181  Other / Meta / Re: Has theymos ever banned any signature campaign due to spam? on: June 06, 2024, 12:17:09 PM
There was a chaos in yobit.net signature campaign as far as I can remember but were they banned here? I can't remember.
Has it ever happened that due to spamming, theymos banned any signature?
Good question.
It is not always company advertising some service that should be blamed for spamming in forum, in some cases campaign managers should be temp-banned for accepting and keeping spammers in their campaigns.
They are not only hurting service they are working with them but they are making all other bitcointalk forum members look bad.
I don’t think anyone would advertise a service that is against forum policy and not get temp ban at list. A fee have gotten this in the past for free giveaways, consenting to participate by application and participation. I think it would be very much applicable should any manager come up with a mixer. So, it ain’t really about the services here but, the participants and patterns to management.

One thing remains true though, when you’re brought to the scale or your participants so many times, it becomes a spoken truth that there is something there and should be looked up.

I've hired spammers, everyone has had a few.
So you are admitting of hiring spammers in campaigns and you think this is ok  Roll Eyes
Easy man, lol… am sure you understand Yahoo62278 to mean it quite differently.
Managers have got the criteria to look out for in selections and times of the opener of a campaign, a few accounts increasingly becomes active, a few wakeups and all. You find them active and having turn overs of posts with some considerable quality but, once accepted, their true nature emerges.

As well as having to report these posts, a few managers have come up with the report to manager format for close observation, removal, blacklist and tagging of these users.

I think Yahoo62278 implemented a one merit earn per week qualification for users to retain spot in his campaign. As users whom tends to earn merits are more likely to be good posters. A few spammers might have their ways around this but, it’s where the rest of the forum comes in.

Especially, when you’ve got multitudes to manage and a high posts work load to evaluate, managers becomes a little sloppy on the job I think. Hence, having a minimal range of posts per week would make for efficient reviews too.

It’s said that, one who makes a lot of posts per day by weeks is more likely to spam than those that posts very little. This comes to play mainly when you’re posting to meet up with the set quota.

To be frank this is like your most sensible post I have seen somehow, though I still don't believe your website, it's too much disappointing, I wonder how you think you can get customers to use a broken website like that, if you have money for copper membership then ought to have at least have something better on your website.
I only got to visit the website only today and what I could find is a broken website like you said, it really is broken and have got zero form up to this moment. How terrible could that be and I wonder how OP could make any promises or even compare it with any website at all!

@OP, the pattern you’ve chosen to tackle these reputation issues is a means to bury your formless website as it is. How do you even try to give any credibility to such. You really ought to stay calm and fix your website so, any visit would meet a functional website rather than the broken state which it is now as that ruins any hope of getting any % of gamblers on here from visits.

Your doing it wrong and it ain’t helping you @OP.
183  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⭐⚽⭐ Sportsbet's Bitcointalk Sports Fanatics League (BSFL) – 10000$ rewards ⭐⚽⭐ on: June 06, 2024, 08:24:11 AM
I had Italy to win, switched it at the last second. Silly call, Italy was the best team in the tournament so far and these U-17 games rarely finish as draws. Kinda felt you'd go for Italy and was searching for differentiators that made sense, decided on this one and now I'm in a really bad spot.

I don't think Croatia will score against Portugal and NBA is a cointoss. Boston is the best team in the league but they have a lot of mismatches against Dallas.
I placed a 2mBTC bet on Dallas to win, meaning Boston will probably win without covering the handicap Grin
Seeking differentials in going against what is clear to your eyes have been some means I lost on good bets. It’s a chasing the odd or though, it’s of a different context here.
Of course I did put up some predictions in this round even though, am good to go for next season and I must say, am pleased to see, reading these on here that, some of my predictions as I could recall a few did play out.

Unfortunately, I can’t recall on all of them but, any means by which one could access the spreadsheet on my individual answers to this just for follow ups? Some of these was a cointoss like cryptofrka has said although, I did my findings and used what I had on them from statistics and who’s favorites to bookies.
184  Other / Meta / Re: Let's make bitcointalk great again. on: June 06, 2024, 08:14:01 AM
Now is the time for messengers and short messages. What I noticed was that people stopped reading and communicating with each other. Instead, in instant messengers, speech is reduced and words are replaced by emoticons. People have forgotten how to write and read anything longer than two lines. Of course, this is sad to see, but all we can do for the forum is tell our loved ones about it, or maybe it will be possible to captivate them with questions about Bitcoin.
And while the number of companies is minimal, only those interested in them will probably remain. It's amazing how many nicknames are memorable, and you always see the same people. Any new name is surprising.
I still fined the forum to have improved over the years given that, come the population as we’ve got now, it’s sure to have its dose of troubles too. Though, it doesn’t mean the forum isn’t great anymore, it still is. We have users confined in a niche that, you need to be well grounded to participate ot willing to learn else, you just wouldn’t fit in. I say this with particular reference to the technical discussion board.

While the early adopters was curious, interested about the technology, discussed it with each other and hoped to see it transformed to something great, they still do exists on the forum and a few new users still number in this capacity while, a lot of others just want to make turn overs after turn overs, milking the technology and giving nothing back. Not even some literal piece to improve on what’s available.
Instead, you find users looking out for the next AI to help their course!
Good thing we’ve got users dedicated to tracking these, report and neg tag as it applies. It’s been effective and the fight continues but, this is what happens when you have increased participation and a rapid development in technology.

All that doesn’t mean the forum isn’t great. Rules are still very effective and it’s toxic to law breakers still.
185  Other / Meta / Re: Has theymos ever banned any signature campaign due to spam? on: June 06, 2024, 07:57:24 AM
Am I desperate to take a job with stake? Maybe, yes.
Do I want to penalize the whole campaign? No, I have attached a proof.
Something I appreciate you for the fee I do read from you, how you state your truth and make it look simple. Even when some would hope you wouldn’t accept the obvious since all that could be needed is just a statement but, that too could be discredited by the other party who holds the other end of the whip.

So, the maybe and the No, does go.

The light in which this is coming might not be so bright but as I see it, it was an open end discussion but, with the forum been a box full of intellects, dots would be connected, inferences would be made and some positive relativism would be generated as well as some negations. All you could do is accept what you will and clear up on the negations.

I try my best to filter out the spammer. Now, if we summarize who is spammer and who isn't then we will come up with a huge number but you know there's a tolerate level or minimum standard in the forum and I try to ensure the minimum standard of the forum.
It’s largely what shouldn’t be as, it would confine what is acceptable, don’t give room for creativity and this could apply in a wide range too. Just a matter of getting few piece to make sense, a foe to case to case judgements.

Feel free to report any spammer in my campaign. My DM is always open for such kind of well wisher. I'll gladly take all the suggestion and try to act accordingly if the suggestion makes sense.

Edit- Quite strange how everyone summarize that I wanted to get stake sig a ban lol.
This remains a strategy come up with campaign managers that ought to work, especially when the evidence is overwhelming but, I don’t know what the responses are like though, I’ve seen some managers action reports as they are received. I wouldn’t name names but yeah, it’s a nice way to handle spam and spammers too, even as you report them posts to moderators.

Boring finals; more boring to see Real Madrid again win the Champions League.

I dont really mind that they win but the whole game wasnt really exciting, well atleast for me. I'd totally love Bayern Munich vs Madrid though, those game was way better as the final. It could have been better but when Vini scored the 2nd goal, it kinda ensure that they were going to win it and Dortmund was kinda losing the motivation to score. Things could have been better for the last 10 minutes if the score was still 0-1
It’s what you get when them both aren’t equally match. It’s the UCL and hoping to see a worn out underdog come up with something spectacular against an inform and fit Real Madrid, we weren’t going to see that and we didn’t. It’s just Ancelotti’s play book over again. Observe the pressure in the first and dominate them in the second half.

They have one goal and one extra player to maintain the advantage they have now on aggregate; I do not think they will lose this to Metz with the little time left in the game.

Yep, St Etienne won
Yeah, a win by aggregate. They pulled out a last minute trick like Sergio Ramos does for Real Madrid in the plus minutes when he played in that team. Only that, it was in the extra time with this one. Metz did great in holding them that long but, having to conceive with barely 4 minutes on the clock to a penalty shootout, lays waste all that effort from the 6th minute of regular time.
They impressed me but, sold the game cheaply at last.
187  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⭐⚽⭐ Sportsbet's Bitcointalk Sports Fanatics League (BSFL) – 10000$ rewards ⭐⚽⭐ on: June 02, 2024, 04:42:52 PM
St Etienne had the second goal disallowed - still 3-3 on aggregates.
That was yet another good call from the VAR team, not only did he bump into the goalkeeper, he tripped a defender afterwards with a slightly raised leg. It’s should be disallowed but, there is a little unrest in the stadium as fans are experiencing some indiscipline, throwing snacks at the St. Etienne player to impede a smooth corner kick.
Metz understand the risk with a 3:3 on aggregate game, one man down and St. Etienne trying to press forward. The pressure is gradually mounting and the game is very much open. One goal is all there is to save either team.
188  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⭐⚽⭐ Sportsbet's Bitcointalk Sports Fanatics League (BSFL) – 10000$ rewards ⭐⚽⭐ on: June 02, 2024, 04:12:40 PM
Didn't find where to watch it but seems like a bizarre game Grin
It's now 2-1 and St.Etienne should be regarded as a considerable favorite to play in Ligue 1 next season.

Which basically means I lose my matchup.
Am not so sure they fit the bill for league 1 next season. Not with how they’ve handled the game this far, although it doesn’t entirely depend on just one game but, with such an early red card from a VAR review, Metz is already one man down, you would expect St. Etienne to capitalize on this and be the dominant side in the game but, they go ahead to conceive two goals of which one was a penalty.
They managed to get a goal before the second half but, second half is in play now, I’ll like to see how they leverage the red card situation to their advantage.

@cryptofrka, should you want to stream the game, score808.tv have got a channel for live-streaming.

I just noticed that Im currently up 2 points because I have already won points from question #8 and there are only 2 question left so worst case scenario would be a draw which would be graded on Saturday's UCL. I just need Real Madrid to win no matter how they do it and I should win this round, really needed this extra 3 points

That was obviously going to be an easy pick as, there was no way Real Madrid, wasn’t going to convert this to another trophy season for them. With Toni Kroos and Luka Modric looking to get their last and make a long lasting final impression on the team and their career.
Real Madrid did it for you in the end, gave you that 3 points. Hope the round is won!

-snip-
Two reds for me also, I did not see it possible that Fiorentina would lose the final to Olympiakos. Now I’m in trouble with the prospect of yet another loss.

Plenty of questions to try to make a comeback but it’s not looking good for team LFC.
And for the record 3B has never been a friendly division AFAIK, the level of competition here is out of this world regardless of season Cry

3B the mini champions league
Lol… the mini champions league. Everyone Looking for yet another promotion to Division A really. I just want to get my head right in the game, it’s calling.

I didn't realise Real Madrid was a second-half team ( always shit in the first half), so I bet on them winning both halves. Lost everything. Lol
I wasn’t going to take any bets on the UCL finals, I think my best prediction was going to be a both team score but wait, it’s the UCL finals where both teams are going to play it safe, trying not to conceive any early goals, try to ware the other team out with one half only to attack in the second and that was what happened. It’s a card Dortmund shouldn’t have played against Real Madrid.
I was going to give them a first half result or at least for Real Madrid to have a goal in first half as they’ve always done with almost some consistency but, it’s the UCL final, you’ve got to hope for some change in the strategy. They had to bring all that attacking power to the second half and got 2 goals.
You chased the odds mate!

Ronaldo lost in with Al Nassr in the King’s cup while, Real Madrid wins yet another UCL, what does that say..,
His Mr. UCL alright, lol…

It’s great news with this promotion, having to have the red and white stripes back in the EPL to give me that both team score prediction market once more. They’ve really done good to fight their way back in and have to show so much courage as Newcastle.
This also goes a long way to put Sportsbet.io back at the front of the EPL promotions, congrats both y’all @Southampton @Sportsbet.io.

Already lost my bet days back in a multi but, Dortmund 0:2 Real Madrid was going to be another rogued one haven’t taken a both team score prediction.

I want to try betting here, but I'm also looking for interesting promos that I might be able to get, but what I noticed both on the twitter account that I visited was only old promos, and they might not be so active on social media X.

Check the received promo notification through email on your account settings because they frequently send promo via email every weekend. It's rare for Livecasino to update that promotion page since this casino focuses on regular tournaments rather than promotions. The last time I joined promo was when Flavio was still an active representative in the forum.
Like you’ve almost noted, the casino is as prestigious as you’ve noted and no better way to entice its house without promotions. There is a lot of on going promotions in play, numbering about 5 or more if am not mistaken. If you notr on the home page, you’ll find a couple of floating adverts and even the top right column have got a promo icon to click and pick out options.

There is a loyalty Rakebake promo offering up to 20% of your wager, the 99 promo which offers you a chance to win $15k and to join the 99 exclusive club after having attained a daily 99mBTC requirement and a couple of other promotions. T&C applies so, you’ll be sure to go through that on the promotions of interest.
192  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2023/24 Season on: June 02, 2024, 10:04:09 AM
What's interesting is for the player Courtois. He's only played a few times in La Liga and this was his debut in the Champions League and he kept a clean sheet and got 2 trophies easily lol. It looks like Courtois is truly blessed because it doesn't take many matches to get 2 trophies in big competitions.
There were many talks on either Courtois was going to be featured in this UCL finals and Ancelotti didn’t want to spill but, only put out the possibilities and then surprised everyone by allowing Courtois to start. All the pre-match interviews was a means to get Courtois into his best which was very visible on the peach by the many saves he made for Real Madrid, never letting the Adeyemi have a one on one chance with him, running up at the attack just before it fully forms.

One player with a perfect touch all game was Toni Kroos, having both his German side and Spanish side to entertain, he indeed made every set piece he took spectacular. His free kicks were just a tip of the fingers away from goal, perfectly tipped right over the wall with just enough momentum, forcing Gregor Kobel the goalkeeper every time to come up with a near goal save.
He sort for to make a lasting picture of his last appearance and his Carvajal assist made it for him.

So many missed chances for Dortmund and I can say their inexperience at a game like this got the best of them. At least they got the silver wear but, it’s been a long walk for them.

Real Madrid isn’t just a team but, a fascination. They are the most reliable team in football as it is now. I knew they were going to beat Dortmund and they did, trashing them without Dortmund having respond with a goal, no reply at all. Once Dortmund couldn’t manage a first half goal, they just were not going to have much opportunities in the second half.
They had some good chances in the first half, Dortmund running the back lines and managing to stay on sight but, didn’t make any use of them.
I fortunately, they kept conceiving more and more corners and eventually, one was going to get in. Afterwards, they gifted Vini Jnr another one.
Real Madrid are UCL once more.
195  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2023/24 Season on: June 01, 2024, 12:18:01 PM
Real Madrid has a better squad and more experienced players therefore Dortmund are going to be playing the biggest match of their career.
if you say Borussia Dortmund Dortmund are going to be playing the biggest match of their career I will disagree with you in 2013 Dortmund played against Bayern Munich despite lossing to Bayern Munich so Dortmund has played a big match in the past year.
Am backing Borussia Dortmund to win the UEFA champions league trophy.
Well it’s your opinion of the game but, I’ll rather go with $weetne$$ on the fact that, it’s actually there biggest match thus far, Dortmund might have played Bayern Munich but, you would understand that this is a familiar opponent in the Bundesliga. They’ve hard to play against themselves severally and it doesn’t matter what league they might be playing themselves in. When you know the player, know the manager; you’ve got an idea of the style of play and what to expect about certain moves,

Dortmund having to play such a dominant side and in a league where they always prove to be the most dominant is so much of a big deal for them. They have to be at their very best defensively and also be on the offensive at the same time. Real Madrid isn’t that side you can always expect to make mistakes and in the event that they do, you can find them attempting a come back with even the plus minutes on the clock.

It’s the UCL finals, it’s Real Madrid and the biggest match in their career so far.
196  Other / Meta / Re: Lol on: June 01, 2024, 11:30:48 AM
For all I know, it’s another marketing strategy. Just like how you can create a computer virus and also create an anti-virus. The market just never ends, it’s a growing field and the developers are at the end of it, benefiting from what they can off a good marketing strategy.

Perhaps it might work for sometime and after a while, we would find another Anti-Humanized AI text detector that would simply work by some algorithm to reverse codes to get the original or something. Hope you get to recommend them when found though but until then, the forum would have to phase the fight with having less and less low life users who deem themselves dumb enough for AI to do their bidding.

There once existed a thread that discussed about having some of the big ballers on the forum and am referring to The Sceptical Chymist in this regard, having affiliation with a mixer that paid good money to maybe, pick out a country where they can live like kings with what they earned from the mixer and possibly some investments of theirs.
I see this thread to be some worth related and I don’t think you would do very well in any nation that pays taxe. Obviously, you wouldn’t have the opportunity to lavish your money in the ways that you would want to in nations that don’t.
Like there are certain race cars you just can’t drive due to the bad road. You might be confined to trucks and land rovers.

Else, Africa might be the place for you. Just adjust to the weather condition, be cool with the people and you would do okay. Besides, it’s got market for investments of all kind.

Though, had exhausted my bank roll for the time, was doing just okay having to double them roles on pay 2x, 5x and 10x. It was going okay for a time but, got nervous and almost like the host felt it, had to let go some of them and once I did, it turned out the winning number for the roll. I mean it makes sense not to do it because it is not that widely accepted or used. Even a lot of exchanges do not have that option for bitcoin, which shows you that there is no demand for it. Exchanges are great tools to see if something is popular or not, they would list even the worst coin possible, a scam coin, literally just for money laundering, as long as it has some trading volume or a profit making possibility for them.

If we are talking about something that even they do not really end up using, then it means that we are not going to get that anywhere near it. So, let's focus on the real thing, the best solution to this is always altcoins and stablecoins, just add them as an alternative and every casino will be fine about it in the end.
There would always be a handful of others who would prefer to withdraw them wins in Bitcoin mainly for the fact that, they don’t hope to go through the hassle of having to swap this altcoin for Bitcoin on an exchanger just to get it back into your wallet for whatever purpose not limited to hodling. Especially with the fact that, Bitcoin have got really volatile nature and one would want to see the gains on them.
Should casinos be making use of a range of an adjustable meter such as we found on the mixers from a time to determine the fee and speculate on speed of transaction procession, users would be okay with what fee rate they’ve chosen and have little reason for complaints.

Although, the altcoin payment method is still very okay.
200  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I can easily find 3 odds games on casinos but hard to find on sport on: May 31, 2024, 10:05:31 PM
I thought before that sport is better because I can analyze market but I did not know that I was deceiving myself with the analyses.
It’s not uncommon that you would always seem to adapt to an aspect of gambling more than the other based on the amount of time you spend gambling there. Sometimes, this is due to the part of the world you might find yourself. Out here on Africa, it’s mostly the bookies but, Casino games are gradually getting to penetrate the African market. Even on the streets, a couple of the games like Plinko have been localized.

Due to the nature of casino gambling, where you can have a stake reduced to the nearest minimum and even cents, giving the gambler several triers, you might find things a lot easier there coupled with the fact that, it’s games barely lasts for seconds or a minute even. Which gives you a lot of rounds and multipliers.

Having yo easily find 3 odds, I would say it ain’t easy else, I’d you could guess any 3 odd and be sure of it, I don’t see anything stopping you from going in on a 50% of your allocated gambling capital for that session to get the win. It’s always a guess even when it seems sure. Gambling have never come that easy!
