36 BTC Wall @ 9900 sats  Some people here think I was BSing about "Wall Street Associates" (Not you). Let me explain what has been going on for 24 hours...We would have been above 10,000 since yesterday but someone kept pushing us down. I said it was happening at the time..some people thought I was "paranoid". Early this morning there were organic attempts to get BC above 10,0000 again, and with every attempt it was pushed down. I started noticing someone trying to push us below 9000 this morning so I had a 22 BTC buy floor established. So at 4:45PM EST today another attempt to push BC above 10,000 started, and as soon as momentum started the 36 BTC wall appeared out of nowhere. This is not a coincidence...someone is sabotaging BC for whatever reason.I think you're off on this one pal. Don't try to analyse "walls" in crypto it will drive you mad. + Remember not every wall is a fake or an attempt at manipulation. I've put up a lot of genuine walls in my time (not in BC though). So Ramdom do you agree that market is what is bringing down the price? I agree that Mint has suffered another crushing day and I feel sorry for bagholders like you who keep trying to spread obvious FUD in the blackcoin topic  Ps. Mint was premined by the dev and such coins never succeed in this community. Mint.. you were the one that bring that name here on this thread, so here are my opinions. Black have an issue, low reward POS is the same as a low reward POW. make it less resilient to attacks. and thats a fact. Did you backup your wallet.dat file? ... no ... Is it still in your %appdata%\roaming\MintCoin folder? He told he isn't a windows user... so appdata\roaming will not be there Sorry, I am not a mac user. I figured there would be a similar destination. on mac is Home -> Library/Application\ Support/MintCoin/wallet.dat |

As a security point of view.
A coin that is mostly located on Exchanges is a weak POS
To POS to be secure in the begining has to have a good interest, just like mining if not nobody will mine.
If theres a POS coin where nobody is staking, is easier to an attacker to take oportunity.
Low interest POS coins will fail as Low rewards POW coins will.
Is the same effect.

Baby steps... baby steps.
^^ I forgot to address that comment. The last thing we as a community want to do is take "baby steps". I will repeat...there are new coins launching every hour, and if a coin doesn't keep forward momentum it dies a slow death. Just ask the MintCoin community if you think I am exaggerating. It wasn't baby steps that got us briefly above 10,000 sat and it will not be baby steps that get us to the #1 spot. You love to say that Mint is dead, Is not. Mint is great, as great as BC as was released EARLIER than BC with a better DISTRIBUTION. I also hold BC, thats sweet cuz my risk is split. |

Hey guys any info / progress on the Android wallet? I promise to throw in another 100 k mint if the minting Android wallet is released before other PoS coins have it (blackcoin, faircoin...). Please Mr. Beaverslayer add it to the main bounty!

People need to calm down around here. The hype is way out of hand. Don't trust anyone telling you this thing is going to the moon or that you are missing out if you don't buy right this instant. Be patient, we are going to move up and down in the coming months. We have a great core concept with the PoS and the multipool as well as a ton of community support. But this doesn't mean we are going to continue to expand at this incredible rate. Buy. Hold. Stop the hype. Slow growth is far better than the pump and dump crap I'm reading here.

Yes. And considering we where the first fast distribution POS coin. we have a great community and whe are focus on bringin real economy to the coin. Buy a Bitcoin at 15 sat and in 3, 4 months you will see. The others fasts POS coin is still in the pump phase, we already passed that and our grown is organical. Theres a bright future for mint |
