Secured another loan for 1.75 BTC with my 1.39 Million Nobles and 260k USDE. The terms are as follows:

The amount borrowed from austin is 1.75 BTC, with interest rate of 8.5%, to last 30 days until Feb 23rd, 2014, 0:00 GMT. I have agreed to pay him back on a weekly basis, that is 160 hours or 7.5 days from this moment. The payment information is total of 1.89875 btc at the end of 30 days, with each 7.5 day period paying out 0.4746875 btc. I also reserve the privilege of paying out earlier the whole amount.

This means, the 7.5 day payments are these: Jan 31st, 2014 15:50 AM GMT, Feb 7th 2014 5:50 AM GMT, Feb 13th 2014 17:50AM GMT, and Finally on Feb 23rd 2014 0:00AM GMT, the finally amount. You can expect the above 7.5 day amount on those dates.

Possibly yes. However I am the one selling the gold and these are my terms. I don't like the idea of shipping something to someone without having the money on hand, that's generally how business works. You order something online, pay your money and then the goods are delivered.

Okay, I am in a very weird prediciment. Currently I am in Indianapolis, Indiana. I started this journey yesterday as I drove from Chicago to visit my mother in Cincinnati, Ohio who is in the hospital dying of  Congesstive heart failure,  she is a type 2 diabetic and this is basically the end result. Anyway, I left cincinnati at 5 this morning on my way back to Chicago and ran out of gas. My wallet must have dropped out of my pocket while asleep on the hospital couch. I ran out in indianapolis   on the interstate, thankfully there is a mcdonalds right on the exit and I have been here since 9 am  trying to find someone to help me get my wallet or lend me money to get home. I have not succeeded. The only family I have is my dying mother. I mine lite coins at home and a online friend recommended me to come here and ask. I a been reading other posts and I assume its very hard to get a loan wothout collateral. And I do not have access to my btc wallet or a backup installed on my loan. The wallet I do have only has dust in it. But I have met someone through localbitcoins to meet up with and give me and trade cash for me to get gas wth for btc. I'm 5 hours away from home and I'll be able to repay as soon as I get home either in Ltc or btc with 20% interest. I have plenty of funds but I cannot access since I only have my phone.
