i don't know if it's new with 3.5 (as i used 3.3.1), but there's a bug with ztex boards. cgminer says: libztex_checkDevice: Can not open ZTEX device: -3 Ztex: Can not check device: 0
all of the 4 fpga processors work fine, it seems it is trying to find a devide with id 0, which does not exist, only 1,2,3,4.

why do you think the 1 month advantage over say Knc Jupiters is worth the difference in cost?

Hello,
Has partial replication of the blockchain been discussed? I find alot of threads with ideas trying to deal with the increasing blockchain size problem, yet I have seen no threads or github/devel mailing list comments on this solution...
It seems to me like a straighforward solution to the problem, if well thought out. I could probably even convince some people at the lab I work for to work on it, if it sounds satisfiable.

Ok, vou fazer isso então. Obrigado.

I hope some of the people he owes the most can get together and track our money. Hell, i'm owed 20 coins, even i would give some of them just to make this guy come clean.

I got an e-mail saying I was paid 90% of my BTC in GLBSE, but i got nothing back. Nefario, if you read this, it would be good to send a transaction link or ID along with that e-mail so we could confirm it. I hope the support e-mail comes up soon so we can solve this.

Hi guys. When using poclbm through guiminer and viewing a video stream sometimes my computer crashes with a reference by pointer exception BSOD. Is this a known issue? I can provide the crash logs if it would help...
thanks.

if you mean the power supply, this is a new 12V transformer from an external hard drive i bought recently. thanks.
Are you using a transformer instead of a regulated power supply? I would check to make sure the voltage is stable across different loads. I tested one from a Linksys router and it's voltage would spike to 17V under low resistance. Also, how many amps does it deliver? You would probably need at least 4 amps to power the quads stably. Interesting, this may also be part of the problem then. It does not supply 4 amps. I told stefan that this was fixed, but i spoke too soon, it crashed again. I'll get a new power supply for the fpga. and sorry for the email quote. thank you all.

I sent an e-mail to ztex support but I guess I'll report my problem here also for the record. I have a new 1.15y board that i assembled and put to run. I have a 12 volt power supply on CON3, for completeness of info. It starts mining fine, but it only lasts for about 5 to 10 minutes and then crashes with the error on the following log: http://pastebin.com/i2UKZ0M8This happens on both Windows 7 and Ubuntu, so I am clueless as to why this happens. Any help is appreciated. I have not been able to run this board on BFGminer and haven't tried other miners yet. had that too .... eventually your hub or the cables are bad. second i would try a powered hub (that helped me) and an other opus for your quad hmm i don't have a hub. it's only one board, so i connect directly to my desktop (windows 7) or laptop (Ubuntu). so maybe that USB cable is bad? what do you mean by "another opus"? if you mean the power supply, this is a new 12V transformer from an external hard drive i bought recently. thanks.

I am having some issues with BTCMiner from Ztex and so I tried bfgminer on Windows 7. I followed Nelisky's instructions to change the libusb driver to WinUSB but the miner does not find the fpga:
[2012-06-19 20:16:24] Ztex check device: Failed to read ztex descriptor with err -9 [2012-06-19 20:16:24] prepare device: -9
Has anyone been able to run Ztex 1.15y fpga on bfgminer for windows?
