181  Economy / Gambling / Re: Do not log into Primedice.com ! Balances safe but domain registrar compromised. on: March 06, 2018, 08:58:19 PM
Could this be another attack coming from Paradice? That site that previously registered a domain name which fraudulently looked like the primedice.com domain name. Not sure if this was previous discussed in other pages since this really blow up real quick. Hope you get a response from the domain registrar asap.
182  Economy / Gambling / Re: play poker using ETH or BTC on: March 06, 2018, 01:13:03 PM
Would say nitrogen, though I only play the free tournaments and not really put money into the game. I would say that it's one of the good ones since it is always recommended by a lot of players around the forum.

Though, in my opinion, if you are playing it for real, I would rather go to a real place to play against real people. Since I've read some articles that are saying there are some players preying on people on poker site using super computers to determine their next moves. Not sure how true it is, but it's something to consider.
183  Economy / Services / Re: Freelance Cryptocurrency Writing Job on: March 06, 2018, 01:07:42 PM
Hmm. Can you clarify what kind of news and reviews these will be? I think it's still a bit broad to say that.

However, I would be greatly interested based on how much the fees will be. Let me know please.
184  Economy / Services / Re: Am search a work on: March 05, 2018, 01:19:38 AM
Any one have for me any job from internet i can do any thing to help his /her in  the project please   i can accept if even 2 or 3 or 4 or 5  dolar by day
Thank you dont laught with that post please  is urgent to help my self and my family

Would be better if you post what you are capable of. Think of it as a job interview. You lay down all your cards (which means skills), then let the employer know what they can hire you for. You can't expect people to just hire you without even knowing what you are applying for. Do that and likely someone will contact you.
185  Economy / Services / Re: For Sale http://bitcoinbchcash.com/ on: March 04, 2018, 11:58:41 PM
If interested please make an offer here or direct on the website:

All 4 benefits under one domain name, containing 3 crypto keywords:

1) Bitcoin
2) BCH
3) Cash
4).Com extension

Perfect name for a Bitcoin / Bitcoin Cash organization.

You can make an offer directly on the site via undeveloped dot com.

Not really something unique IMO. Don't expect to fetch a good price on this.

Also move this to the digital goods section, it's much more proper there than the services section. (Button on the lower left).
186  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Philippines is starting to accept bitcoin. on: March 02, 2018, 11:37:49 AM
Not sure where you guys inferred that the country is starting to accept bitcoins but I would say it is still quite the same. Acceptance would start with businesses truly accepting bitcoins as a mode of payment or the government having regulations that are not anti-cryptocurrency. However, the problem is quite that. There is no business (maybe there is but not one that would impact the society in a big way) nor a law or regulation that would regulate the use that will actually promote its use. Nothing. So I would not say this is a success yet.
187  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sports betting Strategy -> Betting early vs. late on: March 02, 2018, 11:28:24 AM
For you sports bettors out there, do you prefer to lock in your lines early or closer to the scheduled start time?

Early:
- chance of yielding closing line value (CLV) in locking in a line that beats the market, giving you +EV bets

Late:
- more confidence in lineups, injury situations

I guess it depends on how confident your picks long-term will yield CLV based on whatever model/projections/analysis/tipsters you use. I imagine most casual betters just place their wagers closer to game-time, though they will never yield CLV.

Sometimes you can get a good opportunity when you bet early since the lines don't really reflect the most possible outcome of the game, which you can easily detect if you analyze the game pretty well. However, problem is you might end up at the losing end on that bet since you can bet at worse lines than if you just waited. Guess there is always an advantage or disadvantage to everything.

189  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in - Win free Bitcoins every hour! on: March 02, 2018, 11:14:19 AM
Even though the memory pool is completely empty and you can get away with 1-2 sat transactions it might not be like that in the future.

Hence to reduce customer complains they always use a higher fee to make sure it always gets confirmed by the next block or two.

Maybe if segwit actually works in reducing load, they might lower the fees maybe.

Yeah, the memory pool is quite empty now but fees should really not even be so volatile as well. Mass adoption of segwit might indeed improve the situation, but problem is a lot of services are pretty much stubborn to implement segwit. I think there aren't a lot of companies or service that have massively encouraged the use of segwit there are only a few.

191  Economy / Gambling / Re: Proving that my gambling script works. on: March 02, 2018, 10:57:30 AM
I've maintained throughout that the script has a 90% chance of winning and 10% chance of failure... I don't want to risk 1 BTC on a 10% chance of failure, simple as that. The ROI is currently being proved daily anyway

Back atcha:  If the script wins 90% of the time and has positive ROI over time, then you shouldn’t worry about risking 1 BTC.  ROI, yes?  You’ll make it back, then make more.  Just like your investors.

You really can't read, can you? It is EV-. EV-. That is the opposite of what you said. It brings profit 9/10 times, but even if that one time is a loss, it's a big loss. Over an infinite amount of time the script will make losses, like ALL gambling methods.

So what the hell did you prove then? That it works by not working? '' I have this strategy that works for gambling '' It works by losing in the long term?

Guess, this proves nothing.

"infinite amount of time the script will make losses, like ALL gambling methods" which includes whatever OP is offering. That also results to the fact that they have admitted the script will not work 100% of the time and will likely result to losses in the end. Guess this debunks the proof OP is offering.
192  Economy / Gambling / Re: Proving that my gambling script works. on: March 02, 2018, 10:30:19 AM
The script fails (by 2% over time, so worse than blind chance).

It's not worse than blind chance, it's not better than blind chance. It's the same as blind chance. That's how it is on dice/crash sites that have a fixed house edge.

On early Bustabit clones (i.e. Cryptobust.io) it's possible to make a +EV script that takes the bonus into consideration. DarkStar gave a specific example of that in another thread.

EDIT: I see this is in response to the statistics alia gave, but I'm just pointing out that her script wouldn't turn a -1% game into -2%. Whatever you decide to do on these sites carry the same negative expectation with or without a script.

That's the point I was trying to make. Her purported script is a mathematical impossibility. Apologies, I should have been clearer.

Some people just try to make their gambling strategy, script, or whatever automated gambling action they have sound it is working for the purposes of selling whatever they are offering to sell. Well, everybody knows that this is just plain BS. OP is just trying to make his script sell. Statistically, indeed, the more you gamble the more you come close to infinite number of games which would say that you would just lose.
193  Economy / Gambling / Re: $15 Free on: March 02, 2018, 10:21:03 AM
Hopefully no one is stupid enough to send these scammers any personal info
I send ? So ? What ?

Then they use your identity to scam people or use it for their service to verify trading account, or a lot more other illicit things you can imagine!

To all newbies (and maybe seasoned users), please never sell your identity or you might just regret it.
194  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Effects of Gambling on: March 02, 2018, 10:14:39 AM
Gambling Affects your life either in a good or bad way in the long run. Some of those effects that can change your life are:

Good Effects:
*Can make money easily (not guaranteed)
*Gives so much pleasure
*Meeting new friends
*Can increase your assets
this is right

you also feel so good if you win in the game here in crypto but base on real experience like if we play here in some different dice games we need a lot of btc to earn
Bad Effects:
*Big loss
*Increased on your debt
*Loss jobs
*Depression/Stressed
*Broken Family/Failed on relationship
*Insufficient Funds

Despite of this effects many people are still want to continue gambling, how can you handle this possible effects of gambling in your life?
i don't understand this all and many post here say that don't play gambling,we have a lot of different gambling here so if you want to play i think play for fun only and to experience it,actually we have a lot of winners here with proof but we need big btc to win because like the dice games here if you can bets a lot then the chance to win is really big like yahoo post about bustadice with proof

You don't really need a big amount of BTC to win big. All you need is luck, which in reality is not something you can just improve, acquire, or change just like an RPG game. You can make a measly 1mBTC to 1BTC if you get that lucky. But that is something we cannot predict or expect to always happen, so this is the reason why we cannot rely on gambling to make money.
195  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: most trusted esports betting site? on: March 02, 2018, 10:10:09 AM
Looks like nitrogensports is the most popular and that's what I'm about to suggest. But for now I'd like to gamble with items with Dota 2 matches.  Smiley If you know what I mean.

Like what everybody said, Nitrogen is the best right now for cryptocurrency gambling. However, since this is still a very small niche for gamblers, it has little following which results to low max win/bet. You can also check the bigger sportsbooks like 5dimes or similar sites which they actually accept cryptocurrencies now if you would like to try that out.
196  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Ways casinos cheat on: March 02, 2018, 10:04:31 AM
The truth is that we are never going to know exactly what happens, a casino does not need to cheat, it has a decisive advantage over the player already with the house edge, so a well run casino does not need to cheat their players, however there have been cases like that but it is impossible to know how rare that is, however sport betting gives no security either since matches can be fixed as well.

Yeah that's also what I've been saying a few replies back, but people come up with these wild conspiracy theories that all casinos are cheating.
The profit is just built into house edge, like you say, they have literally no reason to cheat players. On slot machines they can make the HE as high as they want.

I also agree that it does happen, but is very rare.
The thing is that everybody will always have their own opinion regarding casinos and there is just no way at all we can know if a casino is really cheating or not anyway since even those who have been saying it have never been able to see them cheat before or have any proof of them cheating.

Moreover, even without cheating, with any game of chance and the odds being in favor of the house edge most of the time, then I do not even see the essence of them needing to cheat.

No one can say the casino is cheating because the reason is they are hiding it behind the code of their casino site. It is quite hard to prove if you do not know anything about what makes the casinos tick. So the only people that can say for sure the casino is cheating is if you are someone who knows how to test whether the casino is really provably fair. So that is the reason why a lot of these casinos goes unchecked.
197  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When to leave the game? on: March 02, 2018, 10:02:03 AM
Thes best moment to leave the game is to leave the game as ou win since after winning, you''ll definitely lose thus you must clear yourself that tou must follow your planned exit point which is after winning.
Forcing this to implement in your own gambling habit is likely to be impossible. We are gaining confidence when we win and leaving when you won is hard to do. Set your own gambling goal if you are playing everyday, I've seen successful people who are leaving until they won enough but they are risk takers and totally has a big bankroll.

no it is not imposible to have a habit like that because ive already done that.  before im really addicted to gambling not just in crypto gambling but also in real life gambling, although eventually i realize that hard earned money is really hard to find and worked for , that is why i decided to limit my self and if i manage to won a single bet , i imediately stop and withdraw all my winnings but if i loose i didnt continue anymore if my balance are not enough.
If you have done that already then its good for you that you have tried it out. Realization will come at the end and you'll see on how much you have spent with all of the fun you'd made. But again, there are many who said that limiting yourself is the solution but the question is, can you? A gambler needs a flawless plan and self discipline so that he follow what he had planned.

Limits has always been a problem of any gambler, it's quite hard to stick with it when you feel that you are gonna get lucky on the next bet. But the moment you deposit more into the game, that is when the gambling site/casino wins over you. Though you have a chance to profit out of that new deposit, it is still not a sure thing. I guess a lot of us learned this the hard way.
198  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Will there be a "next Ethereum"? on: February 28, 2018, 11:59:51 PM
Waves would be my bet on this one.

They are similar to ETH and they have their own decentralized trading platform, wallet, and other services developed by the coin's own developer. I think it just needs more support to get traction and it will likely go as high up as ETH.
199  Economy / Services / Re: HERO MEMBERS NEEDED on: February 28, 2018, 11:56:50 PM
No one would (or should for that matter) risk his account for this. This will translate to shill bumping, possibly supporting a scam, and a lot more other problems a user that would agree to this would likely encounter.

OP, if you needed something posted then buy the copper member upgrade from the forum so you can post it yourself. If your project is legit then people will trust your project even without a hero member posting for you. There are a variety of ways you can make people trust your project and I would say that having a hero member post for you is the least effective among them.
200  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Impact of bitcoin futures on: February 28, 2018, 11:48:13 PM
I just wanted to know if anyone has theories about the impact of having bitcoin futures. Although there seems to be not  many people shorting hehe
Impact of bitcoin futures was clearly seen in the first month itself leading bitcoin price tp reach ATH of almost 20,000.But now it seems that it has no effect over bitcoin price and bitcoin is totally free from the impact of bitcoin futures.
This is still the effect of that event. It rose to $20,000 because of there was a lot of speculators that bought at lower prices and sold off at those highs at the same time bought bitcoin futures that were bearish with prices a lot lower than $20,000. Now when the time came that the futures were going to mature, they dumped all the bitcoins they had which completely brought the price down which was perfect for their share in the futures. Win-win for them for buying low and selling high then winning also their futures.
