181  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Render - overrated coin? on: May 10, 2024, 07:57:59 AM
I am not aware of this platform nor I am aware of this token. What I know is hold those token or accumulate those where the developers have a roadmap which includes continuous development of the platform and adding more features to it. If not then do remember that technology in this era changes in every 5 years. A project can only sustain customers if they don't upgrade themselves for a max 5 years. If you don't see that happening then exit when you think the price is right for you.
182  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Binance launches Notcoin (NOT) on launchpool. on: May 10, 2024, 07:23:03 AM
You can stake BNB and FUSD to farm NOT coins. Tap to earn mining rewards. Listing will happen on 16th and trading will start from 12:00 UTC. Including Binance two other exchanges OKX and Bybit will list NOT coin. Those who had mined the coin will be able to claim them on the listing date which is same for other two exchanges.

What do you guys think? Will NOT pump after listing or will it get dump?
183  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: People Tokens are pumping. Bullish. on: May 10, 2024, 03:19:48 AM
I believe the world of altcoins is starting to fade away.
The new and more powerful trend is in people profile tokens; investing in a content creator, favorite celebrity, athlete, or singer. Have you seen the new Gamium platform? It's delivering astonishing results with impressive gains not seen in a long time. The creator wins, the person wins, and so does the investor.

Your first post Smiley

Maybe it's not so strange the way you're delivering something with these, I just tried searching for "Gamium" and nothing caught my attention. If you compare it with memecoin, the difference is not too much, don't over exaggerate the features behind it and the fact that users are paying attention to it.

Perhaps our views on finding new opportunities are not the same, but there are some things that I feel skeptical about is the way users like you are trying to spread the word with something that doesn't really get attention. Anyway, I hope you achieve something with your ideals.

Go to: Gamium.world
You will find a list of influencers listed on their platform. Swap BNB to buy tokens which are named on the influencers. Then wait for that token price to go up. This is what I have understood after visiting the platform. Clearly the OP is not good with English and that is why he is not able to explain what he is promoting.
184  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: BTC and ETH Trading Journey on: May 10, 2024, 02:43:32 AM
Although Solana is getting a lot of hype in the current market Ethereum is still the leader in altcoins. I haven't seen any news that would have created a demand for Ethereum but there can a negative news that might stall the price pump. There are speculations that Ethereum ETF will not get approved by May. If it had got approved then we could have seen a price push. Currently Ethereum is following the same pattern as Bitcoin and I don't foresee a big change in its price by the year end.
185  Local / India / Re: How whales convert their crypto to INR! on: May 10, 2024, 02:25:21 AM
I have this question for very long time especially when I see max trading limit on exchange goes even upto crores which means potentially people can convert how much amount they have in BTC to INR but there's no way someone who is selling huge amount is going to pay 30% tax and even 1% TDS seems too much considering the value in INR.

So what are the possible alternatives you think they convert BTC to INR if they wanted to.

Mostly all I see is going to Dubai set up a company and then transfer funds to INR but it's really feasible or how do you think they convert.

Let's speculate and bring in all your imagination guys. Grin

No Whales would want enforcement directorate to knock on the door. So even if the Wales are converting to fiat, they do not convert big amounts.

As per the PMLA act, if an account receives more than 10 lakh in one go, that transaction needs to be notified to the income tax and enforcement directorate by the banks. So Whales usually converts less than 10 lakhs in one go.

They can surely use the legal route by paying 30% taxes. But I don't think anyone is actually following the same.

Rich people never pay taxes and neither do poor in India. A whale is an individual or an institution which is backed by a team. That team is hired to make their financial life easier and they will find alternative options to avoid taxes or to reduce taxes. In crypto world there is nothing like reduce tax but there is a concept of using shell companies that can help them park their funds in tax heavens.
186  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does Trust wallet keeps tx history? on: May 10, 2024, 02:20:11 AM
Transaction history will be available on the blockchain explorer if trust wallet is deleted from the device and again reinstalled using the seed phrases. The app won't display any past transaction as after uninstalling the wallet it will erase the connection to the blockchain. After installation all recent transactions will be shown in the wallet app.
187  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can Monero survive exchange de-listings and low merchant adoption? on: May 10, 2024, 02:14:11 AM
The US government is after everything that is  or was created for privacy. Monero being the most used privacy coin is facing the pressure of the government. Cannot say anything about local Monero exchange but delisting on some of the big CEX will hamper it's market and ultimately affect its valuation in long term.
188  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: After Bitcoin spot ETF, there is Ethereum spot ETF on: May 10, 2024, 01:32:36 AM
After reading this topic where I saw big financial institutions showing interest in getting approval for the Ethereum ETF from the SEC, I did a few Google research to see the possibility of approval and found it highly unlikely. The reason has targeted defi by suing uniswap which we all know uses Ethereum blockchain. I think it will take some time more for an Ethereum ETF approval and it will not happen in May for sure.
189  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Notcoin Mining on: May 09, 2024, 10:10:14 AM
NOT coin listing event is going to happen this month. The coin will be listed on two exchanges. The first listing will happen on 13th at OKX and the second listing will happen on 16th at Bybit. As per the information that I have gathered everyone who participated in the mining event will recieve their coins in the wallet on the day of listing.
190  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing in stocks with crypto? on: May 09, 2024, 09:56:10 AM
Is there a way to invest directly in stocks with crypto? I'm talking about depositing BTC or any altcoin in a broker/exchange and use the funds to buy a stock of your choice. With crypto getting popular each day, it would be disappointing if we didn't have such a feature. It's likely stocks will be tokenized on the Blockchain the future.

If you know of any broker/service/exchange that allows this, please let me know. Thanks. Smiley

I am not aware of any broker or any exchange offering such a service. It is not that easy as it sounds to buy stocks using crypto as crypto is not considered a legal currency and stock can be purchased using a legal fiat currency. Both stock market and crypto market are volatile and due to the volatility it won't be easy to determine the actual price. There are STO (Security  Token Offering), that I am sure you are not asking about.

First of all a whale will never convert Bitcoin to fiat. If they do sell thier Bitcoin then they will convert it into stablecoins. They will never use local exchanges for conversion or for trading as the volumes are far lesser than international exchanges. If you are not aware then let me inform you that whales never trade as retail investors do. They will use OTC service provide by a big International exchange. If you do a Google search you will find Binance provide OTC service. Whales are very smart and do know the loopholes that can be used to stay away from tax. They invest in the market for long term gain which can be typically 10 years time.

Found this meme being circulated on social media and I found it to be retable that why sharing it here. The Indian jersey has a lot of similarities with TKMOC GPL tournament Wink. What do you guys think?  Grin
193  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🐺Spinarium.com🐺 - iGaming casino with 400% welcome bonus + 200 free spins 🎮. on: May 09, 2024, 08:05:46 AM

But be cautious, if you wait too long, you risk losing your entire bet until the next round begins.

Everyone commits the same mistake of waiting long so that they can get a good multiplier. This is the mistake that everyone struggles to not commit. Good explanation team and best of luck to everyone who is going to play crash.
194  Local / India / Re: India cricket Discussion and predictions [self-mod] on: May 08, 2024, 10:10:06 AM
Yesterday Sanju Samson's out was controversial. I felt he wasn't out but the TV umpire goofed it up and further he has now been fined 30% of match fee because of his argument with the field umpire. This is not the first time that TV umpires have given wrong decision after taking help of the technology. I feel the time has now come to replace TV umpires with AI umpires who will take the right decision.
195  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who's responsible for the dead coins? on: May 08, 2024, 08:23:36 AM
re are multiple reasons why a coin dies after few years of its existence. One of the primary reason is developer not innovative with the project. That leads to community selling their coins and existing from it. The other reason that I found most common is that there isn't any actual usage of the coin or unable to solve the real world issue. As of now the narrative is focused on meme coin and a few have been able to sustain their model but most new meme coins are not getting much hype and attention as developers hoped for when they started the project.
196  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which Top 30 CoinmarketCap Rankings are Most Undervalued and Why? on: May 08, 2024, 04:42:30 AM
How can a top ranking crypto which got ranked due to market capitalization on CMC be undervalued? It is their on the top 30 list because a lot investment was made to bring it's price up from listing price on an exchange. You are asking the wrong question and it is better you understand market capitalization before coming up with a new topic.
197  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Would you rather invest in MATIC or SOL currently? on: May 08, 2024, 04:39:38 AM
If you look into the hype factor then Solana is good investment. For long term hold matic will be the right crypto to invest. Solana is a blockchain and slowly and steadily it's ecosystem is growing but the issue here is that it doesn't have a lot of utility projects. The hype currently is due to the fact that meme coins using Solana network are a hit.
198  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Where do whales trade/withdraw money? on: May 07, 2024, 06:06:29 AM
Most big exchanges offer OTC & Execution solutions to institutional investors and private investors. Whales use these services to manipulate the maket according to their requirements. World's biggest exchange Binance has a dedicated portal for those services: https://www.binance.com/en/otc

I doubt the whales will be interested in converting their crypto to fiat. I think they will be more interested in converting their crypto assets to a stable coin as it keeps them in the trading loop. If they still want fiat then they will be using the same OTC service.
199  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Damn the fees on: May 07, 2024, 05:30:30 AM
The slogan is 'Free-to-play gamefi,' but the fees are sky-high! It's just too much. I understand that gaming companies aren't charities, but can't they lower the fees? Seriously, I've worked hard to earn these coins, and when I'm excited to withdraw them, the fees are so high that I end up losing money. It's really disappointing. No matter how fun the game is, people can't endure this. Today, I want to introduce a breath of fresh air in the GameFi space, a truly free-to-earn game - ShanHai.

The token $DRN of this game has not been doing great in the current market. It reached its peak this year January to $14 and currently it is trading at $4.75 and is available on two exchanges. Any plans for this token to be listed on a big exchange?

I still don't understand the high fee concept here. Are you guys not charging any fees for withdrawal? If not then how are you generating revenue?
200  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: getting rid of injective on: May 07, 2024, 05:08:02 AM
INJ is a good token and to be frank I think you should continue to hold it. The hype of Solana won't last long as it has been due to a few meme coins exploding in its ecosystem. There are a few projects in Solana that are focused on improving it's blockchain and have utility. If you still want to sell INJ then you can visit Coinbase or Kraken both have USD pair.
