181  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best Trading Sites for ERC20 Tokens on: May 12, 2019, 04:17:22 AM
For ERC20 tokens, I'd personally use high liquidity DEXs like EtherDelta as I personally avoid using custodial exchanges as much as possible.

Take note that DEXs can be difficult to use for some people though, so it'd be wise to do a bit of YouTubing before trying to use one.
182  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Best Blockchain Books, Bitcoin Movies And Documentaries on: May 12, 2019, 04:14:54 AM
Any persons who want to learn more about Blockchains Must watch and read all of these.

Since you're claiming that these content are "must watch" and "must read", have you actually watched and read every single one of these? Or are you just saying so just so you can make another merit bait topic?
183  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN THE ONLY KING, NO DISPUTE on: May 11, 2019, 07:21:15 AM
I really feel sorry for BCH and BSV investors, kindly accept my unreserved sympathy for been misled to buying what is not the original bitcoin.
I personally don't like BCH and BSV and I don't hold either, but not everything is about money. And I think you're too tunnel visioned to the short-term. If you think both of these are irrelevant, you're very wrong.

BTC to $7k in a moment and what next? Lambo is all I see, Viva bitcoin, let's party on.
Great. Just what we needed here on Bitcointalk. Moonboys.

First you say: "The posts for which I am accused of plagiarism were standard questions? I didn't steal other people's thoughts or sayings."

and then you said: "I do not deny my guilt, I made a mistake."

What's funny is that you're even more bad at lying.
185  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: 161 History of Bitcoin 2007-2014 on: May 06, 2019, 04:19:31 AM
Looks to me like he put a lot of work in.  I enjoyed reading through much of it.

Copy pasting everything from http://historyofbitcoin.org/ is definitely a lot of work! Why people give merit to copy-paste topics like this confuses me.

Great work, is the website link you provided on 'history of bitcoin' a website you host too?

You could make it ongoing with a new thread 2014 to present.

I want to, but I cannot do it this time because I will become busy these coming days.
Come on now. You can't because historyofbitcoin.org only has information up to exactly the date in your topic.

This forum proves its purpose, which is to provide knowledge about cryptocurrency while earning.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure earning isn't one of the main purposes of Bitcointalk. If you want to give advice, give advice on how to use the forum correctly and effectively. Don't you think there are enough bounty spammers here? And stop using the terms "bounty hunter" like they're some elite alpha crypto collectors but really they're just spamming their social media for some shitcoins.

Don't be foolish, this forum's traffic would reduce dramatically if people couldn't make money here.  Money makes the world go round and it is one of the biggest incentives for a human in modern times.

I'm sorry "BitBustah", but I really can't find from my recent reply where I denied that most of the traffic of Bitcointalk are from bounty people.

Your question has been answered multiple times already OP. I suggest locking this thread already to prevent unnecessary spam. The lock button is on the bottom left corner of this page.

Bitcoin was my introduction to open markets in general and economics. Before bitcoin? Zero interest in markets and economics. They seem to be so boring to me. Well, Bitcoin made me almost obsessed with Austrian economics. Now I'm watching and reading as much as I can, especially stuff from Saifedean Ammous. If you haven't read The Bitcoin Standard yet, go get it. NOW.
190  Economy / Speculation / Re: Whales are back ? on: April 08, 2019, 04:01:02 PM
Oh no, more whale crap again.  Roll Eyes

You haven't seen nothing yet. After the prices go up a bit more, wait till the moon boys come back. It would be time to stay away from Bitcoin communities once again.
191  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How will Bitcoin survive after all 21M coins have been mined? on: April 06, 2019, 01:28:38 AM
They'll monetize through the transaction fees.

If you think miners would just ditch bitcoin after all the bitcoins have been mined, then you're wrong. There's so much money to make through mining if there are only a few miners. This is one of the genius ideas that Satoshi made. A lot of miners? Less profitability, hence some miners leave. Only a few miners? Profitability will go up, attracting more miners. There will never be zero miners.
192  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin and Bitcoin cash having nices days! on: April 05, 2019, 01:47:55 AM
I have this small skepticism on why BCH rose a lot higher than BTC did. I really hope it isn't due to new people buying bitcoin and thinking that BCH is the real bitcoin.
193  Other / Meta / Re: Tip to the posters: You don't need to purposely make your replies longer on: April 03, 2019, 03:38:19 PM
It's personal style, however writers should follow some fundmental things:

It might be the case on some cases, but like said earlier in this topic, it's mostly due to them dramatically increasing the character count on purpose just for their posts to be counted for bounties.
194  Other / Serious discussion / Re: What is your honest opinion about the way the phrase "pump and dump" is used... on: April 03, 2019, 03:29:56 PM
It's fine I think. The phrase "pump and dump" perfectly describes the scheme in the first place. Regardless if you're a newbie or not, if you use your brain a bit, it's going to be pretty obvious that it's a scam.
195  Other / Meta / Re: Tip to the posters: You don't need to purposely make your replies longer on: April 01, 2019, 02:24:19 PM
Many campaigns place some restrictions on the minimum number of characters per paid post, so many tend to create longer posts to avoid the unpaid situation and show that they do a good job at posting.
No wonder. This might be 99% of the case then.

To the people replying about "each person has their own style", true! But I'll clear things up once again, I'm referring to the ones who makes their replies unnecessarily longer, and due to hugeblack's reply, yep, it's definitely because of the minimum character limit.

Oh, I forget to reply to this:
I am not saying that you make this long post in order to earn merit but it's true your post is long as well.
I don't give a single crap about merits. It's not that I can sell it for bitcoin.
196  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Warren buffet now investing in bitcoin on: April 01, 2019, 06:59:44 AM

Wow...I am really hoping that this is not just another April Fool's day post. In case this is authentic move then this is a big turnaround from his popular stand on cryptocurrency especially Bitcoin as nothing more than thin air. What is good here is that he can be a big influence most especially for people who like him are not convinced with the real value of cryptocurrency.

Well.. it's unfortunately is. I didn't even need to do a Google search to realize.
197  Other / Meta / Re: Tip to the posters: You don't need to purposely make your replies longer on: March 31, 2019, 12:46:53 AM
Only the posters whose intention is to merit will make their replies longer and make it like a constructive one.

Not at all. Not because your reply is long, it doesn't necessarily mean your main goal is to receive merits. Some replies being quite long is a good thing, for the poster to be able to give out as much information as possible, but only if necessary.
198  Other / Meta / Re: Tip to the posters: You don't need to purposely make your replies longer on: March 30, 2019, 04:25:02 PM
I am not saying that you make this long post in order to earn merit but it's true your post is long as well.

We know that, constructive post could be even with 20 words. But it doesn't mean all 20 word posts are constructive.

Read the P.S. message on the end of my topic. Thanks.
199  Other / Meta / Tip to the posters: You don't need to purposely make your replies longer on: March 30, 2019, 04:16:22 PM
For my one month stay here in Bitcointalk(because Reddit went to crap), one thing I could notice from people trying to earn merits: purposely making their replies longer

I couldn't count how many times I've read replies so unnecessarily long, and worse, it doesn't even make the message any better at all. Most just add random gibberish to make the post look good.

Here's the thing. Increasing your post's character count doesn't necessarily make your post more or less "constructive". You can make constructive and merit-worthy posts without needing to reach like 4-6 lines of text, which is mostly the case.

P.S. I'm not saying that novel-length posts are bad. It's just unnecessary in some or most cases.

Maybe actually try to earn one before trying to teach us how to. You're pretty much like those ecommerce "gurus" that only makes money from courses.
