There are several reasons for this to happen. Most common one is that you submitted winning share after someone else found that block. When new block has been found pool is sending fresh job tou your miner immediately and instructing it to discard old jobs and start to mine on new one jobs/blocks in order to prevent this.
So according to doge deamon so one has found that block at 02:11:44

But even that your miner was told about this your "winning share" was submitted five seconds later

And block has been rejected by the network which is absolutely normal
To make a long story short this happens because of your mining software.The above statement is true if this happend for LTC BLOCK

From the other side it is not such a bad thing because same share solved and confirmed LTC block
