What I wonder is when the fee will be fixed on withdraws, since sometimes PD only pays a fee of 0.0001 on 0.5 btc withdraws while the recommended fee at that point is 0.0002+ Micro has defending this multiple times saying it is using the recommended fee but this is just untrue, there are some differences in the fees that are used but it's either way too high or way too low. And sometimes a difference of 3k in the fee can make a difference that it will be confirmed in 20 minutes or 3 hours., Gladly the time of 1k fee is over on withdraws from PD. They should just make it the same like Bitlser where you can choose your fee. If it takes long and you didn't choose a higher fee, it's just your own fault. win=win Users got there withdraw faster. PD doesn't get all the users shouting to them why it's so slow.  I totally agree with that, a option to choose from 0.0002, 0.0004, 0.0006 or sth like that would be great. |

0.5% isn't too low I think, because it makes you different to other dice sites where they always use a 1% fixed HE, and safedice is variable which gives some protection to investors on huge bets. I would leave the HE as it is. |

I've enabled 2fa months ago now I want to disable it, but I can't find how.
Unless they have changed something recently I don't think you can. I actually ended up losing an account with great reputation and bankroll when I upgraded my iPhone and couldn't transfer the 2fa over. I didn't record the 2fa code before adding it on my phone so I couldn't put it on the new one. For some annoying security reason, Apple lets you restore everything except passwords and those 2fa codes, so I basically had to withdraw everything and make a new account. I have the same, I didn't save the image for the 2fa. So if someone knows, how to undo 2fa and reset it, please let me know. Email support with some details about your last deposits and withdraws, Micro can help you with it. |
