This option may change in the future, depending on the regulation of Bitcoin in North America. Thanks for your input. |
