181  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: CRYPTSY stopping withdraw locking accounts without notifying users! Class Action on: April 09, 2016, 02:31:50 AM

Go try to buy a car in the US for ten thousand dollars and one cent and see what brand microscope they stick up your ass to document where the moneys came from. Hell, you'll be hard-pressed to withdraw five grand from your banking account even if you've bank there for years and are on a first name basis with all its employees. Yet, Paul Vernon was able to lay down over a million bucks with only a base salary of a hundred grand a year with nary a question asked, as far as we know.

Ok stop it right now. We all know Paul was using his own money he kept under the mattress from legit business ventures. He had far more than
the 1 million required, none of it customer money and none of it stolen.

If you try to tell anyone otherwise we will all know you are spreading FUD and Jim will ban you from being online.

Don't be so sure about that. Florida is a great place to go if you owe people money, why do you think OJ moved there?

Even in Florida the feds will take back property and sell it if it was bought using stolen funds. The real question is, will they keep it or put it back to the investors
183  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: CRYPTSY stopping withdraw locking accounts without notifying users! Class Action on: April 08, 2016, 07:04:58 PM

-he claimed during divorce that he has no income, but he gave all his US properties and money to his wife.Further, that man without income and properties obliged to pay $20000  for big house real estate tax, $15.000 for his wife lawyer expenses, to continue paying for his $1.000.000 life insurance and $2.500 monthly payment for child support. From where he will pay that,no money,no income,no assets?

- in class action lawsuit papers there is statement that IRS Criminal Division and SEC put Cryptsy and Vernon under investigation

Of course he gave the property to his wife (soon to be ex) He was leaving ( read fleeing) the country and would not be coming back.
Add to that fact the feds will track down the money and prove it was stolen, they will sell the property to recover the money, leaving the ex wife with nothing.

Would Paul fuck over his family like that?
Yes, yes I believe he would.

bitebi9 will collapse as everyone knows its pauls, and people will not invest there. when he has no other source of income, he will be on the street doing favors for sailors, and charging a small amount for handjobs.

<EDIT>

bitebi9   24 Hour Volume:   19.6490 CNY
19.649 Chinese Yuan equals 3.04 US Dollar

He is rocking the joint! Why with all that volume, I bet he is on the street swallowing every day already...

How do international customers who lost coins in Cryptsy get them back, do I need to do something with a US court?

<sigh>

You can't. The money was stolen. about 10 million dollars worth in a hack, the rest (an unknown amount) by cryptsy employees afterwards.
The only thing you can do now is try to file criminal charges against the people working there as they full well knew that you were going to loose your money.

Since the US has started extraditing people to this country for copyright infringement, I can assume that the government of your country can extradite the cryptsy employees who are not hiding in non extradition countries (read that as Paul)

There is ample info on how to find a few of them in this thread. You will just need to go back a bit.

Even then, the odds you will get any money back are slim to none. The only thing you can do is put these people in jail where they belong.

And since craptsy is in receivership, it will be months before they can even get a proper accounting of what was taken and by whom.  It will then take years to sort out who is owed what, and more years before they tell us all that there is nothing they can do... can't juice a turnip I guess.

The only thing left after that (or while its happening) will be criminal charges against the staff... I hope that will be sooner than later.

185  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cryptsy Payoff Bounty or Vern's Head Reward? Or Forcing $1.5m Mansion Payoff ? on: April 07, 2016, 01:22:48 AM
Alright then a positive end is near?

If by positive end you mean the money is all gone then yes, and if by near you mean the resolution to
return nothing to the users is going to be 3-5 years at best... yes again.

You have it all correct
186  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: CRYPTSY stopping withdraw locking accounts without notifying users! Class Action on: April 04, 2016, 12:11:53 AM
i just saw @cryptcracker1 post that the hacker was satoshi, but the post was deleted seconds later...WTF?

You misunderstood. They were ASKING for only a few shatoshi from each internet user to go hunt down the real thief.

You will of course get paid back when the real person is brought to sweet internet justice...
187  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cryptsy Hack Resolution - Vern & perps to be hunted - Bounty Bonds on: April 03, 2016, 09:04:42 PM
Since this topic now has a title to lure people into scam I would lock this down.

Has vern sent you to stop the efforts? You can just go ahead and tell him I'm coming.

I can see that whole thing go down now...

Cryptocracker flies to China and spends 3 weeks hunting paul down. Knocks on his door in the middle of the day.

paul "yes"

Cryptocracker "Ha I found you you crook! Return the stolen coins!"

paul "I dont know what you are talking about, go away"

Cryptocracker "ummmm... but... ummm... I know you took them"

paul "whatever, I have to go to my new exchange, here are 10 pot coin for your trouble"

Cryptocracker " But there is a bounty, and I found you... and... you ... but I cant afford to fly back home. I could only get $323.12 in bounty money from your former users to track you down"

paul "you got them to pay you for bounty money??? Honey, call Horus and JShock. Let Horus know I found a new way for us to make money. Tell Jim to ban everyone from the internet who suggests it's a scam.. we are gonna make a mint off this one!"

Please address the fact you told people you would be getting the stolen coins back in 24 hours.

When you can explain that, and then tell us all why you (apparently) lied about that, then let us know why we should all start believing
what you are saying now is true.

189  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cryptsy Hack Resolution - 1st dispatch posted on: April 01, 2016, 12:37:20 AM
Im surprised cryptsy ceo paul aka bao posted that it was a troll sorry about that. Its usual practice they wait 12-14 months before telling everyone.

Does Paul want to now tell everyone why cryptsy is still in maintenance? Must be running on a pentium 100mhz doing those table reindexes etc. Maybe Jim can shed some light... though likely not as the seem to only come post when it works in their favour. Cmon Jim surely you have answers aside from a sorry about tha paul vernon blog post. You owe it to your customers at a minimum after all the funds of theirs you lost and the dishonesty you displayed towards them in hiding it.

I can tell you. Its down because Paul doing favors on his knees for people on the street in China is worth far less then it was in Florida. He can't make the same level of cash there. Not that it mattered... the balances are gone... having the website meant nothing at the end of the day.
190  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cryptsy Hack Resolution - 1st dispatch posted on: April 01, 2016, 12:34:40 AM
Are we sure Cryptcracker is a troll? I did some looking around and I found this article on a bounty hunter who does similar stuff to the thing Cryptcracker is proposing:

http://www.nytimes.com/2016/03/16/business/dealbook/bounty-hunter-tracks-chinese-companies-that-dupe-investors.html?_r=0

Maybe the guy in the article is cryptcracker? There is a judgment against Cryptsy since Vern skipped the court date. Would he legally be able to do a bounty hunter mission to China?

If cryptcracker will publicly reveal his true identity and he is this guy or someone else credible I would put in .1 btc.

He posted he was going to return the coins 24 hours after he got his contract. Then he posted as Eternal Insolvent that he was going to return the coins in 24 hours. Its been far longer, so he lied. Why on earth would you trust him to "really" hunt down the coins? His bounty was for about 1 million dollars worth of BTC, but since he can't return the coins and get the bounty... we should trust if we pay him up front he can do it.

Nothing about that whole thing makes sense. NOTHING.

He cant get them back. If he could, he would have done it for the million he was offered. The fact that he didn't tells me he can't.
If you want to pay him, go ahead. for what its worth you can just choose a random address and send them there. You will get the same result.
191  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cryptsy Hack Resolution - 1st dispatch posted on: March 31, 2016, 05:04:30 PM
Lol hahahaha. Gleb@

Cryptsy it time to take some action    Undecided

Ask cryptsy user who can take damage of lost ( Btc, ltc or etc fund )
If one user OK with 10% lost handle or more, that can  help you out cryptsy
To live up again or if still not solve the problems ,really need a loan
Etc , way you get money to pay then ( $5m not so big deal  / you can earn it back )

If Btc and altcoin price keep going up*,  that make more harder to pay them back for sure

( time is running out cryptsy batter hold up  now / useless you lost everything )

This drama killing every cryptsy users
Who trusted on you -_-

Lost Btc never come back
M.t gox  big shit news up in top

Allcryptsy news ->https://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/allcrypt-bitcoin-exchange-clears-air/

Bter is still alive doing scam continue making fake withdraw . yap you withdraw your coin n it gone  Huh

MAny story have done with RIP

If you not did that
Soon or later you get best place in jail for sure
Manipulate information / running a scam exchange that don't pay
,when they try2withdraw / use funds for own banfit n money laundering

If I understand your post correctly, it will never happen. There is no way in hell people would trust craptsy after this mess.

Not only did they get hacked, the details of that we will never know... but then staff outright lied to the users telling them the money was safe the whole time, and banning anyone who dared to try to prevent new users from being ripped off. No matter what they try to tell you they are at least still responsible for the money that was lost after the hack.. They cannot deny this.

Would you give them your money knowing they did this?

So we have a platform that is known to have been hacked, cold wallets that were not cold, and employees that assured customers that everything was fine to keep the new money rolling in with no ability or intention of returning it.

Sign me up right away

Weird how it took him weeks after the self-imposed 24 hour deadline to give the coins back that he just came up with the possibility that vernon took the coins himself.

Wonder why he acted as if it was a done deal when he didn't have a clue where the coins were.

Still have absolutely no clue why cryptsy ever interacted with this guy. makes zero sense.

He had a plausible story and we had hopes he could come thru.  However, apparently this is not the case.

You don't say? You should ban him from the internet, that seems to be your unique talent anyway...
193  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: CRYPTSY stopping withdraw locking accounts without notifying users! Class Action on: March 29, 2016, 12:51:02 AM
Cryptsy probably getting ready to reopen. Hopefully.

LOL Yea... I can see the advertisements now...

Come back to Craptsy... How bad can we screw you over this time?
194  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cryptsy Hack Resolution - 1st dispatch posted on: March 28, 2016, 03:25:45 PM
Cryptsy went definetely in maintenance mode.  Grin Grin

bye bye money

Because you expected that the troll on here was going to ACTUALLY get your coins back in the first place?
That was supposed to be 24 hours after the contract was signed.

Rest assured that ALL missing socks have been donated to good causes.

After seeing this evidence, I no longer want my socks back... you can keep them.

Lawsuit canceled... case dismissed.
197  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: CRYPTSY stopping withdraw locking accounts without notifying users! Class Action on: March 26, 2016, 11:15:04 PM

You forgot BFL and AMT, and Mintsy and Canadian Cryptsy. Oh, and Leroy Fodor's StakeMiners Ponzi that's already dead but pretends to still being HAHAHA viable.

I will be contacting an attorney to go after Gleb as well. After seeing all the things he has been responsible for here I have no doubt that bastard
is the reason 1 sock goes missing from my dryer out of the pair. While I have no proof yet, I know during discovery we will find the method to his madness, and he will be brought to justice!

I see damages in the 10's of 100's of bitcentova coins in my future!

198  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: bitebi9com what is next on: March 25, 2016, 11:47:15 PM

Nice... I wonder if the funds for the faucet came from cryptsy? the withdrawal rate would be about the same
199  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: bitebi9com what is next on: March 25, 2016, 11:34:20 PM
when coinmax made the comment about the faucet ripping them off, they also made no mention of WHAT faucet they were talking about... then
the new poster comes in and offers suggestions without knowing what faucet they were talking about...

What faucet are they talking about?

Did I miss something?
200  Economy / Reputation / Re: "I 'll give $5 in BTC to remove my red mark" on: March 25, 2016, 09:18:35 PM

He actually PMed me and offered me bitcoin to remove his negative trust. He obviously has no experience with a forum, hes simply here for the money he could get if his rep was clean.

How do you get money having a clean rep?
