Your overlay rules aren't very clear.
In a 10 man league, it says that a min of 7 players is needed, but the prizes say "based on 10 players". Does that mean that the prizes scale with players? For example, if 7 players enter a .01BTC 10 man, will the prize pool be .09BTC or .063BTC?
The prize pool will scale based on the final number of entries. In that situation, the prize pool would be ฿0.063. We will have more clear rules available on the website soon.
Are you aware that the laws regulating DFS prohibit scaleable prize pools?
Yes, we are. However, as a Bitcoin-only service we have decided to launch with scalable prize pools. This option may change in the future, depending on the regulation of Bitcoin in North America. Thanks for your input.
